技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用空气净化机。
背景技术
空气净化是针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康,而空气净化机是公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一,空气净化机又称空气净化器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物一般包括粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化机为市场的主流产品,最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题,目前市场上存在的空气净化机结构简单、功能单一不能满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在结构简单的缺点,而提出的一种家用空气净化机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种家用空气净化机,包括净化仓,所述净化仓的底部开设有空气入口,所述空气入口的上方设置有过滤装置,所述过滤装置内依次设置有初级过滤层、活性炭过滤层和高效HEPA超微过滤层,所述滤装置的上方设置有紫外线杀菌灯,所述净化仓的顶部设置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的两侧分别安装有排风扇,所述净化仓的上方设置空气出口仓,所述空气出口仓上固定有转轴,所述转轴的一端延伸入所述净化仓内,所述转轴通过联轴器连接在所述伺服电机的输出轴上。
优选的,所述空气出口仓包括空气加湿腔和空气干燥腔,所述空气加湿腔内安装有加湿器,所述空气干燥腔内安装有加热器,所述空气加湿腔和所述空气干燥腔的底部分别连接有进气管,所述进气管的一端通入所述净化仓,并位于所述排风扇上方,所述空气加湿腔和所述空气干燥腔的一侧分别开设有空气出口。
优选的,所述空气加湿腔和所述空气干燥腔分别位于所述转轴的两侧。
优选的,所述进气管采用塑料管。
优选的,所述空气入口和空气出口内分别设置有防尘滤网。
优选的,所述空气出口仓的顶部设置有控制面板,所述控制面板上安装有加湿开关、加热开关和电机开关,并通过导线分别与所述加湿器、所述加热器、所述伺服电机连接。
优选的,所述伺服电机外侧安装有隔离罩。
本发明提出的一种家用空气净化机,有益效果在于:本发明通过设置空气出口仓,通过转轴固定在净化仓上,在净化仓内安装伺服电机并与转轴连接,通过伺服电机驱动空气出口仓旋转,可以均匀的向四周散发净化后的空气并增加美感,本发明通过空气出口仓分为空气加湿腔和空气干燥腔,并在空气加湿腔和空气干燥腔内安装加湿器和加热器,可以选择调节室内空气的干湿度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种家用空气净化机,包括净化仓1,净化仓1的底部开设有空气入口4,空气入口4的上方设置有过滤装置3,过滤装置3内依次设置有初级过滤层5、活性炭过滤层6和高效HEPA超微过滤层7,初级过滤层5可以过滤空气中的毛发等大颗粒异物,活性炭过滤层6吸附室内甲醛等有害化学物质,高效HEPA超微过滤层7可以过滤掉可吸入细小颗粒,过滤装置3的上方设置有紫外线杀菌灯8,可以进一步对空气进行灭菌,提高空气质量。
净化仓1的顶部设置有伺服电机16,伺服电机16外侧安装有隔离罩,伺服电机16的两侧分别安装有排风扇17,净化仓1的上方设置空气出口仓2,空气出口仓2上固定有转轴10,转轴10的一端延伸入净化仓1内,转轴10通过联轴器连接在伺服电机16的输出轴上,伺服电机16可以驱动空气出口仓2向四周均匀扩散净化后的空气,并可以增加美感。
空气出口仓2包括空气加湿腔和空气干燥腔12,空气加湿腔11和空气干燥腔12分别位于转轴10的两侧,空气加湿腔11内安装有加湿器13,空气干燥腔12内安装有加热器14,空气加湿腔11和空气干燥腔12的底部分别连接有进气管9,进气管9采用塑料管,进气管9的一端通入净化仓1,并位于排风扇17上方,空气加湿腔11和空气干燥腔12的一侧分别开设有空气出口15,空气入口4和空气出口15内分别设置有防尘滤网,空气出口仓2的顶部设置有控制面板18,控制面板18上安装有加湿开关、加热开关和电机开关,并通过导线分别与加湿器13、加热器14、伺服电机16连接。
工作原理:在实际的使用中空气经过净化仓1内过滤装置3和紫外线杀菌灯8对空气净化杀菌后进入空气出口仓2,根据室内的空气条件,选择对空气进行加湿和加热,并通过伺服电机驱动空气出口仓2旋转向四周扩散净化后的空气。

1.一种家用空气净化机,包括净化仓(1),其特征在于,所述净化仓(1)的底部开设有空气入口(4),所述空气入口(4)的上方设置有过滤装置(3),所述过滤装置(3)内依次设置有初级过滤层(5)、活性炭过滤层(6)和高效HEPA超微过滤层(7),所述滤装置(3)的上方设置有紫外线杀菌灯(8),所述净化仓(1)的顶部设置有伺服电机(16),所述伺服电机(16)的两侧分别安装有排风扇(17),所述净化仓(1)的上方设置空气出口仓(2),所述空气出口仓(2)上固定有转轴(10),所述转轴(10)的一端延伸入所述净化仓(1)内,所述转轴(10)通过联轴器连接在所述伺服电机(16)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述空气出口仓(2)包括空气加湿腔和空气干燥腔(12),所述空气加湿腔(11)内安装有加湿器(13),所述空气干燥腔(12)内安装有加热器(14),所述空气加湿腔(11)和所述空气干燥腔(12)的底部分别连接有进气管(9),所述进气管(9)的一端通入所述净化仓(1),并位于所述排风扇(17)上方,所述空气加湿腔(11)和所述空气干燥腔(12)的一侧分别开设有空气出口(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述空气加湿腔(11)和所述空气干燥腔(12)分别位于所述转轴(10)的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述进气管(9)采用塑料管。
5.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述空气入口(4)和空气出口(15)内分别设置有防尘滤网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述空气出口仓(2)的顶部设置有控制面板(18),所述控制面板(18)上安装有加湿开关、加热开关和电机开关,并通过导线分别与所述加湿器(13)、所述加热器(14)、所述伺服电机(16)连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用空气净化机,其特征在于,所述伺服电机(16)外侧安装有隔离罩。
