本发明公开了一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液60‑85份,植物染料提取物20~25份,荧光染料15‑20份,分散剂5‑10份,光稳定剂10‑14份,消泡剂5‑10份,去离子水80‑90份。本发明提供的染色后色泽稳定,不易变色,成本低廉;加入大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料,可使织物在黑暗环境下具备荧光效果,可供消防、环卫行业使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种荧光纺织染料,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,多为植物果实、树液等植物提取物,也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物;分为天然染料和合成染料,市面上多为合成染料。
目前市场上的荧光类织物很少,在一些消防安全的领域,我们常常需要采用该类面料,这就导致了应该面料的紧缺。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种荧光纺织染料。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液 60-85份,
植物染料提取物 20~25份,
荧光染料15-20份,
分散剂 5-10份,
光稳定剂 10-14份,
消泡剂 5-10份,
去离子水 80-90份。
进一步地,所述荧光染料为大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料。
进一步地,所述植物染料提取物为槐花提取物、栀子提取物、姜黄提取物中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述分散剂为聚酯树脂。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
进一步地,还包括防腐剂 1~3份。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为丙酸钠。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种荧光纺织染料,染色后色泽稳定,不易变色,成本低廉;加入大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料,可使织物在黑暗环境下具备荧光效果,可供消防、环卫行业使用。

一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液 60份,
粉末状槐花提取物 20份,
大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料 15份,
聚酯树脂 5份,
光稳定剂 10份,
有机硅类消泡剂 5份,
丙酸钠防腐剂 1份,
去离子水 80份。
实施例2
一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液 70份,
粉末状栀子提取物 22份,
大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料 17份,
聚酯树脂 7份,
光稳定剂 11份,
有机硅类消泡剂 6份,
丙酸钠防腐剂 1份,
去离子水 83份。
实施例3
一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液 75份,
粉末状槐花提取物与姜黄提取物的混合物 23份,
大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料 18份,
聚酯树脂 8份,
光稳定剂 13份,
有机硅类消泡剂 8份,
丙酸钠防腐剂 3份,
去离子水 85份。
实施例4
一种荧光纺织染料,包括如下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液 85份,
粉末状姜黄提取物 25份,
大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料 20份,
聚酯树脂 10份,
光稳定剂 14份,
有机硅类消泡剂 10份,
丙酸钠防腐剂 3份,
去离子水 90份。

丙烯酸乳液 60-85份,
植物染料提取物 20~25份,
荧光染料15-20份,
分散剂 5-10份,
光稳定剂 10-14份,
消泡剂 5-10份,
去离子水 80-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:所述荧光染料为大分子半花菁阳离子荧光染料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:所述植物染料提取物为槐花提取物、栀子提取物、姜黄提取物中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚酯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:还包括防腐剂 1~3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织染料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为丙酸钠。
