In the invention, the electronic equipment can determine a file event set to be processed, wherein the file event set to be processed comprises a plurality of file events, the plurality of file events are obtained by firstly filing and arranging according to time sequence, and the matching degree between each file event in the plurality of file events and a first file cover event and/or a second file cover event is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree; performing secondary archiving on the plurality of archive events to obtain a first target archive event stream and a second target archive event stream so as to finish the archiving operation on the plurality of archive events, wherein the first target archive event stream is an archive event set corresponding to a first person, and the second target archive event stream is an archive event set corresponding to a second person; acquiring first external archive event information and second external archive event information; coupling and comparing the first target archival event stream and the second target archival event stream with a first external archival event and a second external archival event respectively to obtain a plurality of coupling degrees; and selecting the first filing event or the event to be analyzed corresponding to the highest coupling degree as a target filing event to obtain the file data corresponding to the target filing event, and filing the file data.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, a plurality may refer to two or more than two, and details are not described later. The system architecture of the data archiving method provided by the present application is not limited to that shown in fig. 1A.
Referring to fig. 1B, a flow chart of an embodiment of a data archiving method according to the present invention is shown. The data archiving method described in this embodiment includes the following steps:
101. determining a file event set to be processed, wherein the file event set comprises a plurality of file events, the file events are obtained by firstly filing and arranging according to the time sequence, and the matching degree between each file event in the plurality of file events and a first file cover event and/or a second file cover event is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree.
Each of the file events may correspond to file data, and the file data may include: an archive cover map, an identity authentication mark, and the like, wherein the archive cover map may be a face image, a body image, and the like of a user corresponding to the archive data, and is not limited herein.
Wherein, each file event can correspond to a real-name file. The electronic equipment can be obtained by arranging the plurality of archive events according to time successfully when filing for the first time.
The electronic equipment can be preset with a first file cover event and a second file cover event, wherein the first file cover event is different from the second file cover event.
The first file cover event and the second file cover event may form a same file library, and the data corresponding to the first file cover event and the data corresponding to the second file cover event are highly similar user file data, for example, the first file cover event may correspond to a sister in a twin, and the second file cover event may correspond to a sister in a twin. The first file cover event and/or the second file cover event can be a human face image, a human body image and the like.
In one possible example, the determining the set of pending archival events comprises:
a1, acquiring a snapshot event set, wherein the snapshot event set comprises a plurality of snapshot events;
a2, respectively matching each snapshot event in the plurality of snapshot events with the face characteristic value of the first file cover event and the second file cover event to obtain a plurality of matching degrees;
a3, filing the plurality of snapshot events into the first file cover event corresponding set and the second file cover event corresponding set according to the plurality of matching degrees to obtain a first event stream and a second event stream, wherein the matching degree corresponding to any file event in the first event stream and/or the second event stream is greater than the preset matching degree;
and A4, determining the archive event set according to the first event stream after archiving and the second preset stream after archiving.
Wherein, above-mentioned snapshot event set can include a plurality of snapshot events, and every snapshot event can be corresponding to there is the data of taking a candid photograph, and this data of taking a candid photograph can include following at least one: the face feature value feature, the snapshot time, the location (longitude and latitude, GPS information, etc.), the body attributes (jacket color, shirt color, style of clothing, etc.), etc., which are not limited herein.
Specifically, the face characteristic value corresponding to each snapshot event may be matched with the face characteristic value corresponding to the first document cover event to obtain a plurality of first matching degrees; matching the face characteristic value corresponding to each snapshot event with the face characteristic value corresponding to the second file cover event to obtain a plurality of second matching degrees; selecting the snapshot events corresponding to the first matching degrees which are greater than or equal to a preset matching degree (which can be set by a user or default by a system, but is not limited herein, the preset matching degree can be set to a high similarity threshold value such as 0.89, 0.92, 0.95, and the like) from the plurality of first matching degrees to be divided into a set corresponding to the first case cover event, so as to obtain a first event stream after filing, wherein the filing events in the first event stream can be sorted according to a time sequence.
Further, the snapshot events corresponding to the second matching degree which is greater than or equal to the preset matching degree in the plurality of second matching degrees can be selected and divided into the set corresponding to the second case cover event, so that the second event stream after filing is obtained, and the filing events in the second event stream can be sorted according to the time sequence. Finally, the first event stream and the second event stream can be merged to obtain a set of archival events. In this way, a plurality of snapshot events can be archived for the first time in a face feature value matching manner, so that the snapshot events corresponding to the image data with high similarity are archived in the same event stream (e.g., the first event stream or the second event stream).
In one possible example, the determining the archive event set according to the first event stream after archiving and the second event stream after archiving includes:
b1, mixing all archive events in the archived first event stream and the archived second event stream to obtain a third event stream;
and B2, arranging the file events in the third event stream according to the time sequence to obtain the file event set.
The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a plurality of snapshot events are subjected to face feature value matching to complete filing operation due to the fact that the faces of corresponding data of a first file cover event and a second file cover event are highly similar, and if the first file cover event and the second file cover event correspond to face data of a pair of twins, the possibility of filing error predictability is very high, and a large error exists in follow-up trajectory analysis according to a filing result after filing; therefore, all the filing events in the first event stream and the second event stream can be mixed and are arranged again according to the time sequence to obtain a filing event set for realizing secondary filing subsequently, and the filing event set is favorable for reducing the filing error probability of the filing events.
102. And performing secondary archiving on the plurality of archive events to obtain a first target archive event stream and a second target archive event stream so as to complete the archiving operation on the plurality of archive events, wherein the first target archive event stream is an archive event set corresponding to a first person, and the second target archive event stream is an archive event set corresponding to a second person.
The plurality of archive events are determined only by a face feature value matching mode, and if the face data corresponding to the first preset event and the second preset event are highly similar, an archiving error condition may exist. Therefore, in order to improve the filing accuracy, secondary filing analysis operation can be further performed according to the filing event set, so that the problem of disordered filing of the file event stream of the human face highly similar person is prevented.
The first person and the second person are not the same person, and the first person and the second person may be persons with highly similar facial features.
In one possible example, the performing secondary archiving on the plurality of archive events to obtain a first target archive event stream and a second target archive event stream includes:
21. according to the time sequence, selecting a file event which is arranged most front from the plurality of file events as an analysis event, and selecting a next file event of the analysis event as an event to be analyzed;
22. taking the analysis event as a starting point of the first target archived event stream corresponding to the first person, and analyzing whether the event to be analyzed and the analysis event are archive events of the same person;
23. if the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are determined to be the archive event of the same person, archiving the event to be analyzed into the first target archiving event stream, and arranging the event to be analyzed behind the analysis event;
24. if the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are not determined to be the archive event of the same person, archiving the event to be analyzed to the second target archiving event stream corresponding to the second person, and taking the event to be analyzed as the starting point event of the second target archiving event stream corresponding to the second person.
The event to be analyzed may refer to a file event that has not been subjected to the secondary archiving operation, the analysis event may refer to a file event that has been subjected to the secondary archiving operation, and the analysis event may be used to analyze the event to be analyzed.
The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of file events can be used as analysis objects, and the analysis of the plurality of file events is started according to the time sequence; in a specific implementation, the plurality of archive events are obtained by arranging according to a time sequence, the archive event arranged at the forefront, namely the archive event arranged at the forefront can be determined to be used as an analysis event, and the analysis event is directly used as any one of two target archive event streams (a first target archive event stream and a second target archive event stream) after archiving; for example, an analytic event may be used as a starting point or starting point event in a first target archival event stream.
Further, the next archive event of the analysis event, that is, the most advanced archive event in the plurality of archive events, may be used as the event to be analyzed corresponding to the analysis event, and further, the person corresponding to the first target archive event stream may be defined as a first person, and similarly, the person corresponding to the second target archive event stream may be defined as a second person; furthermore, the analysis event can be determined as a first target archival event stream corresponding to a first person, namely a starting point of the archival event set, and whether the event to be analyzed and the analysis event are archival events corresponding to the same person or not can be analyzed.
Still further, if it is determined that the event to be analyzed is not an archival event of the same person as the analysis event, then the event to be analyzed may be determined as a start event of a second target archival event stream of a second person. In the case where there is only a first person's archival event stream, that is, the event to be analyzed and the analysis event are archival events of the same person, the event to be analyzed is archived into a first target archival event stream, and the event to be analyzed is arranged behind the analysis event.
In this example, the electronic device may use a plurality of archive events to be subjected to secondary archiving as analysis objects, select the events to be analyzed and the analysis events according to the arrangement sequence of the plurality of archive events, and compare whether the two events are archive events of the same person, so as to complete a first round of circulation or a first secondary archiving process, so as to determine the archive events corresponding to a first person and/or a second person; finally, the last archive event arranged in the first target archive event stream or the second target archive event stream can be used as the starting point of the next secondary archive, which is beneficial to helping each archive event to be successfully and correctly archived into the corresponding target archive event stream subsequently, and is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the secondary archive.
Optionally, after step 23, i.e. after arranging the events to be analyzed behind the analysis events, the method further comprises the steps of:
c1, taking the currently most-arranged archive event in the plurality of archive events as an event to be analyzed for next secondary archiving, and taking the most-arranged archive event in the first target archive event stream as the analysis event for the next secondary archiving;
c2, when the next secondary filing is carried out, analyzing whether the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are the same archive event or not;
and C3, if the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are determined not to be the archive event of the same person, archiving the event to be analyzed into the second target archiving event stream corresponding to the second person.
After step 22, if it is determined that the event to be analyzed in steps 21-24 and the analysis event are the same file event, it is only necessary to compare the next event to be analyzed (which is the next one of the multiple file events that are not archived twice, i.e., the file event with the first ranking) with the last file event (e.g., the event to be analyzed in steps 21-24) ranked in the first target archive event stream of the first person, determine whether to continue to archive the file event with the first ranking in the first target archive event stream of the first person, and if it is determined that the file event with the first ranking (the event to be analyzed) and the file event with the second ranking in the first target archive event stream (the analysis event) are the file events of the same person, archive the event to be analyzed in the first target event stream; otherwise, the event to be analyzed can be directly filed into a second target filed event stream corresponding to the second person.
Optionally, after step 24 or C3, after said archiving the event to be analyzed into the second target archived event stream for the second person; the method further comprises the steps of:
d1, determining a next file event of the event to be analyzed as a file to be analyzed in a next secondary filing process;
d2, taking the archive event with the most rear arrangement in the first target archive event as a first analysis event, and taking the archive event with the most rear arrangement in the second target archive event as a second analysis event;
and D3, comparing the file to be analyzed with the first analysis event and the second analysis event respectively so as to archive the file to be analyzed into the first target archive event stream or the second target archive event stream.
After step 22, if it is determined that the events to be analyzed and the analysis events in steps 21-24 are not the same file event, that is, under the condition that the first target filing event stream and the second target filing event stream respectively corresponding to the first person and the second person exist at the same time, the file event arranged at the back in the file event streams of the next event to be analyzed and the first person and the second person, that is, the first analysis event and the second analysis event are respectively compared and then classified until all the file events in the file event set are classified completely.
As can be seen, in this example, the archive event with the most front current arrangement in the multiple archive events that are not subjected to secondary archiving may be always used as the event to be analyzed, and the event may be compared with the start event or the last archive event in the first target archive event and/or the second target archive event stream, so as to implement secondary archiving of the file event with the most front current arrangement, which is beneficial to archiving the archive event into the correct target archive event stream, and is beneficial to improving the archiving accuracy.
In one possible example, in step 22, the analyzing whether the event to be analyzed and the analysis event are the same person's archival event includes the following steps:
221. determining a first time difference value and a first distance difference value between the analysis event and the event to be analyzed, and calculating to obtain a space-time coupling degree between the analysis event and the event to be analyzed according to the first time difference value and the first distance difference value;
222. determining a second time difference value and a second distance difference value between the analysis event and the event to be analyzed, and calculating to obtain a human body attribute change possible value between the analysis event and the event to be analyzed according to the second time difference value and the second distance difference value;
223. if the space-time coupling degree is smaller than a preset threshold value, or the human body attribute change possible value is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are not file events of the same person;
224. and if the space-time coupling degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value and the human body attribute change possible value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining that the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are the file event of the same person.
In a specific implementation, the preset first calculation formula and/or the preset second calculation formula may be set by a user or default, and is not limited herein. And scoring the analysis event and the event to be analyzed through the first calculation formula and the second calculation formula to obtain the possible values of the space-time coupling degree and the human body attribute change.
Specifically, the analysis event and the event to be analyzed can be graded according to two dimensions (a space-time coupling degree dimension and a human body attribute change value dimension), and the range of the space-time coupling degree or the human body attribute change possible value obtained by grading in each dimension is 0-100 min; the first calculation formula may be set as: o1= k 1/(t 1 × d 1), where k1 is a configurable coefficient, t1 is a time difference (unit: s) corresponding to two events, and d1 is a distance difference (unit: m) corresponding to two events. The space-time coupling degree is inversely proportional to the distance difference value and the time difference value of the two events according to the first calculation formula. A lower score indicates a lower probability that the two events belong to the same person's archival event; a higher score indicates a higher probability that the two events belong to the same person's archival event. Furthermore, the space-time coupling degree corresponding to the analysis event and the event to be analyzed can be determined according to a first calculation formula, the first time difference value and the distance difference value.
Still further, the second calculation formula may be set as: o2= (k 2 × t 2)/d 2, where d2 is a second distance difference value, k2 is a configurable coefficient, and different types of human body attribute changes correspond to different k2 values, which may be set according to actual scenarios. For example, since it is easier to replace the upper garment than the lower garment, the value of k2 corresponding to the lower garment color style replacement scene may be set to be higher than the value of k2 corresponding to the upper garment color style replacement scene. Wherein o2 is proportional to the second time difference and inversely proportional to the second distance difference. And then, determining the possible human body attribute change values corresponding to the analysis event and the event to be analyzed according to a second calculation formula, a second time difference value and the second distance difference value.
If the human body attribute is not changed, o2 is the highest score of 100.
Further, the preset threshold may be set by the user or may be a default of the system, which is not limited herein. The preset threshold value can mean that the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are the reach values of the same file under the two dimensions; for example, the preset threshold may be set to 60 minutes.
Further, if the space-time coupling degree is smaller than a preset threshold value or the possible value of the human body attribute change is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are not the archive event corresponding to the same person; and if the space-time coupling degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value and the human body attribute change possible value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining that the analysis event and the event to be analyzed are corresponding file events of the same person.
It can be seen that, in this example, the space-time coupling degree and the human body attribute change possible value can be obtained by calculating two archive events in two dimensions and under different dimensions; and whether the two file events are corresponding file events of the same person is evaluated by combining the space-time coupling degree and the human body attribute change possible value, so that whether the two file events are corresponding file events of the same person is determined, and the filing accuracy rate is improved.
Optionally, in step D3, comparing the archive to be analyzed with the first analysis event and the second analysis event respectively to archive the archive to be analyzed into the first target archive event stream or the second target archive event stream, the following steps may be included: respectively calculating a first spatiotemporal coupling degree and a first human body attribute change possible value between the event to be analyzed and the first analysis event, and a second spatiotemporal coupling degree and a second human body attribute change possible value between the event to be analyzed and the second analysis event through the first calculation formula and the second calculation formula in the steps 221-224; further, the first spatiotemporal coupling, the first human attribute change likelihood value, the second spatiotemporal coupling, and the second human attribute change likelihood value may be compared.
Further, if any one calculated value between the first space-time coupling degree and the second space-time coupling degree is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the possible value of the change of the first human body attribute is larger than the preset threshold value, and the possible value of the change of the second human body attribute is larger than the preset threshold value, the event to be analyzed and the second analysis event are determined to be the file event of the same person, and the event to be analyzed can be filed in a second target filing event stream.
If any one calculated value between the first human body attribute change possible value and the second human body attribute change possible value is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the first time-space coupling degree is larger than the preset threshold value, and the second time-space coupling degree is larger than the preset threshold value; the event to be analyzed is determined to be an archive event of the same person as the first analysis event, and the event to be analyzed can be archived into the first target archived event stream.
If the first time-space coupling degree, the second time-space coupling degree, the first human body attribute change possible value and the second human body attribute change possible value are all larger than a preset threshold value, or the first time-space coupling degree, the second time-space coupling degree, the first human body attribute change possible value and the second human body attribute change possible value are all smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, calculating the sum of the first time-space coupling degree and the second time-space coupling degree to obtain a first result, and calculating the sum of the first human body attribute change possible value and the second human body attribute change possible value to obtain a second result.
If the first result is greater than the second result, the archive event that determines that the event to be analyzed is the same person as the first analysis event may be archived in the first target archive event stream.
If the first result is smaller than the second result, the file event of the same person as the second analysis event is determined to be the event to be analyzed, and the event to be analyzed can be filed into a second target filed event stream.
Optionally, after obtaining the first target archived event stream and the second target archived event stream, the following steps may be further included:
e1, acquiring first external archive event information and second external archive event information;
e2, carrying out the first external archive event information and the second external archive event information with the first target archive event stream and/or the second target archive event stream to obtain a plurality of coupling degrees;
e3, obtaining an archiving event corresponding to the highest coupling degree in the plurality of coupling degrees; the target external archive event information (first external archive event information or second external archive event information) corresponding to the archive event can be determined.
After all the plurality of archive events are archived for the second time, a first target archive event stream and a second target archive event stream can be output; however, it cannot be realized that which real-name file corresponds to which target file event stream, and it needs to be coupled and compared with information of 2 target file events (imsi code information or information of swiping card with identity card, etc.) provided by the outside of the third party, and the event with the highest coupling degree of the file event stream is obtained by comparison, so as to confirm the file identity information of the file event; the more target archive events provided by the outside of the third party, the higher the probability of correct archives and archive events corresponding to the analyzed target external archive event information.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, which is a flow chart of a data archiving method, as shown in the figure, module 1 can be used to execute the method shown as A1-A4 in the present invention, module 2 can be used to execute the method shown as B1-B2 in the present invention, and module 3 can be used to execute steps 21-24 and the related methods in the present invention; the module 4 can be used to perform the method according to the invention as shown in steps E1-E3.
