When the fourth horizontal shaft rod rotates clockwise, the gear transmission mechanism drives the third horizontal shaft rod, the second clutch and the first horizontal shaft rod to drive the winding drum to rotate clockwise, so that a main fishing line is wound on the winding drum, and the main fishing line drives the fishhook to move upwards for a certain distance;
when the fourth horizontal shaft rod rotates anticlockwise, the gear transmission mechanism drives the third horizontal shaft rod, the second clutch and the first horizontal shaft rod to drive the winding drum to rotate anticlockwise, so that a main fishing line wound on the winding drum is released under the action of the settlement heavy hammer, and a fishhook on the main fishing line moves downwards for a certain distance;

3. The puffer fish fishing device of claim 2, wherein the two vertical limiting plates are parallel and the vertical limiting plate is perpendicular to the first horizontal shaft.
4. A puffer fish fishing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein one end of the catch channel is adjacent the crane carriage and the other end of the catch channel is adjacent the deck edge of a fishing boat.

The puffer fish fishing device of claim 1, wherein the gear transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear provided on the fourth horizontal shaft and a driven gear provided on the third horizontal shaft and engaged with the driving gear, and wherein an outer diameter of the driving gear is larger than an outer diameter of the driven gear.
6. A puffer fish fishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hooks are distributed sequentially along the length of the main fishing line.
7. The puffer fish fishing device of claim 1, wherein the output shaft of the drive motor is connected to the second horizontal shaft by a coupling.
