技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机水溶性耐热防火材料领域,尤其涉及一种环保新型耐热防火剂。
背景技术
针对耐热防火材料对现代耐热防火起到绝对性的作用的使用,如何有效安全、环保、节能更为重要。目前,用于耐热防火材料有两种,一种是不燃材料,结构决定使用性能,使用上受局限。另一种是难燃材料,虽可燃烧,耐热性差,易变形状,由于材料本身耐热阻燃防火,但很难达到要求,所以非常需要一种环保新型耐热防火剂。
发明内容
针对技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供的一种环保新型耐热防火剂,由于使用表面涂层技术,解决了不安全、不环保、不节能等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保新型耐热防火剂包括: 硅酸钠、水,其质量比例为1:50。所述硅酸钠为白色至灰白色块状或粉末,水为无色溶液态。
其中,所述硅酸钠、水,可在需要时,按比例配比,搅拌均匀制得。
其中,一种环保新型耐热防火剂制造取得方法如下:
步骤一:取符合国家安全标准的硅酸钠、水;
步骤二:将硅酸钠、水,按照质量比例1:50混合;
步骤三:搅拌均匀后,得到一种环保新型耐热防火剂。
化学原理
硅酸钠化学式Na2SiO3 ,它是一种水溶性矿黏合剂,其化学式为R2O.nSiO2式中R2O为碱金属氧化物,n为二氧化硅与碱金属氧化物摩尔数的比值,称为水玻璃的摩数,本发明用的水玻璃,是硅酸钠的水溶液,化学式为Na2 O.nSiO2 。理化性能是粘结力强,强度较高,耐热性好。由于配制硅酸钠的水溶液,表面密度可达到1.35g/cm3 ,涂层硬化后形成的二氧化硅网状骨架,在高温下强度下降很小,当采用耐热火骨料配制水玻璃时,水玻璃的摩数增大,所以耐热阻燃性防火性较高。另外,用水玻璃溶液做耐热阻燃涂层,随意性较好。同时,不改变被涂层材料的原有结构和理化性。此种方法是安全、环保、节能的。
优选方案:分别将硅酸钠、水,按照质量比例1:50混合,搅拌均匀后,即可得到一种环保新型耐热防火剂。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种环保新型耐热防火剂,经过科学研究与实验,应用使用中制取。产品原料简单易购得,生产工艺简单,生产和使用安全,环保无公害,经济价廉。

步骤一:取符合国家安全标准的硅酸钠、水;
步骤二:将硅酸钠、水,按照质量比例1:50混合;
