Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for updating terminal contact information according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a management server in communication connection with a user server corresponding to the terminal, and includes steps S10 to S40.
Step S10, receiving a unique identifier sent by the user server when the user server determines that the terminal display interface is displayed as a contact page; the unique identifier consists of an identity corresponding to the contact person and operator information of an operator corresponding to the contact person number of the contact person;
in this embodiment, each contact number of the user corresponds to one user server, and all the user servers are in communication connection with the management server. The management server can own the contact information of all operators and can keep the real-time update of the contact information through the communication with each user server and each operator server in time. The management server may be a server dedicated to the update storage of the contact information, or may be a collection of all operator servers.
It should be noted that the contact number may refer to a landline number, a mobile phone number, a small number provided by a virtual carrier, or the like, and the mobile phone number is taken as an example for illustration. When a mobile phone number of a user is registered, an operator firstly confirms whether the user is previously registered according to user information, if the user is not registered, a related identity is generated according to the user information, such as identity card information, a business license number, a social credit code and passport information, then the identity and the mobile phone number are sent to a management server, and the management server generates a corresponding unique identifier according to a data storage rule. Or, consistent data storage rules may be set for all the user servers, and the user servers generate corresponding unique identifiers according to the consistent data storage rules and then send the unique identifiers to the management server for storage. And when the user servers of other contacts are started and the mobile phone numbers of the users are stored in the terminals of other contacts, the management server sends the unique identifier to the user servers of other contacts for storage.
After the management server shares the unique identifier to the user server corresponding to the terminal in which the contact number is stored, the unique identifier and the contact number in the user server are not actively updated, but the management server still receives the update information of the operator in real time, and the situation that the information is asymmetric exists, so that the user server can send the unique identifier of the contact to verify when the user server monitors that the terminal display interface is displayed as a contact page.
When generating the unique identifier, the data storage rule may be applied according to an identity and operator information of an operator, where the identity may be a mapping string corresponding to user information, for example, if the identity number is 12345, the identity is 12345 or sfzhm 12345. The operator information may include an operator identifier of the operator and a registration serial number of the contact number in the operator, where the operator identifier may be, for example, a corresponding chinese character, a pinyin abbreviation, or an english abbreviation of the operator. Taking a MOBILE company as an example, the operation identifier may be "MOBILE", "YIDONG", "YD", or "CHINA MOBILE", and so on. And the registration serial number of the contact number in the operator is related to the historical registration times of the user in the operator, and if the contact registers 2 cards in the operator, no matter whether the 2 cards are unregistered, the registration serial number of the contact number in the operator is 3 as long as the user registers the 3 rd card in the operator at this time. The unique identifier obtained by combining the identity and the operator information of the operator may be 12345YD3, which indicates that the user with the identity of 12345 registers a third card in the mobile company, or the construction order or the construction rule of the unique identifier may be exchanged with reference to the above example.
Step S20, judging whether the identity is matched with a preset standard identity; if yes, go to step S30;
since the management server stores a large amount of user information, the identity of the contact person needs to be determined first, that is, the identity is matched with the preset standard identity formed by the identities of all users. When the identity is not matched with the preset standard identity, the unique identifier of the contact is not stored in the management server, and a contact information updating failure instruction can be sent to the terminal; otherwise, when the identity identification is successfully matched, the identity identification indicates that the identity of the contact is confirmed, and the unique identifier of the corresponding contact can be found in the management server.
Optionally, before the step S20, it may be further determined whether the user server has information access rights of the contact; when the user server has the information access right of the contact person, executing step S20; and when the user server does not have the information access right of the contact person, sending a contact person information updating failure instruction to the terminal through the user server. The method for setting the information access authority of the contact person can be that the contact person logs in a user server through a terminal to carry out synchronous setting, so that the effect of rejecting access of part of user information is achieved, the information of the contact person is prevented from being excessively disclosed, and the privacy of the contact person is ensured.
Step S30, comparing the real-time operator information corresponding to the matched preset standard identity with the operator information to determine whether the contact information is changed; if yes, go to step S40;
it should be noted that, since the information in the management server is real-time, the information is updated in real time according to the information change of the operator. If the contact number is updated, for example, the contact number is replaced and the contact number is newly added, the operator information in the unique identifier is also updated in the management server in real time, so that after the identity matching is completed, the real-time operator information corresponding to the matched preset standard identity can be directly matched with the operator information to determine whether the contact information is changed.
Whether the contact information is changed is roughly divided into four types, namely, the contact number is changed by the contact person, the operator corresponding to the contact number is changed, the operator corresponding to the contact number is not changed when the contact number is changed by the contact person, the operator of the contact number newly added by the contact person is different from the previous operator when the contact number is newly added by the contact person, and the contact number newly added by the contact person is the same as the previous operator.
And step S40, acquiring the changed information of the contact person, and sending the changed information to the terminal through the user server so that the terminal can update the contact person information according to the changed information.
After determining that the contact information is changed, all the contact information of the contact in the management server can be sent to the terminal again through the user server, or newly added or changed contact numbers and correspondingly changed or newly added operator information can be sent to the terminal after comparison, so that the terminal updates the contact information according to the changed information.
The embodiment receives the unique identifier sent by the user server when the terminal display interface is determined to be displayed as the contact page; the unique identifier consists of an identity corresponding to the contact person and operator information of an operator corresponding to the contact person number of the contact person; judging whether the identity is matched with a preset standard identity or not; when the identity identification is matched with the preset standard identity identification, comparing the matched real-time operator information corresponding to the preset standard identity identification with the operator information to determine whether the contact information is changed; and when the contact information is changed, obtaining the changed information of the contact, and sending the changed information to the terminal through the user server so that the terminal can update the contact information according to the changed information. Therefore, old operator information of the contact in the user server is compared with real-time operator information in the management server, changed latest contact information of the contact is found, the contact is updated at the user terminal, the user does not need to obtain contact information of the contact from other related contacts, and timely and quick replacement of the contact information is guaranteed, so that the method is simple and convenient. And because the updated contact information comes from the management server, the error in contact information acquisition is reduced, and the accuracy is high.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the operator information includes an operation identifier of the operator and a registration serial number of the contact number in the corresponding operator, and the real-time operator information includes a standard registration serial number of the contact number that is currently latest in the contact and is respectively registered in the corresponding operator and a standard operation identifier of the corresponding operator.
Referring to fig. 2, a detailed flowchart of step S30 in the method for updating terminal contact information according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the step S30 includes:
step S31, determining whether the standard operation identifier includes the operation identifier; when the standard operation identifier does not comprise the operation identifier, determining that the contact information is changed, wherein the changed contact information is a contact number and an operator corresponding to the contact number; if yes, go to step S32;
in this embodiment, steps S31 to S32 are all detailed steps of step S30, which gives a specific execution method when the contact number is changed for the contact, and also distinguishes whether the operator corresponding to the contact number is changed.
When the operation identifiers are compared, if the standard operation identifier does not include the operation identifier, the operation identifier indicates that the contact cancels the previous contact number and is put into a new operator, so that the operation identifier is not in the standard operation identifier. For example, the user originally has a number of a mobile company, and the operation identifier is YD, when the user sells the original number, a new number is set up in the unicom company, and the operation identifier is LT, then when comparing the operation identifiers at this time, YD is the operation identifier, and LT is an updated standard operation identifier.
Step S32, judging whether the registration serial number matches with the standard registration serial number of the operator where the operation identification is located; when the registration serial number is not matched with the standard registration serial number of the operator where the operation identifier is located, determining that the contact information has a change, wherein the contact information with the change is a contact number.
If the standard operation identifier includes the operation identifier, the operation identifier indicates that the operator of the contact number has not changed at least, and whether the contact number is replaced by the contact can be further determined through the registration serial number of the contact number in the operator.
Because the registration serial number of the contact number is related to the historical registration times of the contact number in the operator, once the contact applies for replacing a new contact number of the same operator, the registration serial number is inconsistent with the standard registration serial number. The operation identification and the registration serial number are respectively compared with the corresponding standard operation identification and the standard registration serial number, so that the change type of the contact number is distinguished, and the subsequent update of the changed contact information is favorably executed according to the change type.
Optionally, before step S32, when the standard operation identifier includes the operation identifier, determining whether another operation identifier except the operation identifier is included in the standard operation identifier;
if yes, determining that the contact information is changed, and the changed contact information is a contact newly added number and an operator corresponding to the contact newly added number, and proceeding to execute step S32;
if not, the process continues to step S32.
The change of the contact number not only changes the contact number, but also adds the contact number, wherein the contact number is the same as that of the previous operator, and the contact number is different from that of the previous operator.
The proposal is that the elimination confirmation is carried out after the standard operation identification is determined to comprise the operation identification, and when the contact number of the same operator is added, the added operation identification is the same as the previous operation identification; on the contrary, if the contact numbers of different operators are added, the added operation identification is different from the previous operation identification, so that whether the contact numbers different from the previous operators are added can be determined by finding other operation identifications except the operation identification in the standard operation identification, and the change types of the contact numbers are further confirmed.
Optionally, the step S32 includes:
and judging whether the standard registration serial number of the operator of the operation identifier comprises the registration serial number or not, and when the standard registration serial number of the operator of the operation identifier comprises the registration serial number, determining that the registration serial number is matched with the standard registration serial number of the operator of the operation identifier.
When matching the registration sequence number with the standard registration sequence number, the determination may be made according to whether there is an inclusion relationship. When the standard registration serial number of the operator where the operation identifier is located includes the registration serial number, it may be further determined whether the contact person has a contact person number that is the same as that of the previous operator by determining whether the standard registration serial number of the operator where the operation identifier is located includes other registration serial numbers other than the registration serial number. Namely, when the standard registration serial number of the operator where the operation identifier is located comprises other registration serial numbers except the registration serial number, determining that the contact information has a change, wherein the changed contact information is a new contact number.
Regardless of whether the user sells the old contact number or not, as long as the user adds a new number, the registration serial number corresponding to the operator is promoted, so that under the condition that the original contact way is not sold, the change types of the contact number can be further determined by utilizing all standard registration serial numbers of the operator where the operation identifier is located, and the subsequent rapid update of the contact information is facilitated.
Optionally, in other embodiments, the changed information includes a contact number or a contact addition number; the step S40 is followed by:
acquiring the number package service condition and the number state of the contact after the contact information is updated; the number package service condition and the number state can be obtained from a user server of the contact by the management server, or can be directly obtained from an operator according to the updated contact number. Then sending the number package service condition and the number state to the terminal through the user server so that the terminal can display the number package service condition and the number state on the contact page;
the service condition of the number package comprises at least one of the residual quantity of the flow of the contact number, the residual quantity of the voice call of the contact number and the residual quantity of the short message of the contact number. The display of the number package service condition can help the user to make reference to the prior contact information of the contact person, for example, if the user sees that the residual value of the number flow of the contact person is not enough, the user can preferentially carry out voice communication.
Furthermore, whether the contact number is in a WiFi state or not can be displayed, and users can conveniently select instant messaging chat modes such as WeChat and QQ.
The number state can include an internet access state, a power-off state, a busy state, a no-service state, a no-connection state and the like, wherein the busy state is acquired from a situation mode setting corresponding to the contact terminal through a user server, and when the situation mode of the contact terminal is set to be a mute mode, a vibration mode or a conference mode, the number state is set to be busy, so that a terminal user sees that the contact is currently in the busy state on a contact page, the connection of a telephone or a video voice is possibly inconvenient, the interface is visual and humanized.
When the number state is a power-off state, a no-service state or a no-connection state, displaying the updated contact number or the new contact number by the contact page, wherein the new contact number cannot be connected;
when the number state is a busy state, the contact page displays the updated contact number or the newly added contact number in a busy state;
when the number state is in the call, the contact page displays the updated contact number or the newly added contact number in the call;
and when the number state is in the internet, displaying the updated contact number or the newly added contact number in the internet by the contact page.
The management server may send the number status in real time, and may share the number package service condition in real time or at short intervals, for example, 10 minutes. According to the scheme, the number package service condition and the number state of the contact number are sent from the management server, so that the user can be helped to refer to the time when contacting the contact, and the interface display is humanized.
Optionally, in another embodiment, after the step S40, the method further includes:
acquiring the tag sharing information and the dialing priority set by the contact; and sending the tag sharing information and the dialing priority to the terminal through the user server so that the terminal can set the dialing sequence of the corresponding contact according to the dialing priority and display the tag sharing information of the contact on the contact page.
The tag sharing information may include information that the contact sets through the terminal and wants to share to the user, such as a WiFi password, a company mailing address, a company position, and/or an industry tag, such as a programmer, software development, insurance management, a product manager, and the like. The sharing of the WiFi password can be further combined with the geographical position of the user terminal, and the user terminal is sent to the terminal of the user through the user server only when the user terminal is located at the position corresponding to the WiFi password and pushed to the user by the terminal. In addition, the geographical location area where the contact is located can be displayed, and when the geographical location area where the contact is located is greatly different from the location area where the user terminal is located, for example, the geographical location area is not in the same country, a reminding message can be sent to the user, so that the user can conveniently consider the contact time and the contact way. Through the display of the tag sharing information, the functions of the contact pages are expanded and updated, and convenience is provided for users.
When the changed information comprises the newly added number of the contact person, which is equivalent to that two or more contact person numbers are displayed on the contact person page, the dialing priority set by the contact person can be acquired, and a user can conveniently refer to and select when dialing a plurality of numbers of one contact person.
Optionally, after the contact information is updated, the updated contact information may be sent to the financial service server through a terminal or a management server, the financial service transaction mechanism may be, for example, a bank or a security company, and after the information is received by the financial service server, the information registered by the contact at the transaction mechanism is modified according to the contact information, so that a user does not need to actively go to the financial service transaction mechanism to change a number, and the operation is convenient.
