Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated electric cold and warm defroster for a new energy bus, which is characterized in that: the air conditioner comprises a whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system and a defroster, wherein the defroster comprises a high-voltage electrical PTC, an air outlet air door assembly, a refrigerating core body and a fan, a refrigerant outlet and a refrigerant inlet are arranged on the refrigerating core body, an electromagnetic valve is arranged between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerating core body, and the fan is communicated with the air outlet air door assembly; the whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system comprises a compressor and a condenser; the refrigerant outlet is connected with the air suction port of the compressor, and the refrigerant inlet is connected with the condenser outlet. The technical scheme of the invention effectively solves the technical problems that the single-warm defroster can not realize quick defogging and can not adjust the cooling and heating of the driver position, realizes the functions of quick defogging and adjusting the cooling and heating of the driver position, and is worthy of popularization and application in the field of new energy buses.

Background
In the current new energy bus defroster field, the defroster is limited by factors such as space structure, weight, cost and the like of the whole bus, and most of the whole bus is matched with a single-heating defroster in practice, and the single-heating defroster is utilized to thermally defrost and defog front windshields, driver side window glass and passenger door side window glass of the whole bus; however, the single warm defroster can not realize quick defogging, leads to defrosting defogging speed slow, can not adjust driver's position changes in temperature, leads to driver's position and passenger area difference in temperature big, and the comfort level is low, influences driver's driving experience.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems that the single-warm defroster cannot realize quick defogging and cannot adjust the cooling and heating of a driver position, the invention aims to provide an integrated electric cooling and heating defroster for a new energy bus, which has the advantages of quick defogging and adjustment of the cooling and heating of the driver position.

The integrated electric cold and warm defroster for the new energy bus comprises a whole air conditioner refrigerating system and a defroster, wherein the defroster comprises a high-voltage electrical PTC, an air outlet air door assembly, a refrigerating core body and a fan, a refrigerant outlet and a refrigerant inlet are arranged on the refrigerating core body, an electromagnetic valve is arranged between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerating core body, and the fan is communicated with the air outlet air door assembly; the whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system comprises a compressor and a condenser; the refrigerant outlet is connected with the air suction port of the compressor, and the refrigerant inlet is connected with the condenser outlet.
Preferably, the air outlet air door assembly is internally provided with a defrosting actuator, a foot blowing actuator and a head blowing actuator, and the air outlet air door assembly is provided with a defrosting air outlet, a foot blowing air outlet and a head blowing air outlet.
Preferably, a fresh air system is arranged on the defroster, and an air door actuator is arranged in the fresh air system.
Preferably, the high-voltage electrical PTC is set to be in three-gear control, and the high-voltage electrical PTC realizes the three-gear control through the contactor.
Preferably, the bottom end of the defroster is provided with a drain pipe.
Preferably, the refrigeration core body is arranged as copper pipe aluminum sheet type.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention utilizes the integrated electric cold and warm defroster of an air conditioner refrigerating system and a high-voltage electrical PTC, can realize quick defrosting and demisting by utilizing refrigerating and heating functions, and has reliable system operation.
The defroster is provided with a fresh air system, and the fresh air system is matched with the air outlet fan assembly to realize the functions of internal air inlet, external air inlet and air mixing, so that the air in the vehicle can be regulated.

As shown in fig. 1, an integrated electric cooling and heating defroster for a new energy bus comprises a whole air conditioner refrigerating system and a defroster, wherein the defroster comprises a high-voltage electrical PTC3, an air outlet air door assembly 2, a refrigerating core 4 and a fan 9, a refrigerant outlet 11 and a refrigerant inlet 12 are arranged on the refrigerating core 4, an electromagnetic valve 1 is arranged between the refrigerant inlet 12 and the refrigerating core 4, the electromagnetic valve 1 is used for communicating or blocking refrigerant from entering the refrigerating core 4, and the fan 9 is communicated with the air outlet air door assembly 2.
Further, a defrosting actuator, a foot blowing actuator and a head blowing actuator are arranged in the air outlet air door assembly 2, a defrosting air outlet 5, a foot blowing air outlet 6 and a head blowing air outlet 7 are arranged on the air outlet air door assembly 2, the defrosting actuator, the foot blowing actuator, the head blowing actuator, the defrosting air outlet 5, the foot blowing air outlet 6 and the head blowing air outlet 7 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the actuator is used for realizing functions of defrosting, head blowing, foot blowing, defrosting, foot blowing and the like singly or in combination.
Further, a fresh air system 8 is arranged on the defroster, an air door actuator is arranged in the fresh air system 8, and the air door actuator is used for realizing internal air inlet, external air inlet and air mixing of the fresh air system 8.
Further, the high-voltage electrical PTC3 is set to be controlled in three gears, and the high-voltage electrical PTC3 realizes the control in three gears through the contactor.
Further, a drain pipe 10 is provided at the bottom end of the defroster, and the drain pipe 10 is used for draining water generated during heat exchange.
Further, the refrigeration core 4 is provided as copper pipe aluminum sheet type.
The whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system comprises a compressor and a condenser; the refrigerant outlet 11 is connected to the compressor suction port, and the refrigerant inlet 12 is connected to the condenser outlet.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, when the defroster is in refrigeration operation, the electromagnetic valve 1 and the fan 9 are opened, the refrigerant flowing out of the condenser enters the refrigeration core 4 through the refrigerant inlet 12, after the refrigerant is subjected to full heat exchange through the refrigeration core 4, the refrigerant returns to the compressor through the refrigerant outlet 11 to complete circulation, the fan 9 sends the air after heat exchange into the air outlet air door assembly 2, and the air outlet air door assembly 2 singly or mixedly sends cold air from the defrosting air outlet 5, the foot blowing air outlet 6 and the head blowing air outlet 7 as required.
When the defroster heats up and operates, the electromagnetic valve 1 is closed, the fan 9 is opened, the high-voltage electrical PTC3 is electrified to generate heat, after the air is heated by the high-voltage electrical PTC3, the heated air is sent into the air outlet air door assembly 2 by the fan 9, and the air outlet air door assembly 2 singly or mixedly sends out hot air from the defrosting air outlet 5, the foot blowing air outlet 6 and the head blowing air outlet 7 according to the requirement.
When the air flows in the running mode, the fan 9 is opened, after the internal air inlet, the external air inlet or the mixed air entering from the fresh air system 8 is heated by the high-voltage electrical PTC3 or the cooling core 4 is cooled, the heated or cooled air is sent into the air outlet air door assembly 2 by the fan 9, and the air outlet air door assembly 2 singly or mixedly supplies air from the defrosting air outlet 5, the foot blowing air outlet 6 and the head blowing air outlet 7 according to the requirement.

An integrated electric cold and warm defroster for new energy passenger car, which is characterized in that: the air conditioner comprises a whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system and a defroster, wherein the defroster comprises a high-voltage electrical PTC (3), an air outlet air door assembly (2), a refrigerating core body (4) and a fan (9), a refrigerant outlet (11) and a refrigerant inlet (12) are arranged on the refrigerating core body (4), an electromagnetic valve (1) is arranged between the refrigerant inlet (12) and the refrigerating core body (4), and the fan (9) is communicated with the air outlet air door assembly (2); the whole vehicle air conditioner refrigerating system comprises a compressor and a condenser; the refrigerant outlet (11) is connected with the air suction port of the compressor, and the refrigerant inlet (12) is connected with the condenser outlet;
the defrosting device is characterized in that a defrosting actuator, a foot blowing actuator and a head blowing actuator are arranged in the air outlet air door assembly (2), a defrosting air outlet (5), a foot blowing air outlet (6) and a head blowing air outlet (7) are arranged on the air outlet air door assembly (2), a fresh air system (8) is arranged on the defroster, and the air door actuator is arranged in the fresh air system (8);
when the defroster is in refrigeration operation, the electromagnetic valve (1) and the fan (9) are opened, refrigerant flowing out of the condenser enters the refrigeration core body (4) through the refrigerant inlet (12), the refrigerant is fully subjected to heat exchange through the refrigeration core body (4) and then returns to the compressor through the refrigerant outlet (11) to complete circulation, the fan (9) sends air subjected to heat exchange into the air outlet air door assembly (2), and the air outlet air door assembly (2) singly or mixedly sends cold air from the defrosting air outlet (5), the foot blowing air outlet (6) and the head blowing air outlet (7) according to requirements;
when the defroster heats and operates, the electromagnetic valve (1) is closed, the fan (9) is opened, the high-voltage PTC (3) is electrified to generate heat, after the air is heated by the high-voltage PTC (3), the heated air is sent into the air outlet air door assembly (2) by the fan (9), and the air outlet air door assembly (2) singly or mixedly sends out hot air from the defrosting air outlet (5), the foot blowing air outlet (6) and the head blowing air outlet (7) according to the requirement;
when the air flows in the operation mode, the fan (9) is opened, after the internal air inlet, the external air inlet or the mixed air entering from the fresh air system (8) is heated by the high-voltage electrical PTC (3) or cooled by the refrigeration core (4), the heated or cooled air is sent into the air outlet air door assembly (2) by the fan (9), and the air outlet air door assembly (2) singly or mixedly supplies air from the defrosting air outlet (5), the foot blowing air outlet (6) and the head blowing air outlet (7) according to the requirement.
2. The integrated electric cooling and heating defroster for new energy passenger car as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the high-voltage power PTC (3) is controlled in a third gear mode, and the high-voltage power PTC (3) realizes the third gear control through a contactor.
3. The integrated electric cooling and heating defroster for new energy passenger car as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the bottom end of the defroster is provided with a water drain pipe (10).
4. The integrated electric cooling and heating defroster for new energy passenger car as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the refrigeration core body (4) is arranged as copper pipe aluminum sheet type.
