技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染料技术领域,特别是涉及一种消防安全类织物印染工艺。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,多为植物果实、树液等植物提取物,也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物。
目前市场上的荧光类织物很少,在一些消防安全的领域,我们常常需要采用该类面料,这就导致了荧光类面料的紧缺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种消防安全类织物印染工艺,生产成本低廉,着色后由较好的稳定性,着色工艺简单,主要用于棉质类的纺织着色,染色后的视觉效果好,颜色种类丰富,能够用于各种消防安全类织物的印染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种消防安全类织物印染工艺,按重量份数计,其原料组分包括:聚酰胺树脂35~85份、酞菁染料25~65份、润湿分散剂12~60份、光稳定剂12~36份和抗氧剂5~15份,所述酞菁染料为四磺基金属酞菁染料、磺化酞菁染料、锌酞菁染料中的一种或多种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述润湿分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸镁或
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸脂或二苯甲酮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧剂为双硫醚或四季戊四醇酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述原料组分的重量份数如下:聚酰胺树脂50~85份、酞菁染料35~65份、润湿分散剂40~50份、光稳定剂18~30份和抗氧剂8~12份。在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述原料组分的重量份数如下:聚酰胺树脂50~85份、酞菁染料35~65份、润湿分散剂40~50份、光稳定剂18~30份和抗氧剂8~12份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明消防安全类织物印染工艺生产成本低廉,着色后由较好的稳定性,着色工艺简单,主要用于棉质类的纺织着色,染色后的视觉效果好,颜色种类丰富,能够用于各种消防安全类织物的印染。

所述润湿分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸镁或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸脂或二苯甲酮,所述抗氧剂为双硫醚或四季戊四醇酯。
所述原料组分的重量份数如下:聚酰胺树脂50~85份、酞菁染料35~65份、润湿分散剂40~50份、光稳定剂18~30份和抗氧剂8~12份。

一种消防安全类织物印染工艺,所述原料组分的重量份数如下:聚酰胺树脂85份、酞菁染料65份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50份、水杨酸脂30份和四季戊四醇酯12份。
本发明消防安全类织物印染工艺的有益效果是:
生产成本低廉,着色后由较好的稳定性,着色工艺简单,主要用于棉质类的纺织着色,染色后的视觉效果好,颜色种类丰富,能够用于各种消防安全类织物的印染。

3.根据权利要求1所述的消防安全类织物印染工艺,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸脂或二苯甲酮。
