Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the sheave assembly 20 of the present invention may be provided on a piece of athletic equipment 10. Generally, the exercise apparatus 10 generally has a frame 12 for mounting various components of the exercise apparatus 10. The exercise apparatus 10 of the present invention can be provided with at least one joint 14 at a suitable position of the frame 12 for fixing the pulley assembly 20 of the present invention (for example, the pulley assembly 20 can be combined and fixed with the adjusting tube 24 of the pulley block 20, and the position of the pulley assembly can be adjusted by matching with the structure of the adjusting hole 243 and the positioning bolt 141). The sports apparatus of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, general sports apparatuses and Pilates (Pilates) instruments.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4A, fig. 4B, a perspective view, an exploded perspective view, a side view and a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the pulley assembly of the present invention are respectively shown. As shown, the pulley assembly 20 of the present invention has a pulley module 22, a buffer module 26 and an adjusting tube 24 (see fig. 1 for the adjusting tube 24 and its related structure). The damping module 26 is disposed between the pulley module 22 and the adjustment tube 24 to damp vibrations between the pulley module 26 and the exercise apparatus 10. The adjusting tube 24 has a tube body 241, one end of the tube body 241 is connected to the buffer module 26, and the other end is fixed to the connecting portion 14 of the exercise device 10. In an embodiment of the present invention, the tube 241 may be provided with a plurality of adjusting holes 243, and when the tube 241 is combined with the combining portion 14 of the exercise device 10, the positioning pins 141 of the combining portion 14 can be selectively inserted into the appropriate adjusting holes 243 to adjust the position of the pulley assembly 20.
The cushion module 26 can also be directly disposed on the frame 12 of the exercise apparatus 10 to form the fixed pulley assembly 20, without the adjustment tube 24.
Referring to fig. 3, 3A, 4A and 4B, the pulley assembly 20 of the present invention is shown in detail. The pulley module 22 includes a pulley seat 221 and a pulley 225. The pulley seat 221 has a base portion and two leg portions, a rotating shaft 227 is disposed at the axial center of the pulley 225, and the rotating shaft 227 can be fixed to the leg portions of the pulley seat 221 by at least one screw 229. Thus, the pulley 225 can rotate around the rotation shaft 227. When a rope (not shown) passes between the pulley 225 and the pulley holder 221 to straddle the pulley 225, the pulley 225 can be used to change the direction and smoothly slide. In an embodiment of the present invention, a pulley cover 223 may be disposed between the two side legs of the pulley seat 221 and the pulley 225 respectively to cover the two sides of the pulley 225, so as to protect the pulley 225, and limit the movement space of the rope, thereby preventing the rope from departing from the range of the pulley 225 and causing actions other than setting.
The base of the pulley block 221 is provided with a central bore 220 through which a central shaft 28 passes. The central shaft 28 has a wider head portion 281 and a narrower shaft portion 283. The shaft 283 extends from the end of the pulley 225 through the central hole 220 of the pulley seat 221, such that the head 281 abuts against the base of the pulley seat 221 and the shaft 283 is connected to the cushion module 26.
The buffer module 26 includes a question mark hook 36, a U-shaped ring 32 and a spring 267. Wherein the handle 361 of the question mark hook 36 can be connected with the adjusting tube 24 or the frame 12 of the sports apparatus 10 (the sports apparatus 10 and the related structure thereof refer to fig. 1). The closed end 327 of the U-shaped ring 32 is configured to be movable in a joint by the ring-shaped portion 363 of the question mark 36, and the open end 329 of the U-shaped ring 32 is connected to the pulley module 22. In this embodiment, the open end 329 of the U-shaped ring 32 is connected to the shaft portion 283 of the central shaft 28, i.e., the pulley module 22 is connected through the central shaft 28. The spring 267 is sleeved outside the question mark hook 36 and the U-shaped ring 32, and two ends of the spring are respectively pushed against the pulley module 22 and the adjusting tube 24 or the frame 12 of the exercise device 10 to apply an outward bias, so that the joint structure formed by the question mark hook 36 and the U-shaped ring 32 can keep a preset straight shape.
Because the movable range of the joint structure formed by the question mark hook 36 and the U-shaped ring 32 is large, the function of a universal joint can be almost achieved by matching the central shaft 28, and therefore, the joint structure can be correspondingly deformed no matter which direction the stress is applied to. When the stress is relieved, the spring 267 can return to a straight state. Therefore, with the cushion module 26 of the present invention, the shock between the pulley module 22 and the sporting goods 10 can be effectively blocked.
The U-shaped ring 32 of the present invention has a body 321, and a buffer layer 323 covers the outside of the body 321, and two fixing holes 325 are respectively formed at two ends of the open end 329, and the U-shaped ring 32 and the central shaft 28 can be fastened by a fixing bolt 38 through the fixing holes 325 and the through hole 285 of the central shaft 28. The buffer layer 323 can be a rubber layer, which provides a further buffering effect. In the pulley assembly 20 of the present invention, only the question mark hook 36 collides with the U-shaped ring 32, and the buffer layer 323 is provided to eliminate noise generated by the collision.
The cushion module 26 of the present invention further includes a first spring fixing plate 263 and a second spring fixing plate 265, which are respectively disposed at two ends of the cushion module 26. The first spring fixing plate 263 and the second spring fixing plate 265 are respectively provided with at least one fixing mechanism 264, 266 for fixing two ends of the spring 267. The first spring fixing plate 263 and the second spring fixing plate 265 are respectively provided with a central hole 260, 268, through which the shaft portion 283 of the central shaft 28 and the handle portion 361 of the question mark hook 36 can pass.
In addition, a buffer washer 261 may be disposed between the first spring fixing plate 263 and the base of the pulley seat 221, and the buffer washer 261 has a central hole 260 for the shaft 283 of the central shaft 28 to pass through. The buffer washer 261 can be selected from one of a nylon washer, a rubber washer, a silicone washer and a combination thereof, and can provide a further buffer effect between the first spring fixing piece 263 and the pulley module 22 and further eliminate noise that may be generated. In an embodiment of the present invention, the spring 267 may be a trumpet spring, and the diameter of the two ends of the trumpet spring is larger than that of the middle of the trumpet spring, so that the possibility of collision between the spring 267 and other parts when being pressed is reduced, and the source of noise is reduced.
Please refer to fig. 5A and 5B, which are schematic operation diagrams according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the cushion module 26 of the present invention is maintained in a straight condition by the outward bias provided by the springs 267. When the pulley module 22 is pressed and pushed in the first direction 52, the shank side of the hook 363 presses the outside of the U-shaped buffer layer 323, so that the buffer layer 323 is deformed to eliminate the collision stress and prevent the generation of noise.
When the pulley module 22 is pulled in the second direction by the pulling force, the outer side of the ring-shaped part 363 of the question mark hook presses the inner side of the U-shaped buffer layer 323, so that the buffer layer 323 is deformed to eliminate the stress of collision and prevent the generation of noise. Due to the joint structure formed by the question mark hook and the U-shaped ring, the pulley module 22 can still rotate up and down in the third direction 56, can rotate left and right in the fourth direction 58 by taking the fixing bolt as a rotating shaft, and can still rotate by taking the central shaft as an axis. When the external stress is removed, the bias of the spring 267 returns the cushion module 26 to the straight state.
The pulley assembly of the invention can achieve the effect of effectively blocking the vibration transmission between the pulley module and the sports equipment and can reduce the noise generated by the collision of parts.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, that is, all equivalent variations and modifications of the shape, structure, characteristics, method and spirit described in the claims of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
