The humidifier of claim 1, wherein: the fog guide plate (6) at the outer edge of the lower guide surface (7) is provided with a water blocking convex edge (10) protruding upwards, and the horizontal height at the upper end of the water blocking convex edge (10) is higher than the horizontal height of the outlet of the fog outlet (4).

The humidifier of claim 4, wherein: the inner peripheral wall of the water retaining convex edge (10) is an inclined surface which gradually inclines outwards from bottom to top, and the joint of the inner peripheral wall of the water retaining convex edge (10) and the lower guide surface (7) is in arc transition.
6. The humidifier of claim 1, wherein: the upper guide surface (5) is in a concave circular arc shape.

The humidifier of claim 1, wherein: at least one drain hole (11) is formed in the bottom low-lying position of the cavity (2), the body (1) comprises a working water tank (9), the working water tank (9) is located below the cavity (2), and the drain hole (11) is communicated with the working water tank (9).
8. The humidifier of claim 1, wherein: the inlet aperture of the fog outlet (4) is larger than the outlet aperture of the fog outlet (4).
9. The humidifier of claim 1, wherein: the plurality of fog outlet holes (4) are formed, and the plurality of fog outlet holes (4) are circumferentially distributed at intervals on the side wall of the cavity (2).
10. An air conditioner, characterized in that: comprising a floor-type indoor unit (22) and the humidifier according to any one of claims 1-9, said humidifier being arranged on top of the floor-type indoor unit (22).
11. An air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein: the side wall of the cavity (2) is divided into a perforated section (24) and a non-perforated section (25), and the mist outlet holes (4) are arranged on the perforated section (24).
12. An air conditioner according to claim 11, wherein: the circumferential length of the non-porous section (25) accounts for 1/4-3/4 of the circumferential length of the side wall of the whole cavity (2).
