Technical Field

At present, rubber pipes used in the field, such as rubber water pipes, gas pipes and the like, cannot be connected by using a common pipeline connection mode due to the severe leakage prevention requirements of water, gas and the like, and are generally connected by adopting a hot melting mode. The bottom of the clamping groove ring on the inner wall of the cylinder is provided with a sealing ring; the seal ring is split along a radius or diameter.
The height of the sealing ring is greater than or equal to twice the thickness of the convex edge ring of the outer wall of the rubber pipe port.
And the joint surface of the clamping groove ring on the inner wall of the cylinder body corresponding to the convex edge ring on the outer wall of the two rubber pipe ports is also provided with a caulking ring.
The clamping groove ring wall is provided with a screw hole, and a bolt is arranged in the screw hole.
The waterproof ring is split along the radius or the diameter and is respectively arranged at the ports at the two ends of the cylinder body.

The left and right parts of the cylindrical body 7 are connected with the key through the key groove 3 of the connecting lug 2 in a matching way to form a whole. The key grooves 3 of the connecting lugs 2 at the left and right parts of the cylindrical body are T-shaped, so that the key grooves 3 of the connecting lugs 2 which are symmetrical with each other at the left and right parts of the cylindrical body are respectively I-shaped after being folded. The key grooves 3 of the left and right part coupling lugs 2 of the cylindrical body may be formed in other shapes having the same function. The I-shaped key is matched with the key groove to connect the left part and the right part of the cylindrical body into a whole. The key may also be of other shapes compatible with the keyway 3. The keys are made of a gum material and the keys may also be made of other materials that are resistant to oxidation.
