step c, plastic spraying treatment: the hot air gun 19 is closed, the material box 17 is lifted to the rotating disc 132 of the plastic spraying tool 13 through the lifting device 18 and enters the material box 17, the spray head 27 in the material box 17 sprays powder and plastic on the high-temperature copper bar on the rotating disc 132, and at the moment, the rotating disc 132 continuously rotates and continuously sprays for 2-5 min;
step d, curing treatment: after the high-temperature copper bar is uniformly bonded with the molding powder, heating the heating pipe in the material box 17 to raise the temperature in the material box 17 to 160-280 ℃ and keep the temperature for 1-3 min;
step e, blanking: after the solidification is finished, the material box 17 descends to the rotating disk 132 of the plastic spraying tool 13 through the lifting device 18 to leave the material box 17, the PLC controls the second sliding block 28 to move and drive the second mechanical arm 21, the second mechanical arm 21 grabs the plastic spraying tool 13 for finishing the plastic spraying, the first mechanical arm 15 loosens the plastic spraying tool 13, and the second sliding block 28 moves the plastic spraying tool 13 out of the plastic spraying equipment.
In the step c, when the spray head 27 sprays powder and coats plastic on the high-temperature copper bar, the vibrating device 16 is started and drives the material box 17 to vibrate.
In the step e, when the second mechanical arm 21 moves out of the plastic spraying tool 13, the cold air gun 20 is started, and when the plastic spraying tool 13 enters the cold air gun 20, the cold air gun stays for 1min to 2 min.

An automatic plastic spraying device for a high-voltage copper bar comprises a workbench (10), wherein a supporting frame (11) is fixed on the workbench (10), and a supporting plate (12) is installed at one end in the supporting frame (11); the method is characterized in that: the automatic plastic spraying machine further comprises a plastic spraying tool (13) provided with a workpiece, a guide rail (14) is fixed on the support plate (12), and a first manipulator (15) used for putting the plastic spraying tool (13) on the upper frame slides on the guide rail (14); the automatic plastic spraying machine is characterized in that a vibration device (16) is installed on the workbench (10), a material box (17) is placed on the vibration device (16), lifting devices (18) are installed at two ends of the material box (17), the other end of each lifting device (18) is connected with a supporting frame (11), the free end of each plastic spraying tool (13) extends into the material box (17), a hot air gun (19) and a cold air gun (20) are installed at two ends of the upper end of each supporting frame (11), the hot air guns (19) are just opposite to the free end of the plastic spraying tool (13) on the first manipulator (15), a second manipulator (21) used for placing the plastic spraying tools (13) on the lower frame is further fixed on the supporting frame (11), and the cold air guns (20) are just opposite to the free end of the plastic spraying tools (13) on the second manipulator (21; the plastic spraying tool (13) comprises a shell (131), a rotating disc (132), a first motor and material rods (133), wherein the material rods (133) are uniformly distributed on the rotating disc (132), the first motor is installed in the shell (131), the rotating disc (132) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor, and the end face of the rotating disc (132) is also provided with a temperature sensor; a first positioner (22) and a second positioner (23) for positioning a first mechanical arm (15) are respectively arranged on support plates (12) at two ends of a guide rail (14), the first mechanical arm (15) comprises a first sliding block (151), an upright post (152), a first telescopic assembly (153) and a first mechanical claw (154), the first sliding block (151) slides on the guide rail (14), the upright post (152) is vertically fixed on the first sliding block (151), one end of the first telescopic assembly (153) is arranged on the upright post (152), the other end of the telescopic assembly is connected with the first mechanical claw (154), the first telescopic assembly (153) comprises a first air cylinder (1531) and a first telescopic rod (1532), the first telescopic rod (1532) is telescopic in the first air cylinder (1531), the first air cylinder (1531) is horizontally fixed on the upright post (152), the first telescopic rod (1532) is connected with the first mechanical claw (154), and a first guide rod (155) is arranged between the first mechanical claw (154) and the first air cylinder (1531).

The automatic plastic spraying equipment for the high-voltage copper bars as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vibrating device (16) comprises a second motor (161), a first fixed seat (162), a transmission rod (163), a second fixed seat (164) and a swing rod (165), the second motor (161), the first fixed seat (162) and the second fixed seat (164) are fixed on the table top of the workbench (10), the first fixed seat (162) and the second fixed seat (164) are arranged in the axis direction of an output shaft of the second motor (161), a coupler (166) is connected between the transmission rod (163) and the output shaft of the second motor (161), the coupler (166) is installed on the first fixed seat (162), the transmission rod (163) extends into the second fixed seat (164) and is fixedly connected with the swing rod (165), and the swing rod (165) is sleeved on the transmission rod (163).

7. A high-voltage copper bar plastic spraying method applying the automatic plastic spraying equipment of any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step a, feeding: the copper bar is arranged on a material rod (133) of a plastic spraying tool (13), a PLC controller controls a first manipulator (15) to slide to the position of a material box (17), and the end part of the plastic spraying tool (13) is positioned above the material box (17);
step b, preheating treatment: starting a hot air gun (19), blowing the hot air gun (19) on the copper bar on the material rod (133), detecting the temperature of the high-voltage copper bar by a plastic spraying tool (13) through a temperature sensor, and preserving the heat for 5-15 min when the temperature of the copper bar reaches 150-260 ℃;
step c, plastic spraying treatment: the hot air gun (19) is closed, the material box (17) rises to the rotating disc (132) of the plastic spraying tool (13) through the lifting device (18) and enters the material box (17), the spray head (27) in the material box (17) sprays powder and plastic on the high-temperature copper bar on the rotating disc (132), and at the moment, the rotating disc (132) continuously rotates and continuously sprays for 2-5 min;
step d, curing treatment: after the high-temperature copper bar is uniformly bonded with the molding powder, heating a heating pipe in the material box (17) to raise the temperature in the material box (17) to 160-280 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-3 min;
