Abstract

本发明提供一种降尘岩体破碎机，包括破碎机本体，破碎机本体的上端开设有进料口，进料口的一侧设置有喷嘴，喷嘴与水管的一端连接，水管的另一端连接有水源，且水管上还设置有水泵，所述喷嘴指向进料口处或进料口的正上方。以解决现有破碎机使用时粉尘污染严重的问题，满足现有工程的需求。属于破碎机械技术领域。

本发明涉及一种可筛选不同大小粒径岩体破碎机，属于破碎机械技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，隧道、矿山开采、建筑工程等项目不断增多，不同的工程项目都会涉及破碎岩体，现有破碎机进行岩体破碎时粉尘污染严重，并对工作人员的健康造成极大威胁，急需加以解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种降尘岩体破碎机，以解决现有破碎机使用时粉尘污染严重的问题，满足现有工程的需求。
为解决上述问题，拟采用这样一种降尘岩体破碎机，包括破碎机本体，破碎机本体的上端开设有进料口，进料口的一侧设置有喷嘴，喷嘴与水管的一端连接，水管的另一端连接有水源，且水管上还设置有水泵，所述喷嘴指向进料口处或进料口的正上方。
前述破碎机中，所述进料口开设于破碎机本体上端的一侧，进料口为弧形进料口。
前述破碎机中，所述喷嘴指向进料口的正上方。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过在进料口处增加喷水装置，当破碎岩体灰尘较大时，开启喷水装置，能有效的防止扬尘，减少对环境的污染，改善作业环境，对工程施工及操作人员的健康具有极为重要的实际意义。

实施例：
参照图1，本实施例提供一种降尘岩体破碎机，包括破碎机本体1，破碎机本体1上端的一侧开设有进料口2，进料口2为弧形进料口，进料口2的一侧设置有喷嘴3，喷嘴3与水管4的一端连接，水管4的另一端连接有水源5，且水管4上还设置有水泵6，所述喷嘴3指向进料口2的正上方。

1.一种降尘岩体破碎机，包括破碎机本体，破碎机本体的上端开设有进料口，其特征在于：进料口的一侧设置有喷嘴，喷嘴与水管的一端连接，水管的另一端连接有水源，且水管上还设置有水泵，所述喷嘴指向进料口处或进料口的正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种降尘岩体破碎机，其特征在于：所述进料口开设于破碎机本体上端的一侧，进料口为弧形进料口。
