Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to automobile parts, in particular to a driving system of a sun-shading curtain of an automobile skylight.
Background
The automobile skylight is arranged on the automobile roof, and a sun-shading curtain is usually arranged on the automobile skylight. When the sunlight is strong, the sun-shading curtain of the automobile skylight can shade the light on the roof of a driver, and the comfort of the environment in the automobile is ensured.
The sunshade screen of ordinary car mostly is semi-automatic formula, pulls out the sunshade screen with the hand during use, thereby rotates the sunshade screen rolling with the help of the interior pipe that winding motor drive rolling pipe is connected with the sunshade screen during the recovery. Such semi-automatic shades generally suffer from the following problems: the sunshade screen rebounds easily after long-term use, and the sunshade screen is easy to shake and wrinkle or collapse when being opened, so that a light leakage gap is formed at the side edge of the sunshade screen, and shaking and noise are easy to generate during rolling.
Meanwhile, as panoramic skylights become more and more popular, manually opening the sun shades of the panoramic skylights is impractical due to the large area of the panoramic skylights. There is therefore a need for a stable, reliable fully automatic sunroof shade drive system for an automobile.

the first flexible shaft is positioned on the left side of the sun-shading curtain; the first flexible shaft is sleeved with a first sliding block; the first sliding block is provided with a threaded sleeve matched with the first flexible shaft;
the first sliding block is also connected with a first guide rail, and the extension direction of the first guide rail is the same as the extension direction of the sun-shading curtain;
the first sliding block is also connected with one end of a cross rod of the sun-shading curtain;
the second flexible shaft is positioned on the right side of the sun-shading curtain; the second flexible shaft is sleeved with a second sliding block; the second sliding block is provided with a threaded sleeve matched with the second flexible shaft;
the second sliding block is also connected with a second guide rail, and the extension direction of the second guide rail is the same as the extension direction of the sun-shading curtain;
the second sliding block is also connected with the other end of the cross rod of the sunshade curtain;
the first flexible shaft is also connected with a first fixed end;
the second flexible shaft is further connected with a second fixed end.
The motor drives the flexible shaft to rotate, so that the sliding block on the flexible shaft is driven to move along the guide rail, and the cross rod of the sunshade curtain is driven to move, and the purpose of controlling the sunshade curtain to be opened and closed is achieved. According to the invention, the position of the sliding block is accurately controlled through the threaded teeth of the guide rail and the flexible shaft, so that the cross rod of the sunshade curtain is not easy to incline and bend, the opening and closing process of the sunshade curtain is more stable, and the sunshade curtain is not shaken; the sliding block is driven to move by the thread teeth of the flexible shaft, so that the whole opening and closing process of the sunshade curtain is slowly carried out at a constant speed, and all parts of the sunshade curtain are uniformly stressed and are not easy to deform and wrinkle; the noise generated by the whole driving system is extremely low, so that the comfort of passengers in the automobile is ensured; the invention has the advantages of stable structure, simple structure, reduced number of parts in the vehicle, and easy processing and assembly.
Furthermore, the inner tube of the sunshade curtain is provided with a torsion spring. When the sunshade screen is opened outwards and unreeled, the torsional spring deforms, a rolling pulling force is provided for the sunshade screen, the sunshade screen is convenient to take in the rolling pipe, and the sunshade screen is kept tight when being opened and is not easy to collapse.
Furthermore, the bidirectional motor is connected with a switch control module; the switch control module is connected with a signal processor; the signal processor is connected with an ultraviolet sensor positioned at the edge of the automobile skylight glass. When the ultraviolet rays irradiated into the automobile from the automobile skylight are too strong, the sun-shading curtain automatically opens to shade the ultraviolet rays for passengers in the automobile.
Further, the sun-shading curtain is coated with an ultraviolet-resistant coating.
Furthermore, the first flexible shaft and the second flexible shaft are both made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials.
Furthermore, the first flexible shaft and the second flexible shaft are both hollow flexible shafts. On one hand, the flexible shaft is easier to bend and convenient to install; on the other hand, the weight of the whole driving system is reduced, and the weight of the vehicle body is further reduced.
Further, the first slider and the second slider are made of teflon materials. The Teflon material has low friction coefficient, and can reduce the friction resistance between the sliding block and the flexible shaft or the guide rail.
Furthermore, a first brush and a second brush are respectively arranged on the first sliding block and the second sliding block; the first brush is propped against the first flexible shaft, and the second brush is propped against the second flexible shaft. The flexible shaft is cleaned through the brush, so that dust or particles are prevented from being accumulated on the flexible shaft to influence the movement of the sliding block on the flexible shaft.
Furthermore, the first sliding block and the second sliding block are detachably connected with the cross rod of the sun-shading curtain through a buckle respectively. The sun-shading curtain is convenient to disassemble, clean or replace.
Furthermore, two limit sensors are arranged on the first guide rail and are respectively installed at two ends of the first guide rail. When the sun shade is opened or closed to the designated position through the limit sensor, the bidirectional motor stops operating, and the driving system is protected.
