本发明公开了一种慢回弹高弹性SBR发泡海绵,其步骤如下:(1)配备原料:按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺10‑12份,炭黑2份,氧化锌2份,云母粉28份,水苏糖2‑3份,环烷油4‑6份,苯二磺酰肼/AC复合发泡剂2‑3份,促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;(2)制备:置于密炼机中,依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95下混炼15 min;然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中,控制辊温为45℃,薄通6次,打三角包3次,下片。本发明在从工艺到配方都进行优化,从而何获得高弹性慢回弹的均匀微发泡,而且减震性能好,寿命长。

Description

一种慢回弹高弹性SBR发泡海绵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种慢回弹高弹性SBR发泡海绵,属于改性发泡塑料制备技术领域。
背景技术
SBR 高发泡海绵是一种新型弹性体材料。1998 年美国Li G Q 等以粉碎后的SBR为原料, 添加玻璃微球、纳米粘土和碾碎的玻璃纤维来增强, 研制具有夹层结构的复合泡沫材料, 该复合泡沫材料能吸收相当高的冲击能。美国固特异橡胶公司公开了一种具有复合开孔结构的发泡材料, 该发泡材料采用羧基化SBR 制备, 具有优异的耐压力和耐磨性能。孔令香等研究了促进剂( 噻唑类、次磺酰胺类和秋兰姆类) 在SBR 发泡硫化过程中对发泡剂OT 分解速度的影响。
本发明旨在提供一种慢回弹高弹性SBR发泡海绵,其具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。本发明在从工艺到配方都进行优化,从而何获得高弹性慢回弹的均匀微发泡,而且减震性能好,寿命长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种慢回弹高弹性SBR 发泡海绵,其具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。本发明在从工艺到配方都进行优化,从而何获得高弹性慢回弹的均匀微发泡,而且减震性能好,寿命长。
玉米是最常见的农产品之一,其中含有大量淀粉,容易获得,价格便宜,且所形成的产物能够完全被生物降解。国内关于接枝淀粉的研究比较多,以玉米淀粉和丙烯酰胺作为原料,以硫酸铵为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法成功合成了淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺絮凝剂。本发明人发现,在SBR 发泡海绵体系中,加入适量的玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺可以预料不到的提高发泡的均匀度,降低密度,提升减震性能。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种慢回弹高弹性SBR 发泡海绵,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺10-12份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份,云母粉28份,水苏糖2-3份,环烷油4-6份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂 2-3份, 促进剂DZ3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片;
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,35-40 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
本发明不仅仅在配方上进行优化,而且进行三段发泡工艺。
本发明的优点:
本发明一种慢回弹高弹性SBR 发泡海绵,其具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。本发明在从工艺到配方都进行优化,从而何获得高弹性慢回弹的均匀微发泡,而且减震性能好,寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明所用的玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺接枝率为30-38%。
实施例1
一种轻量SBR 发泡海绵的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺10份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份, 云母粉28份,水苏糖2份,环烷油4份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂 2份, 促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片( 试样厚度为2 mm);
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,35 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡,硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
该配方SBR 高发泡海绵的物理性能为:拉断伸长率309% , 密度为0.190Mg *m- 3, 回弹值21.2% , 具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。
实施例2:
一种轻量SBR 发泡海绵的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺12份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份, 云母粉28份,水苏糖3份,环烷油6份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂3份, 促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片( 试样厚度为2 mm);
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃, 40 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡,硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
该配方SBR 高发泡海绵的物理性能为:拉断伸长率338% , 密度为0.190Mg *m- 3, 回弹值21.2% , 具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。
实施例3
一种轻量SBR 发泡海绵的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺11份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份, 云母粉28份,水苏糖2.9份,环烷油5份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂 2份, 促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片( 试样厚度为2 mm);
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,38 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡,硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
该配方SBR 高发泡海绵的物理性能为:拉断伸长率328% , 密度为0.216Mg *m- 3, 回弹值27.5% , 具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。
实施例4
一种轻量SBR 发泡海绵的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺10-12份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份,云母粉28份,水苏糖3份,环烷油5份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂2.3份, 促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片( 试样厚度为2 mm);
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,37 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡,硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
该配方SBR 高发泡海绵的物理性能为:拉断伸长率323% , 密度为0.225Mg *m- 3, 回弹值23.6% , 具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。
实施例5
一种轻量SBR 发泡海绵的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺11份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份, 云母粉28份,水苏糖2-3份,环烷油4-6份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂3份, 促进剂DZ 3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片( 试样厚度为2 mm);
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,37min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
该配方SBR 高发泡海绵的物理性能为:拉断伸长率317% , 密度为0.245Mg *m- 3, 回弹值28.6% , 具有高弹性,慢回弹,减震好,寿命长的特点。
三段发泡工艺和玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺的加入都非常重要,可以降低密度,提升强度。

按照重量份数,取SBR 100份,玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺10-12份,炭黑2份, 氧化锌2份,云母粉28份,水苏糖2-3份,环烷油4-6份, 苯二磺酰肼/ AC 复合发泡剂 2-3份, 促进剂DZ3份;硫化剂1份;
(2)制备:
置于密炼机中, 依次加入步骤(1)的原料,在95 下混炼15 min; 然后将混炼胶置于开炼机中, 控制辊温为45℃ , 薄通6 次, 打三角包3 次, 下片。
2.权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于∶
硫化发泡: 硫化条件为130℃,35-40 min, 然后置于另一台平板硫化机中, 进行二段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为160℃,10min, 然后置于第三台平板硫化机中, 进行三段硫化发泡, 硫化条件为120℃,30min, 再经自然冷却定型, 制成SBR 海绵。
