目前社会上设计生产的闸阀是一般的锻钢阀门,普遍存在不能适应更高的温度的缺点。
发明内容
本发明为解决普通阀门不耐高温的问题,发明一种带散热片的阀门。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高温闸阀,由阀体、闸板、阀杆、阀盖、手轮构成,其特殊之处是,在阀杆的外围,阀体和阀盖之间加装长颈中法兰,中法兰的外围装有多个散热片,中法兰下端与阀体联结接,上端与阀盖联结,阀盖的上部装有活节螺栓,阀杆的下端装有闸板,阀杆的上端装有阀杆螺母,阀杆螺母的外围装有手轮。
阀门关闭与起开时,转动手轮靠阀杆与螺母的配合,推拉闸板与阀体之间以楔子的作用而达到密封,使闸板沿阀体导轨上升或下降使阀门产生开关。阀体、阀盖、长颈中法兰遇高温时,中法兰外围的散热片向外散发热量。阀盖的松紧可以通过上面的活节螺栓调节。
本发明的技术技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种在高温环境使用的液体、气体阀门。

如图中所示,在阀杆3的外围,阀体1和阀盖6之间加装长颈中法兰,4,中法兰4的外围装有多个散热片5,中法兰4下端与阀体1联结接,上端与阀盖6由活节螺栓7连接,阀杆3的下端装有闸板2,阀杆3的上端装有阀杆螺母8,阀杆螺母8的外围装有手轮9。
阀门关闭与起开时,转动手轮9靠阀杆3与阀杆螺母8的配合,推拉闸板2与阀体1之间以楔子的作用而达到密封,使闸板2沿阀体1导轨上升或下降使阀门产生开关。阀体1、阀盖6、长颈中法兰4遇高温时,中法兰4外围的散热片5向外散发热量。
