After the base surface is treated, a retarding and quick-hardening special functional waterproof mortar sizing material is immediately arranged on the base surface and is perpendicular to the blade coating direction of the interface layer, blade coating is carried out, the thickness is about 1.5-2.5 mm, a tooth-shaped scraper is not required for controlling the construction thickness, so that the effective waterproof thickness between teeth is prevented from being insufficient, the tooth-shaped scraper is not thick, after the tooth-shaped scraper with the thickness larger than 3mm is used for construction, ceramic tiles or insulation boards and the like are pasted, the ceramic tiles or the insulation boards are kneaded and pressed, the cement mortar can be fully adhered to the insulation boards or the ceramic tiles, the thickness is reduced by half, and therefore, the thickness of the first waterproof layer of the wall surface; and then, coating a polymer waterproof bonding sizing material on the back surface of the brick (or the insulation board) in a scraping manner for bonding, wherein the total thickness of the two materials is 2-2.5 mm, slightly knocking, flattening and compacting to improve the bonding full-bonding effect, and pointing with a pointing agent after the bonding layer is finally set. The mortar stained and dropped during pointing should be cleaned before initial setting.
3) The performance of the slow-setting and quick-hardening special function waterproof mortar is changed, so that the mortar not only meets the standard of waterproof materials, but also meets the standard of bonding materials, the waterproof layer and the bonding layer are combined into a whole, the construction process and the use of construction materials are simplified, the self weight of the wall body is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
The performance in construction is shown in examples 1-4, and the finished mortar has good workability when being mixed with water in construction; the mixed slurry has better thixotropy during construction and is easy to scrape; has better wettability, and the slurry can easily reach full adhesion with the base layer and the ceramic tile and can be tightly combined. Example 5 is inferior to the above.
