Abstract

本发明公开了一种新风回风混合系统,包括室内空间,室内空间的顶部设有吊顶,吊顶上设有回风口;室内空间的底部设有地板层,地板层上设有出风口,出风口上设有送风机构;吊顶上方连接有回风处理系统,地板层下方设有新风处理系统;回风处理系统包括依次连接的回风机、热回收装置和室外排风阀;新风处理系统包括依次连接的室外新风阀、混合箱、空调器和送风机,室外新风阀和混合箱之间设置热回收装置。本发明实现新风和回风混合后集中处理,送风的同时承担室内的显热负荷和潜热负荷,还通过热回收装置将回风处理系统的热回收利用,在有效地改善室内空气品质的同时减少不必要的能源消耗,从而降低投资成本和热交换负荷,节能环保。

新风回风混合系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化系统,特别是一种新风回风混合系统。
背景技术
随着工业化进程的推进和人们生活水平的提高,环境问题尤其是空气质量问题日益引起人们的关注。同时由于空气质量的持续恶化,空气品质受到广泛关注,人们长时间处于的室内空气质量更是重中之重。而在诸多污染物中可吸入颗粒物对人体健康伤害巨大,控制室内空气可吸入颗粒物浓度处于安全水平具有重大意义。
目前很多办公场所或商场等场所中均需要使用中央空调系统,其使用的集中式中央空调系统送入室内的空气由两部分组成。其一是直接从室外引入的空气称之为新风,其中对新风的热湿处理会造成能源消耗。其二是原本存在于室内的空气称之为回风,其中回风循环会造成气体污染物的持续积累。目前的新型空调系统片面追求送风质量,将诸多净化手段和净化设备结合起来使用,忽略了对回风的合理利用,这大大提高了设备投资成本、风机运转负荷和热交换器负荷,增加了运行维护的难度和投入,不够经济节能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种新风回风混合系统。本发明将回风和新风系统有效结合,能合理利用,从而降低投资成本和热交换负荷,节能环保。
本发明的技术方案:新风回风混合系统,包括室内空间,室内空间的顶部设有吊顶,吊顶上设有回风口;室内空间的底部设有地板层,地板层上设有出风口,出风口上设有送风机构;吊顶上方连接有回风处理系统,地板层下方设有新风处理系统;回风处理系统包括依次连接的回风机、热回收装置和室外排风阀;新风处理系统包括依次连接的室外新风阀、混合箱、空调器和送风机,室外新风阀和混合箱之间设置热回收装置;所述空调器的出水口连接有集水器,集水器经冷冻水泵连接有热交换器,热交换器连接有分水器,分水器连接至空调器的进水口;所述热交换器经管路连接有冷却塔,冷却塔经冷却水泵连接至热交换器;所述送风机构包括设置在出风口的局部风机,局部风机连接有辐射板,辐射板上侧部设有散流器;所述回风机的出口经回风管道连接至混合箱,回风管道上设有回风阀。
前述的新风回风混合系统中,所述混合箱包括混合箱体,混合箱体内依次设有混合腔体、一级过滤层、一级静电过滤单元、臭氧分解层、二级过滤层和二级静电过滤单元;所述混合箱体连接回风阀和室外新风阀。
前述的新风回风混合系统中,所述一级过滤层是活性炭过滤层;所述二级过滤层是褶皱状无纺布过滤层。
前述的新风回风混合系统中,所述散流器的风速控制在1m/s-1.5 m/s。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过回风处理系统、新风处理系统与室内空间有效结合,实现新风和回风混合后集中处理,送风的同时承担室内的显热负荷和潜热负荷,还通过热回收装置将回风处理系统的热回收利用,在有效地改善室内空气品质的同时减少不必要的能源消耗,从而降低投资成本和热交换负荷,节能环保。本发明通过特定结构的混合箱,处理混合后空气,不仅提升空气质量,还能减少设备,降低成本。
本发明不仅满足了人们日益增长的室内空气品质和生活舒适度的要求,同时当新风污染严重从而提高回风量减少新风量时可大大减小空调器的工作负荷,降低了制冷(热)的电能消耗节约能源。
本发明通过特定结构的送风机构与回风处理系统结合,能保证空气流畅,提高空气净化效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。新风回风混合系统,构成如图1所示,包括室内空间1,室内空间1的顶部设有吊顶2,吊顶2上设有回风口3;室内空间1的底部设有地板层4,地板层4上设有出风口5,出风口5上设有送风机构;吊顶2上方连接有回风处理系统,地板层4下方设有新风处理系统;回风处理系统包括依次连接的回风机101、热回收装置102和室外排风阀103;新风处理系统包括依次连接的室外新风阀201、混合箱202、空调器203和送风机204,室外新风阀201和混合箱202之间设置热回收装置102;所述空调器203的出水口连接有集水器210,集水器204经冷冻水泵205连接有热交换器206,热交换器206连接有分水器207,分水器207连接至空调器的进水口;所述热交换器206经管路连接有冷却塔208,冷却塔208经冷却水泵209连接至热交换器206;所述送风机构包括设置在出风口5的局部风机301,局部风机301连接有辐射板302,辐射板302上侧部设有散流器303;所述回风机101的出口经回风管道104连接至混合箱202,回风管道104上设有回风阀105。
构成如图2所示,所述混合箱202包括混合箱体217,混合箱体217内依次设有混合腔体211、一级过滤层212、一级静电过滤单元213、臭氧分解层214、二级过滤层215和二级静电过滤单元216;所述混合箱体210连接回风阀105和室外新风阀201。
所述一级过滤层212是活性炭过滤层;所述二级过滤层215是褶皱状无纺布过滤层。
所述散流器303的风速控制在1m/s-1.5 m/s。
本发明地板层送出,既能满足调节的需求,同时还可以承担整个空间不均匀的负荷。本发明可以提高风速加强空气对流,带走身上更多的热量,效果较为理想。
所述的送风风机可采用可变风机。
本发明通过回风处理系统、新风处理系统与室内空间有效结合,实现新风和回风混合后集中处理,送风的同时承担室内的显热负荷和潜热负荷,还通过热回收装置将回风处理系统的热回收利用,在有效地改善室内空气品质的同时减少不必要的能源消耗,从而降低投资成本和热交换负荷,节能环保。本发明通过特定结构的混合箱,处理混合后空气,不仅提升空气质量,还能减少设备,降低成本。
本发明不仅满足了人们日益增长的室内空气品质和生活舒适度的要求,同时当新风污染严重从而提高回风量减少新风量时可大大减小空调器的工作负荷,降低了制冷(热)的电能消耗节约能源。
本发明通过特定结构的送风机构与回风处理系统结合,能保证空气流畅,提高空气净化效果。

1.新风回风混合系统,其特征在于:包括室内空间(1),室内空间(1)的顶部设有吊顶(2),吊顶(2)上设有回风口(3);室内空间(1)的底部设有地板层(4),地板层(4)上设有出风口(5),出风口(5)上设有送风机构;吊顶(2)上方连接有回风处理系统,地板层(4)下方设有新风处理系统;回风处理系统包括依次连接的回风机(101)、热回收装置(102)和室外排风阀(103);新风处理系统包括依次连接的室外新风阀(201)、混合箱(202)、空调器(203)和送风机(204),室外新风阀(201)和混合箱(202)之间设置热回收装置(102);所述空调器(203)的出水口连接有集水器(210),集水器(204)经冷冻水泵(205)连接有热交换器(206),热交换器(206)连接有分水器(207),分水器(207)连接至空调器的进水口;所述热交换器(206)经管路连接有冷却塔(208),冷却塔(208)经冷却水泵(209)连接至热交换器(206);所述送风机构包括设置在出风口(5)的局部风机(301),局部风机(301)连接有辐射板(302),辐射板(302)上侧部设有散流器(303);所述回风机(101)的出口经回风管道(104)连接至混合箱(202),回风管道(104)上设有回风阀(105)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新风回风混合系统,其特征在于:所述混合箱(202)包括混合箱体(217),混合箱体(217)内依次设有混合腔体(211)、一级过滤层(212)、一级静电过滤单元(213)、臭氧分解层(214)、二级过滤层(215)和二级静电过滤单元(216);所述混合箱体(210)连接回风阀(105)和室外新风阀(201)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新风回风混合系统,其特征在于:所述一级过滤层(212)是活性炭过滤层;所述二级过滤层(215)是褶皱状无纺布过滤层。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的新风回风混合系统,其特征在于:所述散流器(303)的风速控制在1m/s-1.5 m/s。
