Abstract
一种多功能的颅脑监护系统,该系统由颅内监护系统主机、颅内生理参数采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅脑皮层电极子系统、生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统等组成。系统集成实现了颅内压力、温度等生理参数采集与监测,并可以实施颅内深部电极电刺激治疗以及颅脑皮层电极电刺激治疗和颅内肿瘤标记等功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明公开了一种多功能的颅脑监护系统,该系统由颅内监护系统主机、颅内生理参数采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅脑皮层电极子系统、生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统等组成。
背景技术
当前单一的颅脑压监护系统可以采集颅内压力等生理参数,从而为颅内微创手术提供良好的监测,提高高危病人的存活率。针对癫痫患者,则需要通过植入深部电极或皮层电极进行电刺激治疗,以期达到治疗或治愈的目的。当上述两种情况同时发生时,当前的单一颅内压监护系统或电极刺激无法有效的整合,给医生带来手术时间长、手术难度大等难点并且加大了病人痛苦,同时也无法提供肿瘤预警功能。
发明内容
本发明采用了以颅内生理采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅脑皮层电极子系统、生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统为主要四大部分并集成到主机的监护系统,其中颅内生理采集系统子系统主要监测颅内的压力、温度、脑氧饱和度及脑组织灌注压,颅内深部电极子系统用于颅内部的病灶部位电刺激,颅脑皮层电极子系统用于颅脑皮层的相对应病灶点进行电刺激,生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统利用生物传感芯片感应并标识相应的肿瘤标记物,主机用于各子系统主机的集成。
依据颅内生理采集子系统的作用,在生理采集子系统的探头前端装有传感器,并将压力、温度、脑氧饱和度及脑组织灌注压等生理参数集成在传感器上,同时在探头前端装有CCD用于照明和拍摄照片。
依据颅内深部电极子系统的作用,其电极部可以依据需要选择不同数量的电极环,电极部植入颅内后,可以输出相应数量的电信号,电刺激治疗相应部位。
依据颅脑皮层电极子系统的作用,其电极部可以根据需要选择不同数量的电极片,电极部植入皮层后,可以输出相应数量的电信号,电刺激治疗相应部位。
依据生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统的作用,其传感芯片部可以识别肿瘤组织并标记后传递相应的信号给主机。
依据主机的作用,用于集成上述四个子系统主机的信号。
依据上述四大子系统和主机的通讯,可以通过有线或无线的方式进行传输。
根据主机的功能,可以实现互联网并网大数据传输及分析服务,为病理数据库提供依据和参考。

具体实施方式
本发明由主机连接颅内生理参数采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅脑皮层电极子系统及生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统,并将数据集成反馈到主机,并联网后传输到服务器上。其中,颅内生理参数采集子系统的探头植入颅脑内部,用于监测颅内的压力、温度、脑氧饱和度及脑组织灌注压。颅内深部电极子系统的电极部植入颅脑内部,用于颅内病灶部位的电刺激。颅脑皮层电极子系统植入颅脑皮层,用于颅脑皮层相应部位的电刺激。生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统的生物芯片部植入并到达病灶位后,通过芯片可识别并传递肿瘤标记信息。主机和上述四大部分子系统主机的通讯方式采用有线或无线。颅内生理参数采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅脑皮层电极子系统与其相应的探头或电极部的通讯可以为有线或无线。
Claims (16)
1.一种多功能的颅内监护系统,该系统集成了主机、颅内生理采集子系统、颅内深部电极子系统、颅内皮层电极子系统、生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统等,可以实时监控并采集人体颅内压力、温度等生理参数,同时针对颅内及皮层局部需要电刺激的部位进行电极刺激治疗以及对病灶位进行肿瘤物标记。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颅内监护系统,其特征在于该系统涵盖了颅内压力监测、颅内温度监测以及针对癫痫等病灶进行深部电极刺激及皮层电极刺激等治疗手段,该系统为首次提出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的颅内监护系统,其特征在于颅内生理采集子系统包含子系统主机及探头,其探头可以实现实时监控人体颅内压力、颅内温度、脑氧饱和度及脑组织灌注压等生理参数。探头部分可以是可降解生物材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的颅内监控系统,其特征在于颅内深部电极子子系统包含子系统主机及植入深部电极部,其深部电极部由1~24个电极环组成,相应地,可以实现1~24个信号输出。电极部分可以是可降解生物材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的颅内监护系统,其特征在于颅内皮层电极子系统包含子系统主机及植入皮层电极部,其皮层电极部由5~30个电极片组成,相应地,可以实现5~30个信号输出。电极部分可以是可降解生物材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的颅内监护系统,其特征在于生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统包含了一个可植入的生物芯片部分,该生物芯片部分可以是可降解生物材料。
7.根据权利要求1~3所述的颅内生理采集子系统,其探头部分重量在20g内。
8.根据权利要求1~4所述的颅内深部电极子系统,其植入深部电极部重量在20g以内。
9.根据权利要求1~5所述的颅内皮层电极子系统,其植入皮层电极部重量在30g以内。
10.根据权利要求1~6所述的生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统,其植入生物芯片部重量在20g以内。
11.根据权利要求书1~7所述的颅内监护系统,其主机的重量在3kg以内,系统整体重量在5kg以内。
12.根据权利要求书1~11所述的颅内监护系统,其主机和各个子系统之间以及各子系统和相应的植入探头、电极部间以有线或无线的方式实现数据传输,该无线传输方式包含红外线、蓝牙、无线数传电台、WIFI、GPRS、3G、UWB、ZigBee等。
13.根据权利要求书1~12所述的颅内监控系统,其颅内生理采集子系统的探头前端放置CCD,实现手术及植入过程实时监控。
14.根据权利要求书1~12所述的颅内监护系统,其颅内深部电极子系统的电极部前端放置CCD,实现手术植入过程实时监控。
15.根据权利要求书1~12所述的颅内监护系统,生物传感芯片肿瘤标记子系统能对常见的颅脑肿瘤进行标记,其常见的颅脑肿瘤包含胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、垂体瘤、听神经瘤、转移瘤等。
16.根据权利要求书1~15所述的颅内监护系统,其主机可以通过互联网实现大数据分析及传输。
