As shown in fig. 1-5, the convenient assembled sofa comprises a framework and a filling layer coated outside the framework, wherein the filling layer adopts the prior art, and simultaneously, the sofa also comprises a seat cushion and a back cushion; the framework comprises a left armrest frame 1, a right armrest frame 4, a front cross beam 7, a backrest frame 3 and a seat frame 8, wherein the front cross beam 7 is arranged between the left armrest frame 1 and the right armrest frame 4, the front cross beam 7 is close to the front part of the framework and is connected with the left armrest frame 1 and the right armrest frame 4 through a detachable structure I, the backrest frame 3 is arranged between the left armrest frame 1 and the right armrest frame 4, the backrest frame 3 is close to the rear part of the framework and is connected with the left armrest frame 1 and the right armrest frame 4 through a detachable structure II, and the seat frame 8 is arranged between the front cross beam 7 and the backrest frame 3 and is connected with the front cross beam 7 and the backrest frame 3 through a supporting structure; the framework is an iron frame, and a wood frame can be used instead according to actual conditions.

The manufacturing process of the convenient assembled sofa comprises the following steps: a. outsourcing: purchasing existing accessories in the market, wherein the accessories comprise a locking bolt, a first supporting leg and a second supporting leg; b. framework forming: comprises a left armrest frame, a right armrest frame, a front beam, a backrest frame and a seat frame; cutting and blanking the pipe material through a pipe cutting machine, punching and blanking the plate material through a punching machine, welding the pipe material and the plate material together in a welding mode, and deburring the pipe material and the plate material to obtain a semi-finished left armrest frame, a right armrest frame, a front cross beam, a backrest frame and a seat frame; the prior art is adopted for cutting blanking, stamping blanking, welding and deburring; c. framework spraying: c, spraying protective paint on the left armrest frame, the right armrest frame, the front cross beam, the backrest frame and the seat frame obtained in the step b through a spraying device, wherein the spraying thickness is 0.12-0.18 mm; the spraying thickness is 0.15 mm; d. and (3) filling layer composition: c, filling materials are respectively filled into the left armrest frame, the right armrest frame, the front cross beam, the back rest frame and the seat frame obtained in the step c, and then fabrics are respectively covered on the left armrest frame, the right armrest frame, the front cross beam, the back rest frame and the seat frame; the filling material adopts the existing material which can be bought in the market; e. manufacturing a seat cushion and a back cushion; the seat cushion and the back cushion are also manufactured by the prior art; f. packaging and warehousing: packaging all the components of the sofa, and warehousing after inspection; the large components can be packaged separately, and during transportation, the large components can be transported in a single package, which is also the design point of the sofa.
The pipe cutting machine in the step b is a laser pipe cutting machine.
The welding in step b uses a carbon dioxide welder.
The protective coating in the step c comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of epoxy resin, 10-16 parts of organic silicon resin, 5-12 parts of inositol hexaphosphate, 1-3 parts of fatty acid quaternary ammonium salt, 6-9 parts of nano diatomite, 2-7 parts of barium metasilicate, 3-8 parts of nano graphene, 3-5 parts of a defoaming agent and 4-8 parts of tung oil; the protective coating in the step c comprises the following components in parts by weight: 24 parts of epoxy resin, 12 parts of organic silicon resin, 7 parts of inositol hexaphosphate, 1 part of fatty acid quaternary ammonium salt, 8 parts of nano kieselguhr, 5 parts of barium metasilicate, 4 parts of nano graphene, 3 parts of a defoaming agent and 7 parts of tung oil; the fatty acid quaternary ammonium salt and the defoaming agent are all the existing products which can be bought in the market.
As shown in fig. 6-15, the spraying device includes a base 20, an annular rail 24 is fixed on the base 20, and the annular rail 24 is fixed on the base 20 by means of bolts; a plurality of moving seats 22 are arranged on the annular rail 24, and the number of the moving seats 22 is four; the movable seat 22 is connected with a driving structure which can make the movable seat move back and forth, a placing frame 30 is fixed on the movable seat 22, and the placing frame 30 is fixed on the movable seat 22 in a bolt connection mode; the placing rack 30 is provided with a placing groove for placing a left armrest frame, a right armrest frame, a front cross beam, a backrest frame and a seat frame, the moving seat 22 is further provided with an auxiliary groove 22a, the cross section of the auxiliary groove 22a is circular, the moving seat 22 is further connected with a liquid discharge pipe 34, the liquid discharge pipe 34 is communicated with the auxiliary groove 22a, the liquid discharge pipe 34 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 33, and the base 20 is further sequentially provided with a feeding mechanism, a spraying mechanism, a drying mechanism and a discharging mechanism.
The driving structure comprises a gear ring 23, a driving motor 28 and a driving wheel 29, wherein the gear ring 23 is fixed on the annular rail 24, the gear ring 23 is fixed on the annular rail 24 in a bolt connection mode, and the gear ring 23 adopts the existing products which can be bought in the market; the driving motor 28 is fixed on the movable base 22, and the driving motor 28 is fixed on the movable base 22 in a bolt connection mode; the output shaft of the drive motor 28 is directed vertically downward, the drive wheel 29 is fixed to the end of the output shaft of the drive motor 28, and the drive wheel 29 is meshed with the ring gear 23.
The feeding mechanism comprises a first bottom plate 21 and a first manipulator 31, the first bottom plate 21 is fixed on the base 20, and the first bottom plate 21 is fixed on the base 20 in a welding mode; and the first base plate 21 is close to the annular rail 24, one end of the first manipulator 31 is connected with the first base plate 21, and the other end of the first manipulator 31 is provided with a first clamping jaw 32 for clamping materials.
The spraying mechanism comprises a second bottom plate 25, a first support 39, a lifting plate 70, a blocking cover 72, a conveying pipe 38, a conveying pump 37, a storage box 36 and a first liquid collecting box 35, wherein the second bottom plate 25 is fixed on the base 20, and the second bottom plate 25 is fixed on the base 20 in a welding mode; the second base plate 25 is close to the annular rail 24, the first support 39 is fixed on the second base plate 25, the lifting plate 70 is arranged on the first support 39, the lifting plate 70 is connected with a first moving structure capable of driving the lifting plate to move up and down, a main shaft 66 is vertically arranged on the lifting plate 70, the upper end of the main shaft 66 is connected with a power structure capable of driving the main shaft to rotate, the lower end of the main shaft 66 is connected with a blocking cover 72, the blocking cover 72 can abut against the moving base 22, a mounting ring 73 is fixed in the blocking cover 72, a plurality of spraying pipes 74 are fixed on the mounting ring 73, and the number of the spraying pipes 74 is eight; the spraying pipes 74 are vertically arranged, a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the side portions of the spraying pipes 74, and ten spraying holes are formed in the side portion of each spraying pipe 74; the spraying holes are inclined upwards, the lower end of the spraying pipe 74 is a closed end, the upper end of the spraying pipe 74 is communicated with one end of the conveying pipe 38 through the connecting pipe 71, the other end of the conveying pipe 38 is communicated with the material storage box 36, the material storage box 36 is fixed on the second base plate 25, the conveying pump 37 is arranged on the conveying pipe 38, the first liquid collecting box 35 is fixed on the second base plate 25, and the first liquid collecting box 35 can be located right below the liquid discharge pipe 34; and a material supplementing structure capable of supplementing material liquid into the material storage box 36 is also arranged on the second bottom plate 25.
The lower portion of the blocking cover 72 is connected with a plurality of rollers 75, and the number of the rollers 75 is twenty.
The moving structure I comprises a guide rod I40, a guide sleeve I41 and a push rod motor I42, the guide rod I40 is vertically fixed on a support I39, the guide sleeve I41 is arranged on the guide rod I40, the push rod motor I42 is fixed on the support I39, a push rod of the push rod motor I42 faces downwards vertically, the end portion of the push rod motor I42 is connected with the guide sleeve I41, and the lifting plate 70 is connected with the guide sleeve I41 through a connecting rod I43.
The power structure comprises a stepping motor 69, a driving gear 68 and a driven gear 67, wherein the stepping motor 69 is fixed on the lifting plate 70, and the stepping motor 69 is fixed on the lifting plate 70 in a bolt connection mode; the output shaft of the stepping motor 69 faces vertically upwards, the driving wheel 88 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the stepping motor 69, the driven wheel 90 is fixed at the upper end of the main shaft 66, and the driving wheel 88 is meshed with the driven wheel 90.

The blanking mechanism comprises a fourth bottom plate 27 and a second manipulator 92, the fourth bottom plate 27 is fixed on the base 20, and the fourth bottom plate 27 is fixed on the base 20 in a welding mode; and the fourth base plate 27 is close to the annular rail 24, one end of the second manipulator 92 is connected with the fourth base plate 27, and the other end of the second manipulator 92 is provided with a second clamping jaw 93 for clamping materials.
