本发明公开了一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法,包括以下步骤:用骨架材料与粘接金属进行胎体料配制、配制后进行混料、混料完成后装料进行热压成型、热压成型后进行冷却、冷却后进行机械加工,其中所述胎体料配制过程中的粉料包括Cu51%、Fe25%、Sn4.5%、Ni9.5%和WC10%,在混料过程中加入重量为胎体料总重量的5%的金刚石,所述金刚石采用40%的35/40目的金刚石和60%的40/45目的金刚石。本发明通过添加Fe可代替部分的WC粉,降低生产成本,Sn粉可改善黏结金属对金刚石的湿润性,降低合金熔点,改善粉料压制性能,Ni粉可强化胎体力学性能,抑制低熔点金属流失,WC粉导热率高,热膨胀系数与金刚石接近,具有较高的弹性模量和硬度。

技术领域
本发明涉及金刚石刀齿技术领域,特别涉及一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法。
背景技术
市场上在制造金刚石刀齿的过程中,需要一些固结切削元件制作金刚石的粘结剂,粘结剂分为金属粘结剂、树脂粘结剂、陶瓷粘结剂等,其中金属粘结剂是制作金刚石工具的主要成分。现有生产工艺是以铜、钴、镍、锡等金属粉加入人造金刚石混合,经高温(800℃以上)热压烧结冷却后制成金刚石刀齿,再将金刚石刀齿焊接于钢制钻管上制成薄壁金刚石钻头,金属粉的配制是为了提高骨架材料的密度通常采用混合粒度,现有技术中的金刚石刀齿制成的钻头的出钻效果不好,而且强度低、耐磨性差、使用寿命较短。为此,我们提出一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法,包括以下步骤:用骨架材料与粘接金属进行胎体料配制、配制后进行混料、混料完成后装料进行热压成型、热压成型后进行冷却、冷却后进行机械加工,其中所述胎体料配制过程中的粉料包括Cu51%、Fe25%、Sn4.5%、Ni9.5%和WC10%,在混料过程中加入重量为胎体料总重量的5%的金刚石,所述金刚石采用40%的35/40目的金刚石和60%的40/45目的金刚石。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:添加的Fe可代替部分的WC粉,降低生产成本,Sn粉可改善黏结金属对金刚石的湿润性,有效降低合金熔点,改善粉料压制性能,Ni粉可强化胎体力学性能,并抑制低熔点金属流失,WC粉导热率高,热膨胀系数与金刚石接近,具有较高的弹性模量和硬度,本发明制造的金刚石刀齿强度高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长。

一种铜基金刚石刀齿的制造方法,包括以下步骤:用骨架材料与粘接金属进行胎体料配制、配制后进行混料,将胎体料混合均匀、混料完成后装料进行热压成型、热压成型后进行冷却、冷却后进行机械加工,其中所述胎体料配制过程中的粉料包括Cu51%、Fe25%、Sn4.5%、Ni9.5%和WC10%,在混料过程中加入重量为胎体料总重量的5%的金刚石,所述金刚石采用40%的35/40目的金刚石和60%的40/45目的金刚石。
