现代社会，随着人们生活质量的不断提高，人们每天摄入的营养物质的量远远超出身体正常生长所需，加上很多人现在缺乏运动，导致肥胖病患者越来越多。过度的肥胖将影响人体的身体健康，导致多种疾病的发生。而且肥胖影响人体的体型，对于女性来说，身体肥胖导致不能穿戴衣服，所以很多女性都热衷于减肥。减肥的方法有很多种，有的人通过锻炼减肥，有的人通过绝食减肥，也有的人通过吃各种减肥药物减肥。对于大多数人来说，通过绝食减肥或药物减肥是最简单的两种方法，但是绝食减肥导致人体肠胃长时间吸收不到足够的营养，时间长后会影响肠胃的功能，甚至导致肠胃萎缩，药物减肥很多是通过促进排泄来实现的，同样很容易对人的身体造成损伤。
用中药减肥的历史在我国源远流长，在三国时就有记载华佗用中药肥胖的故事。中药减肥是根据中医辨证理论按照减肥者不同的体质辩证施治，对症下药，从根本上解决肥胖问题。由于肥胖跟个人体质有关系，所以有的人怎么吃都不胖，而有的人喝水都胖。中药减肥备受推崇，主要原因是因为中药减肥相比西药更加安全，没有副作用，而西药相对来说含有各种化学成份而渐受减肥人士的排斥。

本发明的目的在于提供一种医用保健减肥包。

进一步优选，所述的中药成分包含以下重量份原料：当归100份、杏仁100份、红花100份、山药100份、荷叶200份、黑豆100份、决明子100份、土茯苓100份、葛根200份、丁香100份、艾绒100份、防己100份、枸杞100份、陈皮50份、山楂30份、何首乌100份、枳壳100份、甘草30份、白术100份、罗汉果100份、番泻叶150份、厚朴100份、黄连30份、大黄30份、桂枝100份、红枣100份、白芷100份、苍术50份、十木香50份、独活50份、番椽50份、元明散50份、益母草50份、车前子50份、胖大海50份。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：本医用保健减肥包通过外敷的方法进行减肥，将此种减肥包放在肚脐眼上，有利于药效通过肚脐眼进入体内，并通过药物作用减少脂肪，达到减肥的效果，并减少对身体的危害。且此种减肥包安全有效，没有副作用。且还兼具保健功效，能改善胃寒、失眠、月经不调等亚健康人群。
