Abstract
本发明公开了一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，属于建筑工程技术领域，其特点是，它包括两两相邻的若干块幕墙面板，每两相邻幕墙面板之间固定卡接有密封胶条，所述幕墙面板内侧设置有保温层。本发明结构简单，稳固性好，所采用的保温层具有良好的保温、隔热、阻燃效果，整体强度高，不容易弯曲变形，使用寿命长。应用本发明可以有效解决开放式石材幕墙的防水及保温的问题，实用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域，涉及开放式石材幕墙技术，尤其涉及一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构。
背景技术
幕墙是建筑的外墙围护，不承重，像幕布一样挂上去，故又称为“帷幕墙”，是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体，幕墙一般由面板和支承结构体系组成的，可相对主体结构有一定位移能力或自身有一定变形能力、不承担主体结构所作用的建筑外围护结构或装饰性结构。开放式幕墙就是面板与面板之间不打胶，这样的幕墙通常是只要求装饰作用，或者在面板后做防水的结构。这种幕墙具有自洁的功能。目前，现有技术中的开放式石材幕墙连接结构比较单一，稳定性差，而且防水、防火、隔热效果差，导致其使用寿命短，因此，有待进一步改进。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中存在的开放式石材幕墙防水、防火、隔热效果差及使用寿命短的问题，本发明提供一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，有效解决上述缺陷。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下：
本发明一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特点是，它包括两两相邻的若干块幕墙面板，每两相邻幕墙面板之间固定卡接有密封胶条，所述幕墙面板内侧设置有保温层。
作为技术方案的进一步改进，所述保温层由外向内依次包括防火层、阻燃层、保温棉层和支撑层。
作为技术方案的进一步改进，所述防火层包括防火网，所述防火网表面涂设有防火涂料。
作为技术方案的进一步改进，所述防火层通过粘接剂粘接阻燃层。
作为技术方案的进一步改进，所述阻燃层由有机阻燃聚合物和无机阻燃材料组成。
应用时，先在需要安装开放式幕墙的墙体上设置好保温层及幕墙支撑体系，然后按次序在幕墙支撑体系上安装幕墙面板，每相邻两块幕墙面板之间固定卡接密封胶条进行防水。
相对于现有技术，本发明一种开放式石材幕墙连接结构具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明结构简单，稳固性好，而且还具有优异的阻燃、隔热、防水效果，使用寿命长。
2、本发明采用的保温层具有良好的保温、隔热、阻燃效果，整体强度高，不容易弯曲变形，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示，本发明一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特点是，它包括两两相邻的若干块幕墙面板1，每两相邻幕墙面板1之间固定卡接有密封胶条2，设置密封胶条2能够起到有效防水的效果，所述幕墙面板1内侧设置有保温层，以提高开放式石材幕墙整体的保温性能。
本实施例中，所述的保温层由外向内依次包括防火层3、阻燃层4、保温棉层5和支撑层6；所述的防火层3采用防火网，并在防火网的表面涂设有防火涂料；所述防火层3通过粘接剂粘接阻燃层4，该所述阻燃层4由有机阻燃聚合物和无机阻燃材料组成；本实施中保温层所采用的防火层3、阻燃层4、保温层5和支撑层6具有良好的保温、隔热和阻燃交果，整体强度高，不容易弯曲变形，进而增加所述开放式石材幕墙的使用寿命。
应用时，如图1所示，先在需安装开放式石材幕墙的墙体上设置好保温层及幕墙支撑体系，然后按次序在幕墙支撑体系上安装各幕墙面板1，幕墙面板1两两相邻，每相邻两块幕墙面板1之间固定卡接密封胶条2用于防水。本发明所述的开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其结构简单实用，稳固性好，同时还具有优异的阻燃、隔热及防水效果，使用寿命长，值得大量推广使用。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求所界定的保护范围为准。

1.一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特征是，它包括两两相邻的若干块幕墙面板(1)，每两相邻幕墙面板(1)之间固定卡接有密封胶条(2)，所述幕墙面板(1)内侧设置有保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特征是，所述保温层由外向内依次包括防火层(3)、阻燃层(4)、保温棉层(5)和支撑层(6)。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特征是，所述防火层(3)包括防火网，所述防火网表面涂设有防火涂料。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特征是，所述防火层(3)通过粘接剂粘接阻燃层(4)。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种开放式石材幕墙防水保温结构，其特征是，所述阻燃层(4)由有机阻燃聚合物和无机阻燃材料组成。
