本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种天然纤维高强度复合地板，自上而下依次包括（1）3mm厚侵润聚丙烯溶液无纺布隔音面层，（2）10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板，（3）0.1mm厚环氧树脂减震层，（4）10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板；木板层和面板层对水分吸收量小，降低了地板受潮发霉的几率；材料弹性模量得到显著提高，地板整体不易变形且隔音效果佳；多种材料协同工作，发挥材料自身优点，产品强度高。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种天然纤维高强度复合地板。
背景技术
强化复合木地板又名浸溃纸层压木质地板，它是在原木粉碎后，填加胶、防腐剂、添加剂，经热压机高温高压压制处理而成，强度高、规格统一、耐磨系数高、防腐、防蛀而且装饰效果好，且无需上漆打蜡，使用范围广、易打理，是最适合现代家庭生活节奏的地面材料。
但随着人们对居住环境品质的要求越来越高，对地板的隔音性、美观性及强度提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，增强复合地板的隔音性、美观性及强度，本发明提出一种天然纤维高强度复合地板。
技术方案
1.一种天然纤维高强度复合地板，自上而下依次包括（1）3mm厚侵润聚丙烯溶液无纺布隔音面层，（2）10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板，（3）0.1mm厚环氧树脂减震层，（4）10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板。
2.所述的（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）结构层通过（5）耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1.木板层和面板层对水分吸收量小，降低了地板受潮发霉的几率。
2.材料弹性模量得到显著提高，地板整体不易变形且隔音效果佳。
3.多种材料协同工作，发挥材料自身优点，产品强度高。

2.所述的（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）结构层通过（5）耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。

图中附图标记的含义：（1）—3mm厚侵润聚丙烯溶液无纺布隔音面层，（2）—10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板，（3）—0.1mm厚环氧树脂减震层，（4）—10mm厚亚麻纤维胶合板，（5）—耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维高强度复合地板，其特征在于，所述的（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）结构层通过（5）耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
