本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种双面无机抗裂保温板，自上而下依次包括（1）15厚1:4水泥砂浆内掺聚苯颗粒，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）60厚发泡水泥保温板发泡率大于30%，（4）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（5）15厚1:4水泥砂浆内掺聚苯颗粒；刚柔并济，双重保护，双面水泥砂浆面层保护，且兼具保温功能；减少构造型式的构造层次，节约工期和成本；多种材料协同工作，各层次间有效粘结，减少开裂。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种双面无机抗裂保温板。
背景技术
目前我国所有城镇新建建筑均严格执行建筑节能设计标准，外墙保温系统是一项很重要的保温措施，常用的保温材料有无机保温材料和有机保温材料之分，有机保温材料属于高效保温产品，但易燃；无机保温材料保温效果较前者差，但防火效果好，透气性高，耐候性好。 目前通过无机玻化微珠保温砂浆直接制作的无机保温板材，强度较低、易折、板材周边易破碎。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明提出一种双面无机抗裂保温板。
技术方案
一种双面无机抗裂保温板，自上而下依次包括（1）15厚1:4水泥砂浆内掺聚苯颗粒，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）60厚发泡水泥保温板发泡率大于30%，（4）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（5）15厚1:4水泥砂浆内掺聚苯颗粒。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1.刚柔并济，双重保护，双面水泥砂浆面层保护，且兼具保温功能。
2.减少构造型式的构造层次，节约工期和成本。
3.多种材料协同工作，各层次间有效粘结，减少开裂。
