The using method of the invention comprises the following steps: the environment-friendly device is connected with an external traction vehicle through a traction hanging ring 11, moved to a required place and fixed; adding chemical solid waste into a feed hopper 102, starting a feeding motor 101 through a control box 15 to drive a stirring shaft 104 to rotate, so as to drive a flood dragon leaf 105 to rotate, and conveying the chemical solid waste to the top of a conveying cylinder 106; chemical solid waste falls into the buffer cloth cylinder 95 through the connecting cylinder 91 under the action of gravity, the noise reduction cotton pad 92 can absorb noise in the falling process, and the buffer spring piece 93 and the buffer pad 94 can buffer the noise, so that the solid waste further falls onto the upper surface of the conveyor belt 73; the motor 4 with the driving wheel is started through the control box 15 to drive the driven wheel 72 to rotate so as to drive the conveying belt 73 and the auxiliary wheel 75 to rotate, solid waste is conveyed, and workers sort the waste in the conveying process; according to different containers for receiving chemical waste, a turnbuckle arranged at the intersection of the supporting column 82 and the supporting rod 83 is screwed, the height of the material guide hopper 84 is adjusted, and the chemical solid waste is collected; in chemical industry solid waste transportation process, can produce the raise dust, start suction pump 12 through control box 15, with the water in the spray water tank 13 in the raceway 63 is pumped to aqueduct 14, and then form the water smoke from the blowout of atomising head 66 through spray tube 65, play the effect that the dust fall prevents the diffusion of harmful dust, reach the effect of environmental protection.
According to the environment-friendly device for collecting chemical solid wastes, the dust generated during the collection of the solid wastes is sprayed, reduced and inhibited from diffusing, so that the environment is protected, the effects of buffering and noise reduction can be realized in the falling process of the solid wastes, the good working environment is maintained, and the height and the angle of the material guide hopper can be adjusted according to different waste material transferring equipment, so that the requirements of different containers for collection are met; the use method of the environment-friendly device for collecting the chemical solid waste is simple and convenient to operate through the control box, environment-friendly, capable of saving troubles of wasting time and labor for manually adding and conveying the waste and capable of improving labor efficiency.

The environment-friendly device for collecting the chemical solid wastes is characterized by comprising a bottom plate frame (1), supporting rods (2), a movable wheel (3), a motor (4) with a driving wheel, a supporting stand column (5), a rain-proof dust-fall protection cover structure (6), a screening conveying belt structure (7), an adjustable guide hopper structure (8), an anti-collision buffer connecting cylinder structure (9), an anti-diffusion feeding cylinder structure (10), a traction hanging ring (11), a water suction pump (12), a spray water tank (13), a water guide pipe (14), a control box (15) and reinforcing columns (16), wherein the supporting rods (2) are respectively bolted on the left side and the right side of the front surface and the rear surface of the bottom plate frame (1); the moving wheel (3) is coupled to the lower part of the rear surface of the support rod (2) through a shaft; the motor (4) with the driving wheel is connected to the middle position of the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1) through a bolt; the upper ends of the supporting upright posts (5) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the rainproof dust-fall protection cover structure (6), and the lower ends of the supporting upright posts (5) are connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1) through bolts; the screening conveyor belt structure (7) is transversely arranged in the middle of the front surface of the supporting upright post (5); the adjustable material guide hopper structure (8) is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1); the anti-collision buffer connecting cylinder structure (9) is connected with the anti-diffusion charging cylinder structure (10); the anti-diffusion charging barrel structure (10) is arranged at the left side position of the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1); the traction hanging ring (11) is coupled to the right side of the front surface of the bottom plate frame (1) in a shaft manner; the water suction pump (12) is connected to the middle position of the inner lower surface of the spraying water tank (13) through a bolt; the spray water tank (13) is connected to the right side of the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1) through screws; the water guide pipe (14) longitudinally penetrates through the middle position of the upper surface of the spray water tank (13) and is in threaded connection with the water suction pump (12); the control box (15) is connected to the lower side of the front surface of the reinforcing column (16) through bolts; one end of the reinforcing column (16) is connected with the lower surface of the anti-diffusion upper charging barrel structure (10), and the other end of the reinforcing column is connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate frame (1) through a bolt; the rain-proof dust-fall protection cover structure (6) comprises a rain-proof dust-fall protection cover (61), an inner lining plate (62), a water conveying pipe (63), a fixed hoop sheet (64), a spraying pipe (65) and a spraying head (66), wherein the inner lining plate (62) is welded on the front surface of the rain-proof dust-fall protection cover (61); the water delivery pipe (63) is transversely connected to the middle position of the front surface of the inner lining plate (62) through a fixed hoop sheet (64); the fixed hoop sheets (64) are respectively bolted at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the front surface of the rain-proof dust-falling protective cover (61); the spraying pipe (65) is longitudinally screwed on the front surface of the water delivery pipe (63); the spray head (66) is in threaded connection with the front surface of the water delivery pipe (63).
