本发明涉及到连接器领域,一种车载以太网连接器,包括外罩、端子、屏蔽件和ESD壳;外罩呈桶状;端子插设在外罩底部;屏蔽件插设在外罩内壁上;ESD壳套装在外罩外周;外罩包括U型防护件;U型防护件设置在外罩内部,包括若干柱状体;柱状体并排相接排列在端子外周;且包围在端子外周的若干柱状体横截面呈U型;有益效果:由若干柱状体组成的U型防护件,围蔽在端子周围,更全面的起到防止意外误触的作用,提升了该连接器的稳定性和安全性;屏蔽件插设在柱状体中,可更好围蔽端子周围,有利于进一步发挥屏蔽作用;U型防护件由塑胶制成可更好起到防尘,防水、绝缘及防误触的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及连接器领域,特别是一种车载以太网连接器。
背景技术
以太网作为现今局域网中最通用的通信协议标准被广泛应用,具有技术成熟、高度标准化、带宽高以及低成本等优势。随着车载电子系统的日益精密,汽车具备了自动驾驶、摄像头和信息娱乐系统等功能,车载以太网也成为将这些功能融合在一起的最佳选择。
随着车载以太网不同的计算单元和不同的域之间彼此通信的需求越来越强,车载电子也变得日益复杂,这直接导致了对车载以太网连接器的安全性、稳定性、传输速率等要求日益提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种车载以太网连接器技术方案,其通过优化连接器结构,提升连接器的安全性、稳定性和传输速率等性能。
具体的,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种车载以太网连接器,包括外罩、端子、屏蔽件和ESD壳;
外罩呈桶状;
端子插设在外罩底部;
屏蔽件插设在外罩内壁上;
ESD壳套装在外罩外周;
外罩包括U型防护件;
U型防护件设置在外罩内部,包括若干柱状体;
柱状体并排相接排列在端子外周;且包围在端子外周的若干柱状体横截面呈U型。
优选的,屏蔽件插设在柱状体中。
优选的,U型防护件的柱状体由塑胶制成。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
相对于已披露的技术方案,本技术方案采用由若干柱状体组成的U型防护件,围蔽在端子周围,更全面的起到防止意外误触的作用,提升了该连接器的稳定性和安全性。
进一步,屏蔽件插设在柱状体中,可更好围蔽端子周围,有利于进一步发挥屏蔽作用。
进一步,U型防护件由塑胶制成可更好起到防尘,防水、绝缘及防误触的功能。

下面结合附图1和2以及具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
一种车载以太网连接器,如附图1所示,包括外罩1、端子2、屏蔽件3和ESD壳4;
外罩1呈桶状;
端子2插设在外罩1底部;
屏蔽件3插设在外罩1内壁上;
ESD壳4套装在外罩1外周;
如附图2所示,外罩1包括U型防护件11;
U型防护件11设置在外罩1内部,包括若干柱状体;
柱状体并排相接排列在端子2外周;且包围在端子2外周的若干柱状体横截面呈U型;
屏蔽件3插设在柱状体中。
U型防护件11的柱状体由塑胶制成。
由技术常识可知,本技术方案可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

1.一种车载以太网连接器,包括外罩、端子、屏蔽件和ESD壳;
所述外罩呈桶状;
所述端子插设在外罩底部;
所述屏蔽件插设在外罩内壁上;
所述ESD壳套装在外罩外周;
其特征在于:所述外罩包括U型防护件;
所述U型防护件设置在外罩内部,包括若干柱状体;
所述柱状体并排相接排列在端子外周;且包围在端子外周的若干柱状体横截面呈U型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车载以太网连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽件插设在所述柱状体中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车载以太网连接器,其特征在于:所述U型防护件的柱状体由塑胶制成。
