Referring to fig. 1, a garment steamer 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a steamer head 100, a main body 101 and a hose 102.
The main body 101 has an air outlet (not shown). The main body 101 further has a water tank, and water in the water tank can be heated into steam and output from the air outlet. The main body 101 is provided with a control button and a switch for controlling the working state and the steam amount of the main body 101.
In addition, for the mobility of the elevator, the bottom of the main body 101 is provided with a roller 1011. Also, a lock (not shown) is provided on the roller 1011 to facilitate securing the main body 101 during use of the garment steamer 10.
The hose 102 is used for connecting the main machine 101 and the ironing head 100, and delivering the water vapor generated by the main machine 101 to the ironing head 100 for ironing. The hose 102 is generally made of a flexible material, such as rubber or plastic. In the present embodiment, the flexible tube 102 is a corrugated tube, so that the length thereof can be stretched or compressed according to actual needs.
Referring also to fig. 2, the ironing head 100 includes a housing 110, a cleaning assembly 120, and a water removal assembly 130.
The housing 110 has a hollow structure and has a receiving cavity. Wherein the housing 110 is typically made of plastic. One side surface of the housing 110 is an ironing surface 111, and a plurality of steam holes 1112 communicated with the accommodating cavity are formed on the ironing surface 111. The housing 110 further defines an air inlet (not shown) communicating with the receiving cavity.
One end of the hose 102 communicates with an air outlet of the main body 101, and the other end communicates with an air inlet of the housing 110. Therefore, the water vapor generated by the host 101 can be transported into the accommodating cavity through the hose 102. Further, the high temperature steam is discharged from the steam hole 1112, and the clothes can be ironed by the ironing surface 111.
The sweeping assembly 120 is installed outside the housing 110. The cleaning assembly 120 is operative for cleaning the ironing surface 111. The cleaning assembly 120 cleans the ironing surface 111 to remove the fine fibers attached to the ironing surface 111, so as to prevent the fine fibers from being accumulated to block the steam holes 1112, and to keep the steam holes 1112 smooth.
In the embodiment, the sweeping assembly 120 includes a cleaning brush 121 and a sweeping driving member 123.
The cleaning brush 121 is rod-shaped, and two ends of the cleaning brush 121 are respectively slidably arranged on two opposite edges of the ironing surface 111 in a straddling manner. The sweeping driving member 123 is drivingly connected to the cleaning brush 121 to drive the cleaning brush 121 to slide along two opposite edges of the ironing surface 111. Wherein, cleaning driving element 123 is a driving motor.
Specifically, the bristles of the cleaning brush 121 can move relative to the ironing surface 111 during movement along the ironing surface 111 for cleaning. Moreover, the cleaning brush 121 in the shape of a rod has a large cleaning range, and the cleaning driving member 123 only needs to drive the cleaning brush 121 to move from one end of the ironing surface 111 to the other end, so that the whole ironing surface 111 can be cleaned.
Further, in this embodiment, parallel guide rails (not shown) are respectively disposed on two opposite edges of the ironing surface 111, and pulleys (not shown) are respectively disposed at two ends of the cleaning brush 121. The pulley is slidably mounted on the rail so that the cleaning brush 121 is slidable along the ironing surface 111.
The cleaning brush 121 can be stably installed by the cooperation of the pulley and the guide rail. Meanwhile, the friction force generated by the rolling of the pulley is small, so that the situation that the cleaning brush 121 is stuck by the fine fibers can be effectively avoided, and the cleaning brush 121 can slide more smoothly.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the sweeping assembly 120 is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and only needs to sweep the ironing surface 111.
For example, in one embodiment, the sweeping assembly 120 may also be a roller brush mounted on a retractable and/or collapsible mounting frame. When the garment steamer 10 needs to be used, the mounting rack drives the rolling brush to avoid the ironing surface 111, and the garment steamer 10 can be normally used; after the garment steamer 10 is used up, the mounting rack can drive the rolling brush to move to the surface of the ironing surface 111, and the rolling brush further rotates to clean the ironing surface 111.
In another embodiment, the cleaning assembly 120 may also be a micro-vacuum cleaner disposed at the edge of the housing 110, and the micro-vacuum cleaner moves along the edge of the ironing surface 111 to suck impurities such as fine fibers attached to the ironing surface 111, so as to clean the ironing surface 111.
In this embodiment, the ironing head 100 further comprises a sterilising assembly (not shown) which may release a sterilising medium. Wherein the sterilizing assembly includes a first sterilizing unit (not shown) disposed on the sweeping assembly 120.
Specifically, the first sterilizing unit is disposed on the cleaning brush 121. Therefore, the cleaning brush 121 can also sterilize the ironing surface 111 while cleaning it.
The water removal assembly 130 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and is mounted on the inner wall of the housing 110. The water removal assembly 130 is used for removing water in the accommodating cavity when in operation. After the water removal assembly 130 is activated, water in the receiving cavity of the housing 110 can be removed, so that the receiving cavity can be kept dry.
In the present embodiment, the water removing assembly 130 includes a wiper 131 and a water removing driving member 133.
The wiper blade 131 is slidably installed in the housing 110, and an edge of the wiper blade 131 is in sliding contact with an inner wall of the receiving cavity. The water removing driving member 133 is in transmission connection with the water scraping plate 131 to drive the water scraping plate 131 to move along the inner wall of the accommodating cavity. The water-removing driving member 133 is a driving motor.
Specifically, the water-removing driving member 133 can drive the water-scraping plate 131 to reciprocate in the accommodating cavity. The shape of the edge of the wiper 131 matches the shape of the inner wall of the receiving chamber. Therefore, when the wiper 131 moves from one end to the other end of the receiving cavity, the condensed water on the inner wall of the receiving cavity can be wiped off. Moreover, the wiper 131 can wipe off the fine fibers attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity while wiping off the condensed water, thereby achieving better cleaning effect.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the water removal assembly 130 is not limited to the above structure, and only needs to remove water from the inside of the housing 110.
For example, in one embodiment, the de-watering assembly 130 may be a robotic arm and a sponge block mounted on the robotic arm. The arm can drive the sponge piece and remove along the inner wall of acceping the chamber to erase and absorb the condensate water, in order to realize the inside dewatering of casing 110.
Furthermore, in another embodiment, the water removal assembly 130 may also be a blower. In operation, the blower may blow hot air into the interior of the receiving cavity, thereby keeping the interior of the housing 110 dry.
In this embodiment, the sterilization assembly includes a second sterilization unit (not shown) disposed on the water removal assembly 130.
Specifically, the second sterilizing unit is disposed on the surface of the wiper blade 131, and may be embedded in the wiper blade 13. Therefore, when the wiper blade 131 slides in the housing chamber, the inner wall of the housing chamber can be sterilized at the same time.
In this embodiment, the ironing head 100 further comprises a dust box 140 disposed at one end of the housing 110. The dust collecting box 140 is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and when the water removing assembly 130 works, the movement track of the water scraping plate 131 passes through the communication part of the dust collecting box 140 and the accommodating cavity.
The dust box 140 is used to collect condensed water and other impurities hung from the wiper blade 131. Also, the movement trace of the wiper blade 131 passes through the connection part of the dust box 140 with the receiving cavity. Therefore, the moisture and impurities scraped by the scraper 131 can immediately enter the dust box 140, thereby preventing the secondary diffusion of the moisture and impurities from polluting the dust box.
Further, in the present embodiment, the sterilizing assembly includes a third sterilizing unit disposed inside the dust box 140. The third sterilizing unit may sterilize impurities in the dust box 140, thereby preventing bacteria from being bred.
In this embodiment, the sterilization assembly is a deep ultraviolet light emitting assembly, the first sterilization unit, the second sterilization unit and the third sterilization unit are deep ultraviolet light emitting units, and the sterilization medium is deep ultraviolet light.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the sterilization assembly may also be an ozone generator or the like. Correspondingly, the sterilising medium is ozone gas.
In this embodiment, the ironing head 100 further comprises a protective shell (not shown) with one side open. The housing 110 is rotatably accommodated in the protective case, and the housing 100 is rotatable to a use state in which the ironing surface 111 is opposed to the opening of the protective case and a storage state in which the ironing surface 111 is covered by the protective case.
When the steamer 10 is idle, the housing 110 rotates to a storage state and the protective shell covers the ironing surface 111. At this time, impurities such as dust in the environment can be effectively prevented from adhering to the ironing surface 111 by the shielding effect of the protective case, thereby preventing the steam holes 1112 from being clogged. When the garment steamer 10 needs to be reused, the shell 110 can be rotated to a use state, so that the protective shell can avoid the ironing surface 111.
Further, in the present embodiment, the inner wall of the protective case is provided with a roller (drum). The surface of the roller has the function of removing impurities such as fine fibers and the like through electrostatic adsorption, adhesion and other modes. When the housing 110 is rotated to the storage state through the use state, the roller is in rolling contact with the ironing surface 111.
When the garment steamer 10 is used, the ironing surface 111 can be cleaned again by the drum while the housing 110 is rotated from the use position to the storage position. Therefore, the impurities on the ironing surface 111 which are not cleaned by the cleaning assembly 120 can be further cleaned by the drum, so that the cleaning effect on the ironing surface 111 is further improved.
In addition, the inner wall of the protective shell can be further provided with a deep ultraviolet light-emitting unit similar to the first disinfection unit, the second disinfection unit and the third disinfection unit. Therefore, the ironing surface 111 can be sterilized and disinfected in real time during the storage process.
In the garment steamer 10 and the ironing head 100 thereof, the ironing head 100 includes the water removing assembly 130 and the cleaning assembly 120. After the water removal assembly 130 is activated, water in the accommodating cavity of the housing 110 can be removed. Further, the cleaning assembly 120 is operable to clean the ironing surface 111 to clean the fine fibers attached to the ironing surface 111, so as to prevent the fine fibers from accumulating to block the steam holes 1112, and to maintain the smoothness of the steam holes 1112. Furthermore, the accommodating cavity of the housing 110 forms a convection with the outside through the unobstructed steam hole 1112, so as to further keep the accommodating cavity dry. As can be seen from the above analysis, the water removal assembly 130 in cooperation with the cleaning assembly 120 can maintain the interior and exterior of the ironing head 100 in a dry and clean environment during storage, thereby effectively preventing bacteria from growing. Therefore, the garment steamer 10 and the ironing head 100 thereof can effectively inhibit bacteria, thereby avoiding secondary pollution.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
