A quick nipple as claimed in claim 1, in which said damping means (16) comprises a plurality of outer rods (21), said outer rods (21) having a second cavity formed therein, a third spring (22) and an inner rod (23) are arranged in the second cavity, two ends of the third spring (22) are respectively fixedly connected with the side wall of the second cavity and one end of the inner rod (23), the left side and the right side of the inner rod (23) are both fixedly connected with third slide blocks, the left side and the right side of the second cavity are both provided with third slide grooves which are connected with the third slide blocks in a matching way, one end of the inner rod (23) far away from the third spring (22) penetrates through the side wall of the second cavity and extends outwards, one end of the inner rod (23) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the first joint body (1), and the outer rod (21) is far away from one end of the inner rod (23) and is fixedly connected with an annular sleeve (24).
