本发明公开了一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,按重量份计,包括有A、B两层,其中B层占总重量的25‑40%;所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物100‑180份、长余辉荧光材料3‑15份、微晶蜡1‑6份、热敏变色胶囊2‑9份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物6‑14份、乙烯基硅油2‑11份、纳米二氧化锌2‑8份、硬脂酸铅0.5‑3份、硬脂酸0.2‑0.8份;所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物30‑50份、乙烯基硅油1‑6份、硬脂酸0.2‑0.8份、色母2‑9份。本发明具有耐热性好、可发夜光、强度高的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料杯颗粒料,特别是一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材。
背景技术
塑料杯是人们生活中用作饮水的常用器具,具有质量轻、外形美观、成本低廉的优点,深受人们的喜爱。不仅如此,塑料杯具有容易加工,形状多样的优势,近些年得到了较快的发展。但是,已有的塑料杯的形式单一,一次性注塑成型,强度差,耐热性差,且杯体成型后其颜色不可变换,限制了塑料杯的外观性能,无法满足时尚人群的使用需要。
而铝酸锶类长余辉荧光材料是最近发展的一类长余辉荧光材料(夜光粉),由于其高亮度和长余辉时间获得广泛应用。将长余辉荧光材料(夜光粉)与塑料混合后制备成为夜光母粒,有着极为广泛的用途,可以用注塑、挤出等方法制备各种夜光塑料制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材。本发明具有耐热性好、可发夜光、强度高的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,包括有A、B两层,其中B层占总重量的25-40%;
所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物100-180份、长余辉荧光材料3-15份、微晶蜡1-6份、热敏变色胶囊2-9份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物6-14份、乙烯基硅油2-11 份、纳米二氧化锌2-8份、硬脂酸铅0.5-3份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物30-50份、乙烯基硅油1-6份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份、色母2-9份。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物130-150份、长余辉荧光材料8-12份、微晶蜡2-5份、热敏变色胶囊4-6份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物9-11份、乙烯基硅油4-7 份、纳米二氧化锌4-6份、硬脂酸铅1.5-2份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物35-45份、乙烯基硅油3-4份、硬脂酸0.4-0.5份、色母4-7份。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,按重量份计,所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物140份、长余辉荧光材料10份、微晶蜡3份、热敏变色胶囊5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、乙烯基硅油5 份、纳米二氧化锌5份、硬脂酸铅1.7份、硬脂酸0.5份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物40份、乙烯基硅油4 份、硬脂酸0.5份、色母6份。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为25-45%。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述长余辉荧光材料为铝酸锶。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 50-80份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体15-28份、碳酸钙2-5份组成。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 65份、抗氧剂0.3份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体22份、碳酸钙3份组成。
前述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,所述色母为特白色母。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明生产的塑料制品价格低廉、生产工艺简单;
(2)本发明在较高的温度的情况下化学性能依然稳定,不会挥发出刺激性气体;
(3)本发明可发夜光,外形美观,更受消费者的欢迎。
(4)本发明生产的塑料杯抗压强度更高。

所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物140份、长余辉荧光材料10份、微晶蜡3份、热敏变色胶囊5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、乙烯基硅油5 份、纳米二氧化锌5份、硬脂酸铅1.7份、硬脂酸0.5份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物40份、乙烯基硅油4 份、硬脂酸0.5份、色母6份。
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为35%。
所述长余辉荧光材料为铝酸锶。
所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 65份、抗氧剂0.3份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体22份、碳酸钙3份组成。
所述色母为特白色母。
实施例2:一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,包括有A、B两层,其中B层占总重量的25%;

所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物30-50份、乙烯基硅油1份、硬脂酸0.2份、色母2份。
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物40份、乙烯基硅油4份、硬脂酸0.5份、色母6份。
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为25%。
所述长余辉荧光材料为铝酸锶。
所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 50份、抗氧剂0.1份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体15份、碳酸钙2份组成。

所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物50份、乙烯基硅油6 份、硬脂酸0.8份、色母9份。
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物40份、乙烯基硅油4份、硬脂酸0.5份、色母6份。
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为45%。
所述长余辉荧光材料为铝酸锶。
所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 80份、抗氧剂0.5份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体28份、碳酸钙5份组成。
所述色母为特白色母。

1.一种塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,其特征在于:包括有A、B两层,其中B层占总重量的25-40%;
所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物100-180份、长余辉荧光材料3-15份、微晶蜡1-6份、热敏变色胶囊2-9份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物6-14份、乙烯基硅油2-11 份、纳米二氧化锌2-8份、硬脂酸铅0.5-3份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物30-50份、乙烯基硅油1-6份、硬脂酸0.2-0.8份、色母2-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,其特征在于:所述A层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物130-150份、长余辉荧光材料8-12份、微晶蜡2-5份、热敏变色胶囊4-6份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物9-11份、乙烯基硅油4-7份、纳米二氧化锌4-6份、硬脂酸铅1.5-2份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份;
所述B层的材料按重量份计,包括有高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物35-45份、乙烯基硅油3-4份、硬脂酸0.4-0.5份、色母4-7份。

6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料杯用的高强度耐热夜光塑料杯复合片材,其特征在于:所述高抗冲性聚苯乙烯共混物按重量份计,由耐冲击性聚苯乙烯HIPS 50-80份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体15-28份、碳酸钙2-5份组成。
