Detailed Description
The following further describes particular embodiments of the present invention to facilitate further understanding of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and does not constitute a limitation to the right thereof.
Example 1, a turn-up cut loop pile double-sided weft knitting method, in which at least four yarns are introduced from a yarn guide, one yarn is a ground yarn for knitting a ground fabric, one yarn is a pile yarn for knitting pile loops, one yarn is a face yarn for knitting a turn-up cover fabric, and the last yarn is a connecting yarn for connecting the ground fabric and the turn-up cover fabric;
the knitting method comprises the following steps:
knitting the old base fabric coil into a new base fabric coil by introducing base yarns, and simultaneously, tightly binding the looped pile yarns with the old base fabric coil after pulling the looped pile yarns into looped piles, thereby finishing the steps of knitting the base fabric into loops and forming the looped piles;
knitting the old face yarn coil into a new face yarn coil by introducing the face yarn to finish the one-time knitting and looping step of the reverse covering fabric;
leading in connecting yarns, and enabling the connecting yarns, the knitted base fabric loops and the reverse-covered fabric loops to be positioned in corresponding needle hooks at the same time to finish the step of knitting and connecting the base fabric and the reverse-covered fabric;
cutting the terry to form fluff, pushing away the separated fluff, and introducing bottom yarns again to bind and knit the bottom fabric coils and the connecting yarns together to form new bottom fabric coils so as to finish the steps of cutting the bottom fabrics and knitting the bottom fabrics;
a secondary looping and knitting step of the turn-up shell fabric by using the secondary draft yarn to bind and knit the surface yarn coil and the connecting yarn together into a new surface yarn coil;
the knitting method forms a complete weaving and knitting cycle by the five steps, and the double-sided weft knitting and knitting method of the turn-over cut loop pile can be realized by repeating the cycle on a circular knitting machine.
Example 2, according to the reverse-covered cut loop pile double-sided weft knitting method described in example 1, the base fabric knitting loop formation and loop formation steps are specifically performed as follows:
a needle-knife integrated latch needle (hereinafter referred to as latch needle) positioned on the lower needle cylinder rises 13mm-18mm to the highest point under the action of a needle jack cam, and an old base fabric coil moves to a needle rod from the inside of a needle hook to prepare for latch needle loop withdrawal; and simultaneously, the long hook needle butts on the lower needle cylinder ascend 7mm-11mm to the highest point under the interaction of the needle butts and the cam angles to prepare for crocheting wool loop yarns.
At the beginning of the looping process, the sinker is pushed to the center of the needle cylinder by 5mm, and the throat holds the sinker loop of the old base fabric coil to prevent the loop-withdrawing fabric from rising along with the latch needle. Meanwhile, under the action of a hook pressing mountain angle, the long hook needle descends, in the process of relative movement with the yarn guide, new terry yarn led out from the yarn guide is input into the hook, and when the long hook continuously descends to 5mm-15mm, the long hook pulls terry into terry of 5mm-15 mm.
Meanwhile, under the action of a needle pressing mountain angle, the latch needle descends and inputs bottom yarns led out from the yarn guide in the relative movement process of the yarn guide into the needle hook, and meanwhile, the pile loop yarns are positioned in the needle tongue, so that old base fabric loops and the pile loop yarns are separated on the inner side of the needle tongue together with the new loops to be formed to prepare for the new loops to penetrate through the old base fabric loops, the latch needle continues to descend, the old base fabric loops move upwards along the needle tongue to be sleeved outside the needle tongue, the descending of the latch needle enables the needle hook to contact with the new bottom yarns, and the latch needle starts to gradually bend and continues into the old base fabric loops. At which point the sinker has moved to the outboard position. The nose of the sinker leaves the latch needle, thus not preventing the new yarn from being bent and looped.
The latch needle further descends to ensure that the old base fabric coil is separated from the needle head and descends to a new coil which is being subjected to yarn bending, and finally the latch needle descends to the lowest position to form a new base fabric coil which is tightly bound with the looped pile yarn in a certain size; thus completing the knitting of the base fabric and the terry.
Example 3, according to the double-sided weft knitting method of the turned-over cut loop pile described in example 1 or 2, the specific operation manner of the one-time knitting and looping step of the turned-over shell fabric is as follows:
the butts of the needles on the upper dial are pushed out by 10-13mm under the action of the corners, and the old face yarn coil is moved to the needle bar from the inside of the hook. At the moment, the knitting needle retreats under the interaction of the cam and the needle butt, and in the relative motion process with the yarn guide, the new yarn is led out from the yarn guide and is input into the knitting needle hook, so that the old face yarn coil and the new face yarn coil to be formed are separated on the inner side of the latch to prepare for the new face yarn coil to pass through the old face yarn coil. The knitting needle continuously retreats, the old face yarn coil moves upwards along the latch and is sleeved outside the latch, the retreating of the knitting needle enables the new face yarn to gradually bend and continue until the old face yarn coil falls off from the needle head, and the new face yarn coil is sleeved on the new face yarn coil which is bent to form a new face yarn coil with a certain size, namely, the one-time knitting and looping of the turn-up fabric is completed.
Example 4, according to the reverse-covered cut loop pile double-sided weft knitting method described in example 1 or 3, the base fabric and the reverse-covered fabric are knitted and connected in the following specific operation manner:
under the action of the upper and lower needle jack cam, the upper knitting needle on the upper dial and the upper latch needle on the lower needle cylinder extend by 7mm, and the latch needle rises by 11mm to prepare for hooking and connecting yarns. The upper knitting needle and the latch needle move inwards and downwards in a gradually coordinated manner under the action of the needle pressing cam respectively, and new connecting yarns are led out from the yarn guide and are simultaneously input into the needle hooks of the upper knitting needle and the latch needle in the process of relative movement with the yarn guide. The upper knitting needle and the latch needle continue to retreat and descend, and the needle hooks are respectively retreated and descended to the cylinder mouth of the lower needle cylinder and the needle hooks of the upper needle cylinder to be flush with each other so as to complete the knitting connection of the base fabric and the turn-over fabric.
Example 5, according to the reverse-covered cut loop pile double-sided weft knitting method of the example 1 or 4, the steps of base fabric cutting and base fabric knitting are specifically operated as follows:
the long crochet needle positioned in the lower needle cylinder hooks 5mm-15mm long terry at the moment, and the long crochet needles inserted at two sides of the latch needle are descended by 1mm-2mm under the action of the lower hook mountain angle, and the terry is tensioned to prepare for cutting the terry. At the moment, the latch needle on the lower needle cylinder is upwards erected by 15-18mm under the action of the needle pushing-up mountain angle, the sinker is erected by 5mm towards the center of the needle cylinder in the lifting process of the latch needle, and the sinker throat is used for holding the sinker loop of the old coil to prevent the loop withdrawing fabric from rising along with the latch needle. The base fabric loops and the connecting yarns are moved to the needle bar from the inside of the needle hook, and when the latch needle rises to a certain height, the cutting edge just cuts off the loop thread between the two long hook needles. Meanwhile, the sinker is pushed into the cylinder by 10mm, after the latch needle finishes cutting hair, the sinker begins to descend under the action of a needle pressing mountain angle, the throat is utilized to clamp the hair formed by the freshly cut loops, and the hair is pushed into the cylinder in the cloth descending direction so as to prevent the latch needle from knitting the hair into the base cloth when the base cloth is knitted again by the latch needle. The latch needle continues to descend, and a new bottom yarn is led out from the yarn guide and is input into a needle hook of the latch needle in the process of relative movement with the yarn guide. The base fabric loop and the connecting yarn are thus separated together with the new base fabric loop to be formed on the inner side of the latch in preparation for the new base fabric loop to pass through the base fabric loop. The latch needle continues to descend, the base fabric coil and the connecting yarns move upwards along the latch and are sleeved outside the latch, and the descending of the latch needle enables the needle hook to contact with the new base fabric yarn, starts to gradually bend and continues to the bottom of the wiring coil. At this point the sinker has moved to the outside position and the nose leaves the latch needle, thus not interfering with the looping of the new ground thread. The latch needle descends further to make the base fabric loop fall off from the needle head and be sleeved on a new base fabric loop which is undergoing yarn bending. And finally, the latch needle is lowered to the lowest position to form a new loop which has a certain size and is tightly bound with the connecting yarn, and the base fabric knitting is completed once.
Example 6, according to the double-sided weft knitting method of the turned-over cut loop pile described in example 1 or 5, the secondary looping and knitting step of the turned-over shell fabric is specifically performed as follows:
the butts of the needles on the upper dial are pushed out by 10-13mm under the action of the corners, and the face yarn loops and the connecting yarns are moved to the needle bar from the inside of the hook. At this time, the knitting needle retreats under the interaction of the cam and the needle butt, and a new face yarn is led out from the yarn guide and is input into the knitting needle hook in the relative motion process with the yarn guide, so that the face yarn coil and the connecting yarn are separated together with the new face yarn coil to be formed on the inner side of the latch to prepare for the new face yarn coil to pass through the face yarn coil. The knitting needle continuously retreats, the face yarn coil and the connecting yarns move upwards along the latch and are sleeved outside the latch, the retreating of the knitting needle enables the new face yarn to gradually bend and continue until the face yarn coil falls off from the needle head, and the new face yarn coil is sleeved on the new face yarn coil which is conducting bending to form a new face yarn coil which is tightly bound with the connecting yarns in a certain size, and then the secondary looping knitting of the turn-over fabric is completed.
