Technical Field
The invention relates to a washing machine, in particular to a particle cleaning intelligent household washing machine for cleaning stubborn stains on clothes.
Background
The washing machine is used as a common household appliance, and brings great convenience to the life of people. With the increasing demand of people for living quality, the washing performance of the washing machine is also required to be higher. The conventional washing machine removes dirt from the laundry using impact of water flow and tumbling of the laundry, but the conventional washing machine has a problem in that the dirt is deep at some parts of the laundry and needs to be removed by kneading. The conventional washing machine does not have this function.
Prior art CN201180009149 provides an apparatus and method for cleaning a soiled substrate, said apparatus comprising: (a) housing arrangement (1) having: (i) a first upper chamber in which a rotatably mounted cylindrical cage is mounted, and (ii) a second lower chamber (3) located below said cylindrical cage; (b) at least one recirculation device (4); (c) a channel arrangement (10); (d) a pumping device (8); (e) a plurality of conveying devices (6), wherein the rotatably mounted cylindrical cage comprises a drum (2) comprising perforated side walls, wherein up to 60% of the surface area of the side walls comprises perforations, and the perforations comprise holes having a diameter of no more than 25.0 mm. The method involves cleaning the soiled substrate by treating the moistened substrate with a formulation comprising a solid particulate cleaning material and wash water. This application enhances soil removal from laundry by incorporating particulate cleaning materials into the laundry. However, the technology cannot clean the heavily soiled area of the clothes.
In addition, at present, people often accumulate a lot of clothes as part of family work, and the clothes have to be washed when the clothes are a lot, so that the clothes are used as housework for many people and are not interested in doing the work. Or the laundry is done by women.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a washing machine capable of cleaning stubborn stains of clothes, so that the cleanliness of the clothes is improved. And can make people wash clothes with fun, improve the quality of life.
In order to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects, the invention adopts the following structure:
a particle washing machine includes a housing for receiving an outer tub; an outer tub for holding washing water; an inner tub for accommodating laundry; the particle cleaning device is used for cleaning specific parts of clothes.
The particle cleaning device comprises a particle supplier, a particle collector and a particle circulating device, wherein the particle supplier is arranged at the front end of the top of the outer barrel and is provided with a particle spraying device extending towards the inner barrel, and the particle spraying device downwards penetrates through the top of the outer barrel and extends into the inner barrel from an opening of the inner barrel; the particle collector is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel, and particles pass through the inner barrel hole to enter the outer barrel drainage device and enter the particle collector; the particle circulating device includes a circulating pipe and a circulating pump, and the circulating pump conveys the particles in the particle collector to the particle supplier through the circulating pipe.
The particle spraying device is provided with a rotary spray head for adjusting the spraying direction of the particles and spraying the particles to a required position.
The washing machine is provided with an image sensing unit, the image sensing unit can identify the position of clothes dirt and transmit the position of the clothes dirt to a controller, and the controller controls a particle spraying device to spray cleaning particles to the identified clothes dirt and continuously hit the dirt.
The particle injection device can move in a telescopic mode and is provided with an injector, a telescopic pipe and a traction device, the traction device comprises a traction motor and a telescopic rod, the traction motor rotates to drive the telescopic rod to extend or retract, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the traction motor, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the tail end of the telescopic pipe, the telescopic pipe is driven to extend towards the inside of the roller when the telescopic rod extends, and the telescopic pipe is driven to retract towards the outside of the roller when the telescopic rod retracts.
The traction motor may be a servo motor.
The inner side of the top cover is provided with a searchlight which illuminates the inside of the roller and is matched with the image sensing unit to find dirt.
Preferably, the washing machine has an image unit disposed on a top surface thereof for presenting a condition of laundry in the washing machine in an image manner, and a striking unit including an aiming unit integrated in the controller for presenting a dirt position sensed by the image sensing unit to the image unit, and a trigger handle for adjusting an injector of the injection device to the dirt position and emitting cleaning particles to the dirt.
The invention also relates to a particle cleaning method, firstly, clothes are put into the inner barrel of the washing machine, the door cover is closed, and a particle cleaning program is selected; when water enters to a set water level, the impeller stops rotating after rotating for a plurality of weeks, and the image sensing unit searches for stains; after the dirt is found, the particle cleaning device starts to work, the controller can automatically control the particle spraying device to spray particles to the dirt, and a user can manually operate the trigger handle to strike the cleaning particles to the dirt according to the display of the image unit and the aiming unit.
The invention can wash clothes by particles, mainly cleans the firm spots, and then performs common washing, has good washing effect, realizes man-machine interaction, and takes clothes washing as a funny thing.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

A particle washing machine comprises a housing 1 for accommodating an outer tub 2; an outer tub 2 for holding washing water; an inner tub 3 for accommodating laundry; the particle cleaning device is used for cleaning specific parts of clothes.
The particle cleaning device comprises a particle supplier 4, a particle collector 5 and a particle circulating device 6, wherein the particle supplier 4 is arranged at the front end of the top of the outer barrel 2 and is provided with a particle spraying device 41 extending towards the inner barrel, and the particle spraying device 41 downwardly penetrates through the top of the outer barrel and extends into the inner barrel 3 from the opening of the inner barrel; the particle collector 5 is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 2, and particles pass through the inner barrel hole to enter the outer barrel drainage device and enter the particle collector 5; the particle circulating means 6 includes a circulating pipe 61 and a circulating pump 62, and the circulating pump 62 transfers the particles in the particle collector 5 to the particle supplier 4 through the circulating pipe 61.
The particle spray device 41 has a rotary spray head for adjusting the direction in which the particles are sprayed to spray the particles to a desired position.
The washing machine has an image sensing unit 7 which can identify the position of laundry dirt and transmit the position of the laundry dirt to a controller which controls a particle spraying device 41 to spray cleaning particles toward the identified laundry dirt to continuously hit the dirt.
The particle spraying device 41 can move in a telescopic mode and is provided with a sprayer 42, a telescopic pipe 43 and a traction device 44, the traction device 44 comprises a traction motor 45 and a telescopic rod 46, the traction motor 45 rotates to drive the telescopic rod 46 to extend or retract, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the traction motor 45, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the tail end of the telescopic pipe, the telescopic pipe is driven to extend towards the inside of the roller when the telescopic rod extends, and the telescopic pipe is driven to retract towards the outside of the roller when the telescopic rod retracts.
The traction motor 45 may be a servo motor.
The inner side of the top cover is provided with a searchlight which illuminates the inside of the roller and is matched with the image sensing unit to find dirt.
Preferably, the washing machine has an image unit 8 and a striking unit 9, the image unit 8 is disposed on a top surface of the washing machine for presenting a condition of laundry in the washing machine in an image, the striking unit 9 includes an aiming unit 91 and a trigger handle 92, the aiming unit 91 is integrated in the controller for presenting a dirt position sensed by the image sensing unit 7 to the image unit, and the trigger handle 92 is used for adjusting the sprayer 42 of the spraying device 41 to the dirt position and emitting cleaning particles to the dirt.
