By providing the limit stop 152, the plug board 142 can be accurately in a state of being withdrawn to be separated from the external mounting seat and not withdrawn from the second jack. That is, the limit stop 152 may also serve as a limit stop for the position where the board 142 is withdrawn. The plug board 142 can be always positioned in the second insertion hole, and the moving process of the plug board 142 is more stable when the rotating wheel 13 is rotated.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in one embodiment, the limit base 15 further includes a first guide block 153 and a second guide block 154 connected to the limit stop 152, and the first guide block 153 and the second guide block 154 are respectively located at two sides of the screw rod 141, and form a guide space matched with the plug board 142 with the limit stop 152. The first guide block 153 and the second guide block 154 guide the board 142, so that the moving process of the board 142 is more reliable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in another embodiment, a ventilation assembly 10 with a detachable lead screw nut structure is provided, which includes an external mounting seat and the ventilation panel assembly described above, the external mounting seat is a mounting plate 12 matched with the ventilation panel 11, a mounting position for mounting the ventilation panel 11 is provided on the mounting plate 12, a first slot or a first jack is provided on the mounting plate 12, when the lead screw unit 14 is extended, the lead screw unit 14 is inserted into the first slot or the first jack, and when the lead screw unit 14 is retracted, the lead screw unit 14 is retracted out of the first slot or the first jack.
The above-mentioned scheme provides a lead screw nut detachable construction's ventilation subassembly 10, mainly through the lead screw nut structure realizes ventilation panel 11 is in the detachable connection on mounting panel 12. When it is desired to detach the ventilation panel 11 from the mounting plate 12, the rotating wheel 13 is rotated so that the screw unit 14 engaged therewith moves rearward with respect to the first slot or first receptacle, and out of the first slot or first receptacle so that the ventilation panel 11 can be detached from the mounting plate 12. When it is necessary to mount the ventilation panel 11 on the mounting plate 12, the ventilation panel 11 is placed in the mounting position, and then the rotating wheel 13 is rotated so that the screw unit 14 is moved forward with respect to the first slot or the first insertion hole, and is inserted into the first slot or the first insertion hole so that the ventilation panel 11 is coupled with the mounting plate 12. The detachable process of the ventilation panel 11 on the mounting plate 12 can be realized only by rotating the rotating wheel 13, so that the situation that the ventilation panel 11 falls off from the mounting plate 12 due to misoperation in the use process is effectively avoided, and the use safety of the ventilation assembly 10 with the screw-nut detachable structure is improved. And the transmission reliability based on the screw-nut structure is higher, the service life is longer, the detachable process is realized by adopting the transmission process of the screw-nut structure, and the service performance of the ventilation assembly 10 of the screw-nut detachable structure is improved as a whole.
In the above embodiments, the external mounting base is a mounting plate 12 matching with the ventilation panel 11, and the ventilation panel assembly is mounted on an external mechanism such as a ceiling through the mounting plate 12. Alternatively, the ventilation panel assembly in the foregoing embodiment may be directly mounted on the ceiling, that is, the ceiling is provided with a fitting hole matched with the ventilation panel 11, and the ventilation panel 11 is detachably mounted in the fitting hole by a screw nut structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, a fixed plug 114 is disposed at one side edge of the ventilation panel 11, the lead screw nut structure is located at the other side edge of the ventilation panel 11, one end of the fixed plug 114 is connected with the edge of the ventilation panel 11, and the other end of the fixed plug 114 extends outwards and can be lapped on the mounting plate 12.
During use, the fixed plug 114 is firstly lapped on the mounting plate 12, so that one side of the ventilation panel 11 is firstly lapped on the mounting plate 12, then the other side of the ventilation panel 11 is pushed to be level with the mounting plate 12, and then the rotating wheel 13 is rotated to enable the screw rod unit 14 to extend out, so that connection between the ventilation panel 11 and the mounting plate 12 is realized.
Alternatively, the connection between the ventilation panel 11 and the mounting plate 12 may be achieved by arranging the screw-nut structures around the ventilation panel 11, and by screw units 14 extending around.
In another embodiment, a ceiling fan is provided, which includes the ventilation assembly 10 with the detachable lead screw nut structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the ventilation panel 11 is a grille, the mounting plate 12 is a panel for mounting the grille, and the mounting position is a mounting through hole on the panel for matching with the grille.
The ventilation assembly 10 of the screw-nut detachable mechanism provided by the scheme is adopted by the ceiling machine, so that the detachable connection between the grille and the panel is more reliable, the condition that the grille falls off from the panel due to misoperation in the use process is effectively avoided, and the use safety is improved.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a second jack is provided on the grid at a position corresponding to the first slot or the first jack, and when the screw unit 14 is extended, the screw unit 14 can be sequentially inserted into the second jack and the first slot or the first jack.
When the peripheral of the ventilation panel 11 is provided with the fence plate 113 as in the previous embodiment, a second insertion hole is provided in the fence plate 113 for the screw unit 14 to pass through. When the screw unit 14 is extended, the screw unit 14 can be sequentially inserted into the second insertion hole and the first insertion hole or the first insertion hole.
Also, in particular, when the board 142 includes the first board 1421 and the second board 1422, it is possible to play a role of prompting the operator that the second board 1422 has been inserted into the first slot or the first jack by the abutment of the first board 1421 with the board provided with the fence.
In one embodiment, when the board 142 includes the first board 1421 and the second board 1422, and the limit base 15 includes the limit stop 152, the first board 1421 moves between the limit stop 152 and a component provided with the second board. When the grille is mounted on the panel, whether the second plugboard 1422 is inserted into or withdrawn from the first slot or the first jack cannot be visually observed from the front, and the limiting effect through the limiting stop 152 and the fence plate 113 is better achieved.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (11)

1. The ventilation panel assembly is characterized by comprising a ventilation panel, wherein a rotating wheel and a screw rod unit which are matched with each other are arranged on the ventilation panel to form a screw rod nut structure, when the rotating wheel rotates, the screw rod unit can be driven to move relative to the ventilation panel, when the screw rod unit extends out to be connected with an external installation seat, the ventilation panel can be connected with the external installation seat through the screw rod unit, and when the screw rod unit retracts, the ventilation panel can be separated from the external installation seat;
the screw rod unit is positioned at the back of the ventilation panel, the rotating wheel is provided with a through threaded hole, the screw rod of the screw rod unit is installed in the threaded hole in a matched mode, the ventilation panel is provided with a limiting through hole, the rotating wheel is inserted into the limiting through hole, and the outer edge of the rotating wheel protrudes to the front of the ventilation panel;
the ventilation panel comprises a ventilation hole, the back of the ventilation panel is provided with a limit base, the limit base comprises a connection backboard, the connection backboard and the rotating wheel are oppositely arranged, a limit through hole is formed between the connection backboard and the side wall of the ventilation hole, the rotating wheel is inserted into the limit through hole, the rotating wheel protrudes to the front of the ventilation panel through the limit through hole, a through hole is formed in the connection backboard, and a screw rod matched with the rotating wheel is inserted into the through hole.
2. The ventilation panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the screw unit further comprises a tab connected to the screw, the tab being connected to a protruding end of the screw, the tab being extendable to connect with an external mount.

The ventilation panel assembly according to claim 2, wherein the back of the ventilation panel is provided with a clamping position at which the screw nut structure is arranged, the screw is parallel to the clamping position, the plug board comprises a first plug board and a second plug board which are connected with each other, the first plug board and the second plug board are arranged at an included angle, the screw is connected with the first plug board, the second plug board can be attached to the clamping position, and the second plug board can extend out to be connected with the external installation seat.

The ventilation panel assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first insert plate is provided with a through hole through which the screw rod passes, the protruding end of the screw rod is provided with a limiting block and a fixing buckle, the limiting block and the fixing buckle are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the screw rod, a side surface of the first insert plate opposite to the rotating wheel can be abutted to the limiting block, the fixing buckle is detachably connected to the screw rod, and the first insert plate can be limited between the limiting block and the fixing buckle.

The vent panel assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the limiting through hole is an auxiliary hole bored in the vent panel at a position corresponding to the rotary wheel, the rotary wheel is inserted in the auxiliary hole, and an outer edge of the rotary wheel protrudes to a front surface of the vent panel through the auxiliary hole.

The vent panel assembly of claim 2, wherein the limit mount further comprises a limit stop disposed opposite the connection back plate, the limit stop being located on a side of the connection back plate adjacent the lead screw projecting end, the limit stop being provided with a relief opening through which the lead screw passes, the tab retracting out of engagement with the external mount when the tab abuts the limit stop adjacent the end of the rotatable wheel.

The vent panel assembly of claim 6, wherein the limit base further comprises a first guide block and a second guide block connected to the limit stop, the first guide block and the second guide block being located on two sides of the screw rod, respectively, and forming a guide space with the limit stop that matches the plug board.
8. The ventilation assembly of the screw-nut detachable structure is characterized by comprising an external installation seat and the ventilation panel assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the external installation seat is an installation plate matched with the ventilation panel, an installation position for installing the ventilation panel is arranged on the installation plate, a first slot or a first jack is arranged on the installation plate, when the screw rod unit stretches out, the screw rod unit is inserted into the first slot or the first jack, and when the screw rod unit stretches back, the screw rod unit withdraws from the first slot or the first jack.
9. The vent assembly of claim 8, wherein a side edge of the vent panel is provided with a securing plug, the lead screw nut structure is positioned on the other side edge of the vent panel, one end of the securing plug is connected to the edge of the vent panel, and the other end of the securing plug extends outwardly to overlap the mounting plate.

A ceiling machine, characterized by comprising the ventilation assembly of the screw nut detachable structure of claim 8 or 9, wherein the ventilation panel is a grille, the mounting plate is a panel for mounting the grille, and the mounting position is a mounting through hole matched with the grille on the panel.

The ceiling fan according to claim 10, wherein a second insertion hole is provided at a position of the grill corresponding to the first insertion hole or the first insertion hole, and when the screw unit is extended, the screw unit can be sequentially inserted into the second insertion hole and the first insertion hole or the first insertion hole.
