本发明涉及一种用于光电复合低压电缆(OPLC)连接的专用连接器领域,是针对智能电网新兴的OPLC产品研发的专用连接器,即一种OPLC线缆专用连接器。它包括连接器本体,连接器本体上并排间隔固定有电源插针、带护套光芯、电源插针,并一端集成与OPLC线缆连接,带护套光芯另一端与光纤快速接续连接器连接,光纤快速接续连接器另一端带有光纤快速接续连接器的闩锁,电源插针、OPLC线缆固定在连接器本体上。将光纤插针、电源插针/插片集成与一整体插头内,结构紧凑、合理,终端用户使用OPLC线缆连接时,实现简洁、快速连接。

一种OPLC线缆专用连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于光电复合低压电缆(OPLC)连接的专用连接器领域,是针对智能电网新兴的OPLC产品研发的专用连接器,即一种OPLC线缆专用连接器。
背景技术
在现有技术中,光电复合低压电缆(OPLC)是集光纤、输电铜导线于一体,能够同时完成设备用电、宽带数据传输等工作;光纤和电缆集于一体,避免二次布线,使用方便。光纤入户势在必行,OPLC线缆最适用于终端用户光纤接入设备连接入网,现有OPLC线缆交接箱体积较大,并在箱体中将OPLC线缆中的光纤和输电铜导线完全分开使用,未能实现OPLC线缆直连用户终端设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种连接方便、快速的适用于OPLC线缆的专用连接器。终端用户使用OPLC线缆连接时,通过简洁的专用连接器即可连接。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现的:一种OPLC线缆专用连接器,其特征在于包括连接器本体,连接器本体上并排间隔固定有电源插针、带护套光芯、电源插针,并一端集成与OPLC线缆连接,带护套光芯另一端与光纤快速接续连接器连接,光纤快速接续连接器另一端带有光纤快速接续连接器的闩锁,电源插针、OPLC线缆固定在连接器本体上。
是针对智能电网新兴的OPLC产品,及破除用户终端最后一百米接入顽疾,而研发的专用连接设备。所述连接器由连接器本体、光纤插针、电源插针/插片组成。插头本体内含OPLC线缆中电源线及光纤的连接固定件。
本发明优点是:1、本连接器适用于家庭用户终端、通信设备终端,实现OPLC线缆快速连接的信息通信设备。2、将光纤插针、电源插针/插片集成与一整体插头内,结构紧凑、合理,终端用户使用OPLC线缆连接时,实现简洁、快速连接。

参见图1,零部件名称如下:电源插针(/插片)1,光纤快速接续连接器闩锁2,光纤快速接续连接器3,连接器本体4,导线固定件5,OPLC线缆固定件6,两芯光纤7,电源导线8,带护套光芯9,OPLC线缆10。
参见图1,一种OPLC线缆专用连接器,包括连接器本体4,连接器本体4上并排间隔固定有电源插针1、带护套光芯9、电源插针1,并一端集成与OPLC线缆10连接,带护套光芯9另一端与光纤快速接续连接器3连接,光纤快速接续连接器3另一端带有光纤快速接续连接器的闩锁2,电源插针1、OPLC线缆10固定在连接器本体4上。
导线固定件5、OPLC线缆固定件6完成对OPLC线缆10和连接器本体4的固定作用。
带护套光芯9直接连接光纤快速接续连接器3,研磨后的两芯光纤7插入光纤快速接续连接器的定位夹。
连接器本体4采用绝缘、无变形的坚固基材,便于固定电源插针/插片1和光纤快速接续连接器3。

1.一种OPLC线缆专用连接器,其特征在于包括连接器本体(4),连接器本体(4)上并排间隔固定有电源插针(1)、带护套光芯(9)、电源插针(1),并一端集成与OPLC线缆(10)连接,带护套光芯(9)另一端与光纤快速接续连接器(3)连接,光纤快速接续连接器(3)另一端带有光纤快速接续连接器的闩锁(2),电源插针(1)、OPLC线缆(10)固定在连接器本体(4)上。
