According to the library book borrowing and returning system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of community self-service terminals 3 and the plurality of handheld terminals are arranged, so that different borrowers of the same community self-service terminal 3 can borrow and return books in a mode of receiving and paying predetermined rewards, and the beneficial effects that the borrowers can flexibly allocate the library borrowing time and enlarge the social education range of the library without influencing the borrowing times are achieved.
Further, the self-service terminal also comprises a reader-writer 12;
the reader 12 is connected to the second processor 6, and is configured to identify an information tag of a borrowed book, where the information tag may be an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) electronic tag;
the second processor 6 compares the identification result with the book borrowing order, and if the identification result is the same as the book borrowing order, the cabinet door of the book storage cabinet is opened to allow a user to store books into the self-service terminal;
the reader-writer 12 is further configured to identify an information tag of a book to be returned, and send the information tag to the first handheld terminal to generate a book return order.
Further, the community self-service terminal 3 further comprises a lock control module 7, and the book storage cabinet comprises an electromagnetic lock 8;
the electromagnetic lock 8 is connected with the lock control module 7 and is used for opening or closing the cabinet door of the bookcase according to the control of the lock control module 7.
Optionally, each borrowing and returning book order is in one-to-one correspondence with the electromagnetic locks 8 arranged on the cabinet doors of the book storage cabinets 9 through the lock control module 7, specifically, each borrowing and returning book order includes an order number, and the lock control module 7 is associated with the electromagnetic lock 8 switch through the number of the borrowing and returning book order.
Further, the library book borrowing and returning system further comprises: an identity recognition module 10 and a borrow card generation module 11;

The library server is further configured to confirm books to be borrowed, which are found from the library by the second handheld terminal 2 holder, namely the order receiver, on behalf of the order submitter according to the book borrowing order information sent by the community self-service terminal 3, and if the books to be borrowed are identical to the book borrowing order information, the books to be borrowed are placed under the account of the order submitter, so that book borrowing operation is completed.

1. A library book borrowing and returning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first handheld terminal submits a book borrowing and returning order to the community self-service terminal;
the second handheld terminal acquires the book borrowing and returning order sent by the community self-service terminal;
after the community self-service terminal confirms that the second handheld terminal holder completes the book borrowing and returning order, sending confirmation information to the first handheld terminal;
the first handheld terminal pays a preset reward to the community self-service terminal according to the confirmation information;
the second handheld terminal receives the preset reward sent by the community self-service terminal;
the community self-service terminal confirms that the second handheld terminal holder completes the book borrowing and returning order, and the method comprises the following steps:
the community self-service terminal scans the label information of books borrowed from the library by the second handheld terminal holder;
the community self-service terminal compares the tag information of the borrowed book with the book borrowing order information, if the tag information of the borrowed book is the same as the book borrowing order information, the borrowed book is stored, and book borrowing order completion confirmation information is sent to the first handheld terminal;
or, the community self-service terminal confirms that the second handheld terminal holder completes the book borrowing and returning order, including:
the community self-service terminal opens a cabinet door storing books to be returned corresponding to the book returning order according to the book returning order information acquired by the second handheld terminal;
the library server scans the label information of the book to be returned, which is taken out from the community self-service terminal by the second handheld terminal holder;
the library server compares the label information of the book to be returned with the book returning order information, and if the label information of the book to be returned is the same as the book returning order information, the book returning order completion confirmation information is sent to the first handheld terminal through the community self-service terminal;
wherein, the order of borrowing and returning books can be a book borrowing order and/or a book returning order; the book borrowing order comprises account information of an order submitter, book information of books to be borrowed and a preset time limit for completing the order, and the book returning order comprises book information of books to be returned and a preset time limit for completing the order.
2. The library book borrowing and returning method according to claim 1, wherein before the first handheld terminal submits a book borrowing and returning order to the community self-service terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
the community self-service terminal acquires book borrowing and returning records corresponding to the book borrowing and returning information stored by the library server according to the book borrowing and returning information input by the user;
the community self-service terminal judges whether the credit value corresponding to the borrowing certificate information exceeds a preset value according to the book borrowing and returning record: if the number of the borrowing certificate information exceeds a preset value, granting the permission of submitting and receiving a book borrowing and returning order right of the community self-service terminal to the book borrowing certificate information;
correspondingly, the first hand-held terminal submits the order of borrowing and returning the book to the self-service terminal of community, includes:
the first handheld terminal acquires permission of submitting and receiving book borrowing and returning orders of the community self-service terminal according to the book borrowing information input by the user;
after acquiring the permission of submitting and receiving a book borrowing and returning order, the first handheld terminal displays an order submitting interface to the user according to the permission information of submitting and receiving the book borrowing and returning order;
and the first handheld terminal acquires a book borrowing and returning order input by the user on the order submitting interface and sends the book borrowing and returning order to the community self-service terminal.
3. The library book borrowing and returning method according to claim 1, wherein the first handheld terminal submits a book borrowing and returning order to a community self-service terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the first handheld terminal retrieves borrowing and returning information of the book to be borrowed;
the first handheld terminal adjusts the book to be borrowed according to the borrowing and returning information, generates a book borrowing order and sends the book borrowing order to the community self-service terminal;
or, the first handheld terminal submits a book borrowing and returning order to the community self-service terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the community self-service terminal scans the label information of the book to be returned and sends the label information to the first handheld terminal;
and the first handheld terminal generates a book returning order according to the label information of the book to be returned and sends the book returning order to the community self-service terminal.
4. The library book borrowing and returning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the book borrowing and returning order sent by the community self-service terminal by the second handheld terminal comprises the following steps:
the second handheld terminal sends an order receiving request to the community self-service terminal;
the community self-service terminal receives the order receiving request and sends the order of the borrowing and returning book to the second handheld terminal;
and the second handheld terminal acquires the book borrowing and returning order.
5. A library book borrowing and returning system, comprising: the system comprises a plurality of handheld terminals, a plurality of community self-service terminals and a library server;
the plurality of handheld terminals comprise a first handheld terminal and a second handheld terminal;
the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal are both provided with a first wireless communication module and a first processor;
the first wireless communication module is used for communicating with the community self-service terminal;
the first processor is used for submitting a book borrowing and returning order to the community self-service terminal or acquiring the book borrowing and returning order from the community self-service terminal, and paying a predetermined reward to the community self-service terminal or receiving the predetermined reward sent by the community self-service terminal;
the community self-service terminal is provided with a wired communication module, a second wireless communication module, a second processor and a book storage cabinet;
the wired communication module is used for carrying out wired communication with the library server;
the second wireless communication module is used for carrying out wireless communication with the handheld terminal;
the book storage cabinet is used for storing books to be returned and books borrowed from a library;
the second processor is used for sending a book borrowing and returning order to the handheld terminal or receiving the book borrowing and returning order sent by the handheld terminal, and paying a preset reward to the handheld terminal or receiving the preset reward sent by the handheld terminal;
the community self-service terminal is further configured to confirm that the second handheld terminal holder completes the book borrowing and returning order, and specifically includes:
the community self-service terminal scans the label information of books borrowed from the library by the second handheld terminal holder;
the community self-service terminal compares the tag information of the borrowed book with the book borrowing order information, if the tag information of the borrowed book is the same as the book borrowing order information, the borrowed book is stored, and book borrowing order completion confirmation information is sent to the first handheld terminal;
or the community self-service terminal opens a cabinet door storing books to be returned corresponding to the book returning order according to the book returning order information acquired by the second handheld terminal;
the library server is connected with the community self-service terminal and is used for scanning the label information of the books to be returned, which is taken out from the community self-service terminal by the second handheld terminal holder;
the library server compares the label information of the book to be returned with the book returning order information, and if the label information of the book to be returned is the same as the book returning order information, the book returning order completion confirmation information is sent to the first handheld terminal through the community self-service terminal;
wherein, the order of borrowing and returning books is an order of borrowing books and/or an order of returning books; the book borrowing order comprises account information of an order submitter, book information of books to be borrowed and a preset time limit for completing the order, and the book returning order can comprise book information of books to be returned and a preset time limit for completing the order.
6. The library book borrowing and returning system according to claim 5, wherein the self-service terminal further comprises a reader/writer;
the reader-writer is connected with the second processor and used for identifying the information tag of the borrowed book;
the second processor compares the identification result with the book borrowing order, and if the identification result is the same as the book borrowing order, the cabinet door of the book storage cabinet is opened to allow a user to store books into the self-service terminal;
the reader-writer is also used for identifying an information tag of a book to be returned and sending the information tag to the first handheld terminal to generate a book returning order.
7. The library book borrowing and returning system according to claim 5, wherein the community self-service terminal further comprises a lock control module, and the book locker comprises an electromagnetic lock;
the electromagnetic lock is connected with the lock control module and used for opening or closing the cabinet door of the bookcase according to the control of the lock control module.
8. The library book borrowing and returning system according to claim 5, wherein the community self-service terminal further comprises: the system comprises an identity recognition module and a borrow card generation module;
the identity recognition module is used for scanning the identity document of the borrower and sending the identity information to the borrower document generation module;
