Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a sleep-aid bed capable of automatically ascending and descending based on data feedback, which can provide an environment favorable for sleeping and prevent a person from falling from the bed.
The invention also aims to provide a sleep-assisting bed capable of automatically lifting based on data feedback, which can realize the lifting of a bed board and the lifting of the bed board, so that a resting person can get on or off the bed board more conveniently and more conveniently in a labor-saving manner.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a sleep-assisting bed capable of automatic lifting based on data feedback, including:
the bed body comprises an upper bed plate, a lower bed plate and a telescopic device symmetrically arranged between the upper bed plate and the lower bed plate, the telescopic device comprises an upper ejector rod, a lower ejector rod in a hollow structure and a first pushing mechanism arranged in the lower ejector rod and connected with the bottom end of the upper ejector rod, and damping springs perpendicular to the lower ejector rod are symmetrically arranged between the first pushing mechanism and the lower ejector rod; first slide rails perpendicular to the ground are symmetrically arranged on a wall surface opposite to the inner side edge of the upper bed plate, a first slide block matched with the first slide rails is arranged on the inner side edge of the upper bed plate, and the first slide block is connected with a second pushing mechanism so that the first slide block can slide up and down along the first slide rails; the head end and the tail end of the upper bed board are respectively provided with a headboard and a footboard; the top ends of the headboard and the footboard are both provided with extension parts.
The falling prevention device is arranged on the outer side of the bed body and comprises first baffle plates and second baffle plates, the first baffle plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper bed plate and are vertical to the upper bed plate, and the second baffle plates are arranged on the outer side of the lower bed plate; the first baffle plate is connected with the outer side edges of the headboard and the footboard in a sliding manner; the first baffle is of a hollow structure, a drawing plate is arranged in the first baffle and is connected with a third pushing mechanism so as to enable the drawing plate to move up and down; the player and the first groove are arranged on the inner side of the first baffle on the outer side.
The light screen is arranged at the top end of the first baffle on the inner side, a fourth pushing mechanism is arranged between the light screen and the headboard and between the light screen and the footboard so as to enable the light screen to rotate around the first baffle on the inner side, the light screen comprises an outer light screen and an inner light screen which can stretch, first holes which are staggered relatively are formed in the outer light screen and the inner light screen, and an LED lamp is arranged between the outer light screen and the inner light screen; the outer layer light shading plate is an acrylic plate.
The intelligent control device comprises a control panel arranged in the first groove and a controller connected with the control panel, wherein the controller is respectively connected with the first pushing mechanism, the second pushing mechanism, the third pushing mechanism and the fourth pushing mechanism so as to control the upper bed plate to move up and down through the first pushing mechanism, control the first sliding block to slide up and down through the second pushing mechanism, control the drawing plate to move up and down through the third pushing mechanism and control the light shielding plate to rotate through the fourth pushing mechanism; the controller is connected with the LED lamp to control the opening and closing of the LED lamp.
Preferably, a plurality of second holes are formed in the first sliding rail, a telescopic fixing rod penetrating through the first sliding block and connected with the inner side edge of the upper bed plate is arranged in the first sliding block, and the fixing rod is matched with the second holes and connected with a fifth pushing mechanism to enable the fixing rod to stretch.
Preferably, the inner light shielding plate comprises a first light shielding plate and a second light shielding plate which are arranged to be hollow structures, second slide rails are arranged on two sides of the interior of the first light shielding plate, and second slide blocks matched with the second slide rails are arranged on two sides of the second light shielding plate, so that the second light shielding plate is arranged in the first light shielding plate.
Preferably, the bottom end of the pull plate is provided with a limit rod connected in a telescopic manner, and the inner side of the first baffle plate is provided with a limit hole matched with the limit rod at a position close to the top end of the first baffle plate.
Preferably, the bed further comprises a mobile phone APP, an adjusting module and an information storage module are arranged in the mobile phone APP, the adjusting module is connected with the controller, and the controller controls the first pushing mechanism to operate by receiving an instruction transmitted by the adjusting module so as to enable the upper bed plate to move up and down; the information storage module is connected with a product use database of a manufacturer, the information storage module stores problems encountered by a user during use, proposed suggestions and system update aiming at the adjustment module, and the product use database of the manufacturer receives information transmitted by the information storage module, sends feedback of the problems to the information storage module by analyzing the received information and repairs the system aiming at the adjustment module.
Preferably, pull rings parallel to the ground are arranged in the middle positions of the outer sides of the first baffle and the second baffle.
Preferably, the bed further comprises a support rod arranged at the end corner of the bottom of the lower bed plate, a third slide rail is arranged at the front end of the support rod outside the lower bed plate, and a third slide block matched with the third slide rail is arranged on the inner side of the second baffle plate.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the sleep-assisting bed is a high-low bed with an upper layer and a lower layer, a telescopic device is arranged between an upper bed plate and a lower bed plate, a first pushing mechanism in the telescopic device enables an upper ejector rod to move up and down so as to drive the upper bed plate positioned at the top end of the upper ejector rod to move up and down, the previous high-low bed can be lifted to an upper bed position only by depending on a ladder, great labor is wasted, the upper bed plate of the sleep-assisting bed moves the upper bed plate down to a proper height through the operation of the first pushing mechanism, a person can conveniently lie down to the upper bed plate directly, the inconvenience of climbing an escalator is eliminated, and meanwhile, the height of the upper bed plate from the ground can be controlled through controlling the operation of the first pushing mechanism so as to meet the requirements of a rest person for different bed positions; the damping spring is arranged between the first pushing mechanism and the lower ejector rod, so that the influence of vibration generated when a person is positioned on the upper bed plate on the lower bed plate is reduced to the minimum by the damping spring, and the influence on people who rest on the lower bed plate is avoided; go up the inboard side of bed board and pass through the adaptation of first slide rail on first slider and the wall not only makes it is more steady when moving to go up the bed board, makes wholly simultaneously help the bed of sleeping to stand on ground more stably.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a sleep-assisting bed capable of automatically ascending and descending based on data feedback, including:
the bed body 100 comprises an upper bed plate 101, a lower bed plate 102 and a telescopic device 200 symmetrically arranged between the upper bed plate 101 and the lower bed plate 102, wherein the telescopic device 200 comprises an upper ejector rod 201, a lower ejector rod 202 with a hollow structure and a first pushing mechanism 203 arranged in the lower ejector rod 202 and connected with the bottom end of the upper ejector rod 201, and damping springs perpendicular to the lower ejector rod 202 are symmetrically arranged between the first pushing mechanism 203 and the lower ejector rod 202; first slide rails 103 vertical to the ground are symmetrically arranged on a wall 1001 opposite to the inner side edge of the upper bed board 101, a first slide block matched with the first slide rails 103 is arranged on the inner side edge of the upper bed board 101, and the first slide block is connected with a second pushing mechanism so as to enable the first slide block to slide up and down along the first slide rails 103; the head end and the tail end of the upper bed board 101 are respectively provided with a headboard 104 and a footboard 105; extensions 106 are arranged at the top ends of the headboard 104 and the footboard 105.
The anti-falling device 300 is arranged on the outer side of the upper bed board 101, and the anti-falling device 300 comprises first baffle plates 301 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper bed board 101 and are vertical to the upper bed board 101 and second baffle plates 302 which are arranged on the outer side of the lower bed board 102; the first baffle 301 is slidably connected to the outer side edges of the headboard 104 and the footboard 105; the first baffle plate 301 is of a hollow structure, a drawing plate 303 is arranged in the first baffle plate 301, and the drawing plate 303 is connected with a third pushing mechanism so as to enable the drawing plate 303 to move up and down; the player 304 and the first groove 305 are arranged on the inner side of the first baffle 301 on the outer side.
The light shading plate 400 is arranged at the top end of the first baffle 301 at the inner side, a fourth pushing mechanism 600 is arranged between the light shading plate 400 and the headboard 104 and the footboard 105 so as to enable the light shading plate 400 to rotate around the first baffle 301 at the inner side, the light shading plate 400 comprises an outer light shading plate 401 and a telescopic inner light shading plate 402, first holes 403 which are staggered relatively are arranged on the outer light shading plate 401 and the inner light shading plate 402, and an LED lamp is arranged between the outer light shading plate 401 and the inner light shading plate 402; the outer layer light shielding plate 401 is an acrylic plate.
The intelligent control device comprises a control panel 306 arranged in the first groove 305 and a controller connected with the control panel, wherein the controller is respectively connected with the first pushing mechanism, the second pushing mechanism, the third pushing mechanism and the fourth pushing mechanism 600 so as to control the up-and-down movement of the upper bed plate 101 through the first pushing mechanism, control the up-and-down sliding of the first sliding block through the second pushing mechanism, control the up-and-down movement of the drawing plate 303 through the third pushing mechanism and control the rotation of the light shielding plate 400 through the fourth pushing mechanism 600; the controller is connected with the LED lamp to control the opening and closing of the LED lamp.
In the above scheme, the sleep-assisting bed is a high-low bed with an upper layer and a lower layer, the telescopic device 200 is arranged between the upper bed plate 101 and the lower bed plate 102, the first pushing mechanism 203 in the telescopic device 200 enables the upper ejector rod 201 to move up and down, so as to drive the upper bed plate 101 at the top end of the upper ejector rod 201 to move up and down, the previous high-low bed can be lifted to an upper bed position only by depending on a ladder, so that great effort is wasted, the upper bed plate 101 of the sleep-assisting bed moves the upper bed plate 101 down to a proper height through the operation of the first pushing mechanism 203, so that a person can directly lie on the upper bed plate 101, the inconvenience of climbing the ladder is eliminated, and meanwhile, the height of the upper bed plate 101 from the ground can be controlled by controlling the operation of the first pushing mechanism 203, so as to meet the requirements of a rest person for different bed positions; by arranging a damping spring between the first pushing mechanism 203 and the lower ejector 202, the damping spring minimizes the influence of the vibration generated when a person is on the upper bed plate 101 on the lower bed plate 102, so that the influence on the person resting on the lower bed plate 102 is avoided; go up the inboard side of bed board 101 and pass through the adaptation of first slide rail 103 on first slider and the wall 1001 is not only it is more steady when going up bed board 101 and removing, makes wholly simultaneously help the bed of sleeping to stand on ground more stably.
The first baffle plate 301 is arranged at the outer side edge of the upper bed board 101 to prevent a person sleeping on the upper bed board 101 from falling off, and the player 304 arranged at the inner side of the first baffle plate 301 can be used for playing soft music to help sleeping; the openable light shielding plate 400 is combined with the first baffle 301, so that an independent space beneficial to sleeping can be formed, and external noise and light interference can be prevented; the relatively staggered arrangement of the first holes 403 makes air in the independent space smoothly circulate, and simultaneously avoids strong illumination, so as to provide an atmosphere with low light required by sleep; the height of the light screen 400 from the upper bed plate 101 can be adjusted by moving the drawing plate 303 in the first baffle 301 up and down, so that the requirement of a person who falls asleep in a relatively closed space is met, and the person lying below the light screen 400 is not inhibited; when a resting person has a rest or wakes up, the controller can control the extension and retraction of the inner layer light shielding plate 402, the outer layer light shielding plate 401 is transparent, so that the external light rays are not influenced to be irradiated into the independent space, when the illumination is needed, the LED lamp and the external light rays can be irradiated into the independent space to provide illumination, when the illumination is not needed, the inner layer light shielding plate 402 is unfolded, the LED lamp and the external light rays can be isolated and blocked outside, the convenience is very high, and different requirements of the resting person on the illumination are met.
In a preferable scheme, a plurality of second holes 107 are formed in the first slide rail 103, a telescopic fixing rod penetrating through the first slide block and connected with the inner side edge of the upper bed plate 101 is arranged in the first slide block, and the fixing rod is adapted to the second holes 107 and connected with a fifth pushing mechanism to enable the fixing rod to stretch.
In the above scheme, when going up bed board 101 and removing to certain height, the dead lever is in extension and stretch into the second hole 107 of its adaptation under the effect of fifth push mechanism, in order to fix go up bed board 101, prevent that it from producing and rocking, but dead lever adaptation second hole 107 of co-altitude not, so that be in co-altitude go up bed board 101 all fixable go up the in-process that moves up bed board 101, the dead lever is in retract under the effect of fifth push mechanism, so that upward bed board 101 moves up unimpededly when moving steadily.
In a preferred embodiment, the inner light shielding plate 402 includes a first light shielding plate 404 and a second light shielding plate 405, which are hollow structures, wherein second slide rails are disposed on two sides of the interior of the first light shielding plate 404, and second slide blocks adapted to the second slide rails are disposed on two sides of the second light shielding plate, so that the second light shielding plate 405 moves in the first light shielding plate 404.
In the above solution, the second light shielding plate 405 of the inner light shielding plate is close to the headboard, if a resting person needs external illumination or illumination of an LED lamp, the second light shielding plate 405 can slide along the first light shielding plate 401, so that the second light shielding plate 405 is located in the first light shielding plate 401, so that the external illumination is irradiated into a rest space through the outer light shielding plate, and in a dim environment, the LED lamp can be turned on, and the second light shielding plate 405 is also pushed toward the footboard, so that the LED lamp located between the outer light shielding plate and the inner light shielding plate illuminates the rest space, thereby meeting illumination requirements in different environments.
In a preferable scheme, a limiting rod connected in a telescopic manner is arranged at the bottom end of the pulling plate 303, and a limiting hole matched with the limiting rod is arranged at a position, close to the top end of the first baffle 301, on the inner side of the first baffle 301.
In the above scheme, in the process of moving the drawing plate 303 upwards, the limiting rod is in a contraction state until the drawing plate moves to the maximum stroke, the limiting rod is unfolded and inserted into the limiting hole, the movement of the drawing plate 303 is limited, the drawing plate 303 can be prevented from moving upwards excessively and moving out of the first baffle 301, the limiting rod can be controlled by the controller, when the drawing plate 303 moves downwards from the maximum stroke, the controller controls the limiting rod to retract from the limiting hole, and the drawing plate 303 can move downwards without causing the obstruction of moving upwards and downwards.
In a preferred scheme, the bed further comprises a mobile phone APP, an adjusting module and an information storage module are arranged in the mobile phone APP, the adjusting module is connected with the controller, and the controller controls the first pushing mechanism to operate by receiving an instruction transmitted by the adjusting module so as to enable the upper bed board 101 to move up and down; the information storage module is connected with a product use database of a manufacturer, the information storage module stores problems encountered by a user during use, proposed suggestions and system update aiming at the adjustment module, and the product use database of the manufacturer receives information transmitted by the information storage module, sends feedback of the problems to the information storage module by analyzing the received information and repairs the system aiming at the adjustment module.
In the above scheme, an adjustment module in the mobile phone APP sends an instruction, and the controller receives the instruction to operate the first pushing mechanism, so that the upper bed board 101 moves up and down; when the upper bed board 101 is higher than the ground, the height of the upper bed board 101 can be directly adjusted on a mobile phone without laboriously touching a control panel to control the height, so that the intelligent and convenient bed is quite intelligent and convenient, and the labor-saving and convenient bed is convenient for people with smaller heads; the information when the adjusting module is used and the problems met by the thoughts when the sleep-assisting bed is used are collected in the information storage module and transmitted to the product use database of a manufacturer, so that the manufacturer can feed back the problems and improve the product.
In a preferable scheme, pull rings 307 which are parallel to the ground are arranged at the middle positions of the outer sides of the first baffle plate 301 and the second baffle plate 302.
In the above solution, if the controller is powered off or has a fault, the controller may also manually control the up and down movement of the first baffle 301 and the second baffle 302 by grasping the pull ring 307 to move up and down, so that the movement of the first baffle 301 and the second baffle 302 is not limited to an electric manner, and the pull ring 307 is used to help move the first baffle 301 and the second baffle 302.
In a preferable scheme, the bed further comprises a supporting rod 500 arranged at a corner of the bottom end of the lower bed plate 102, a third slide rail 501 is arranged at the front end of the supporting rod 500 outside the lower bed plate 102, and a third slide block matched with the third slide rail 501 is arranged inside the second baffle.
In the above scheme, the third slider on the second baffle 302 with third slide rail 501 adaptation is so that the third slider is in slide on the third slide rail 501, in order to drive second baffle 302 reciprocates, when needs lie down on the bed board 102, the second baffle 302 moves down to below the bed board 102 down to the people lies down, can not form the hindrance, after lying down simultaneously, the second baffle 302 moves up to on the bed board 102 down, prevents that the people who lies down from overturning to the bed under.
