In this embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium includes a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. In some embodiments, the computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the computer device, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device. In other embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium may be an external storage device of the computer device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, provided on the computer device. Of course, the computer-readable storage medium may also include both internal and external storage units of the computer device. In this embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium is generally used for storing an operating system and various types of application software installed in the computer device, for example, the program code of the customer care analysis system in the second embodiment. Further, the computer-readable storage medium may also be used to temporarily store various types of data that have been output or are to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the invention are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (9)

1. An unlocking method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s01, responding to an unlocking request of a user, displaying a plurality of selectable pictures, and displaying the selectable pictures according to at least one of the following display modes: randomly arranging and displaying, displaying according to the number sequence of pictures, displaying in a rolling mode and displaying in a rotating mode;
s02, acquiring clicking operation of the plurality of selectable pictures by the user;
s03, determining whether the clicking operation of the user meets a preset clicking rule, wherein the preset clicking rule is determined by selecting a plurality of display modes through the user, and randomly selecting a display rule of a selectable picture by the system when the password is unlocked;
and S04, determining that the unlocking is successful under the condition that the clicking operation of the user meets a preset clicking rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the clicking operation of the user meets a preset clicking rule comprises:
determining whether a picture set formed by pictures clicked by a user is a picture set in a preset clicking rule or not;
determining whether the order of clicking the pictures by the user is the clicking order in the preset clicking rule or not under the condition that the picture set formed by the pictures clicked by the user is determined to be the picture set in the preset clicking rule;
and under the condition that the order of clicking the pictures by the user is determined to be the clicking order in the preset clicking rule, determining that the clicking operation of the user meets the preset clicking rule.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the clickable image is a face of a playing card.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the preset click rule is a playing card rule, wherein the playing card rule comprises at least one of: the same flowers are orderly and are added to a preset numerical value.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein when the predetermined clicking rule is a predetermined value, acquiring a clicking operation of the user on the plurality of selectable pictures, and determining whether the clicking operation of the user satisfies the predetermined clicking rule, comprises:
determining whether a user clicks an end button;
under the condition that the user clicks the end button is determined, acquiring the numerical value of each card face of the playing cards clicked by the user;
accumulating the numerical values of the card surfaces of the playing cards to obtain an accumulated sum;
it is determined whether the accumulated sum is a preset value.
6. An unlocking device, comprising:
the display module is used for responding to an unlocking request of a user, displaying a plurality of selectable pictures and displaying the selectable pictures according to at least one of the following display modes: randomly arranging and displaying, displaying according to the number sequence of pictures, displaying in a rolling mode and displaying in a rotating mode;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the clicking operation of the plurality of selectable pictures by the user;
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining whether the clicking operation of a user meets a preset clicking rule, the preset clicking rule is determined by selecting a plurality of display modes through the user, and the system randomly selects the display rule of a clickable picture when the password is unlocked;
and the unlocking module is used for determining that the unlocking is successful under the condition that the clicking operation of the user meets a preset clicking rule.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module comprises:
the first determining unit is used for determining whether a picture set formed by pictures clicked by a user is a picture set in a preset clicking rule or not;
the second determining unit is used for determining whether the order of clicking the pictures by the user is the clicking order in the preset clicking rule or not under the condition that the picture set formed by the pictures clicked by the user is determined to be the picture set in the preset clicking rule;
and the third determining unit is used for determining that the clicking operation of the user meets the preset clicking rule under the condition that the order of clicking the pictures by the user is determined to be the clicking order in the preset clicking rule.
8. A computer device, comprising: memory and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
