本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种吸音复合板，包括铝基板、泡沫板、吸音布，所述的铝基板上设有泡沫板，泡沫板的下部面与铝基板粘合连接，泡沫板的上部面与吸音布粘合连接，吸音布上设有装饰图案。
所述的吸音布和泡沫板上设有均布的吸音孔。
本发明的有益效果：由于设有泡沫板和吸音布，吸音布和泡沫板上设有均布的吸音孔，使该复合板具有了吸音功能。由于设有铝基板使该复合板具有平整的强度，这样更便于作为墙面和顶面进行固定安装。吸音布上设有装饰图案，上述几部分的结合使吸音板重量轻，不仅具有吸音功能，还具有特殊质感，装饰性强。
