The bed comprises a base, a bed body rotating mechanism, a pillow, side pillows, an air conditioner, a shading mechanism, a main control board and side bed boards, wherein the bed body is rotatably connected onto the base, the bed body rotating mechanism is installed on the base and is connected with the bed body, the pillow, the side pillows, the air conditioner, the shading mechanism and the main control board are fixed onto the bed body, the pillow is positioned between the two side pillows, the two side bed boards are respectively and rotatably connected to the left side and the right side of the bed body, and the bed body rotating mechanism and the air conditioner are both electrically connected with the main control board. The bed body is driven to rotate along the base through the bed body rotating mechanism, and the two side bed plates and the two side pillows are matched to help a user turn over. The temperature is regulated by an air conditioner. The ambient light is shielded by the light shielding mechanism. Thereby providing a comfortable sleeping environment for the user.

The shading mechanism 6 is fixed above the bed body 2, and the shading mechanism 6 is made of flexible opaque material.
A plurality of temperature sensors 10 are distributed on the bed body 2, and the temperature sensors 10 are electrically connected with a main control board. The plurality of temperature sensors 10 can respectively detect the temperature of the environment in the bed and the body temperature of the user, and transmit the temperature information to the main control board, and the main control board controls the air conditioner 5 to adjust the temperature.
