本发明属于汽车部件技术领域,涉及一种汽车盘式制动器。
背景技术
盘式制动器摩擦副中的旋转元件是以端面工作的金属圆盘,称为制动盘。摩擦元件从两侧夹紧制动盘而产生制动。固定元件则有多种结构形式,大体上可将盘式制动器分为钳盘式和全盘式两类。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车盘式制动器,其结构简洁合理,便于装配,运行稳定、使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车盘式制动器,包括制动钳壳体、制动块背板、摩擦衬块、支架、制动盘、导向杆、密封圈、活塞、衬套;
所述制动盘的一端设于制动钳壳体内腔;
所述制动钳壳体内腔设有制动块背板、摩擦衬块;所述摩擦衬块设于制动盘的两侧,所述摩擦衬块的外侧贴合连接制动块背板;
所述支架设于制动钳壳体之上;
所述支架上还垂直设有导向杆;
所述导向杆上套设有衬套,所述衬套的外侧套设有制动钳壳体;
所述支架和制动钳壳体之间还设有活塞,活塞的外壁套设有密封圈。
优选的,所述活塞为三元乙丙橡胶材料。
所述导向杆为两处,分别设于支架的上下两处。
所述摩擦衬块的上端还设有凸台,凸台固设于制动块背板之上;所述凸台厚度小于摩擦衬块厚度。

所述制动钳壳体1内腔设有制动块背板2、摩擦衬块3;所述摩擦衬块3设于制动盘5的两侧,所述摩擦衬块3的外侧贴合连接制动块背板2;
所述支架4设于制动钳壳体1之上;
所述支架4上还垂直设有导向杆6;
所述导向杆6上套设有衬套9,所述衬套9的外侧套设有制动钳壳体1;
所述支架4和制动钳壳体1之间还设有活塞8,活塞8的外壁套设有密封圈7。
优选的,所述活塞8为三元乙丙橡胶材料。
所述导向杆6为两处,分别设于支架4的上下两处。
所述摩擦衬块3的上端还设有凸台10,凸台10固设于制动块背板2之上;所述凸台10厚度小于摩擦衬块3厚度。

所述制动钳壳体内腔设有制动块背板、摩擦衬块;所述摩擦衬块设于制动盘的两侧,所述摩擦衬块的外侧贴合连接制动块背板;
所述支架设于制动钳壳体之上;
所述支架上还垂直设有导向杆;
所述导向杆上套设有衬套,所述衬套的外侧套设有制动钳壳体;
所述导向杆为两处,分别设于支架的上下两处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述摩擦衬块的上端还设有凸台,凸台固设于制动块背板之上;所述凸台厚度小于摩擦衬块厚度。
