本发明涉及墙纸领域,具体涉及一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸让家居及室内环境脱离单调白色开始变得富有个性和情趣,丰富多彩的墙纸在家居中已然不可或缺。随着人们对家居及室内生活环境要求的不断提高,墙纸局限于装饰的特性已不能满足人们需求的增加,装修不可能只考虑美观,安全、环保、健康显得更为重要。因此一些具有特殊功能的墙纸应运而生。
例如:中国专利CN102251441A公开了一种具有除臭功能的墙纸及其制备方法,包括地材以及功能层,所述功能层有聚氯乙烯作为主料,并辅以添加剂制成,所述添加剂包括除臭剂,除臭剂包括氧化锌、硫酸铝和含水硅酸盐中的一种或两种以上的混合物;可以应用到厨房、卫生间等区域,但是本发明聚氯乙烯存在耐老化能力差的缺点。
中国专利CN102979007B提供了一种多功能生态负离子粉墙纸,包括负离子层、胶黏剂层、基材层和墙面处理层,增加了负离子层,负离子具有较高的活性和很强的氧化还原作用,能够破坏细菌的细胞膜或原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌、杀菌的目的,并且可以吸附空气中的有害物质。
然而,现有的功能墙纸往往仅有单一的功能,不能满足人们需求的多样化,例如在室内环境中,人们要求墙纸除了美观外,既要有防火阻燃的安全性,又要净化空气的健康环保性,这种复合功能墙纸很少见。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,本发明制备方法中采用废纸为原料经过与其他物料混合加工制备成纸胎,具有良好的韧性、抗菌性和耐腐蚀性,同时将纸胎在防腐液浸渍后,提高了墙纸的耐腐蚀性和净化空气的的能力。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去除杂质的废纸加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,过150-200目筛,向其中加入清水搅拌混合均匀,至纸浆的含水量在3-5%,以300-500转/分钟的速度,搅拌浸泡3小时后,加入硫酸和乙二胺四乙酸,以800-1000转/分钟的速度搅拌混合,搅拌过程中,升温至60-80摄氏度,保持温度10-20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的浆液进行挤压,去除水分,控制水分含量在30-40%后,加入清水搅拌至含水量在5-7%,以400-600转/分钟的速度,搅拌混合20-30分钟后,再次挤压至含水量在30-40%,筛选,去除浆料中的杂质和硬块;
(3)对步骤(2)清洗后的纸浆进行加入相当于其重量1-1.5%的碱性漂白剂和相当于其重量15倍的水搅拌混合均匀,进行漂白,漂白温度40-50摄氏度,漂白1-2小时;
(4)向上述漂白浆料中加入纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉,以400-600转/分钟搅拌混合15-20分钟后,置入超声波机器中,超声分散,超声波功率20-30千瓦,超声分散时间40-50分钟,进行磨浆,磨浆转速为1300-1400转/分钟,磨浆时间20-30分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合浆料进行干燥,成粘稠状,然后进行热轧,采用双温双压区的热轧工艺进行纸页轧制,热轧完成后,将纸张在110-120摄氏度下烘干至纸张水分含量低于5%时,送入压光机,进行压光成型,即得纸胎;
(6)将玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷加入乙醇中,分散均匀后,加入水性环氧树脂乳液搅拌混合均匀,置入超声波分散仪中,超声分散20-30分钟,得防腐液;
(7)将纸胎置入步骤(6)制得防腐液中浸渍,取出,在110-120摄氏度下烘干,送入压光机中压光成型后,进行裁剪包装,即得所述环保耐腐蚀墙纸。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的硫酸添加量为0.6-1.2千克/吨纸,乙二胺四乙酸添加量为0.06-0.14千克/吨纸。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的碱性漂白剂为硫酸镁、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、双氧水和水按照质量比0.05:2:3:0.2:50:100混合组成。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:3-8:2-5:3-8:2-5:1-2:1-3。

(2)本发明制备方法中采用废纸为原料,降低了成本,充分利用了生活废弃物,节约了资源,减少了树木、竹子的过度砍伐,达到了生态环保的效果,同时将浆液挤压去除水分后,加入清水清洗再次挤压,去除废纸的杂质,保证成品的品性。
(3)本发明制备方法中纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉与浆料混合后制备成纸胎,纳米碳纤维、石墨烯、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维混合作用提高了墙纸的强度、抗拉伸性和耐腐蚀性,纳米二氧化钛增强材料致密性的同时,增强材料的抗紫外线能力,纳米负离子粉增强墙纸的抗菌能力和净化空气的能力。
(4)防腐液由玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙醇和水性环氧树脂乳液混合组成,纳米二氧化硅悬浮在溶液中,涂覆于纸胎表面增强材料表面的抗污防尘、耐老化和防火的功能,同时可以增强防腐层的致密性和粘附力,桉树油和玫瑰油具有保护墙纸仿佛的能力,同时可以净化空气,环氧树脂乳液具有良好的耐腐蚀和耐老化能力,同时具有良好的防水性能,可以增强墙纸的耐擦洗性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去除杂质的废纸加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,过150目筛,向其中加入清水搅拌混合均匀,至纸浆的含水量在3%,以300转/分钟的速度,搅拌浸泡3小时后,加入硫酸和乙二胺四乙酸,以800转/分钟的速度搅拌混合,搅拌过程中,升温至60摄氏度,保持温度10分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的浆液进行挤压,去除水分,控制水分含量在30%后,加入清水搅拌至含水量在5%,以400转/分钟的速度,搅拌混合20分钟后,再次挤压至含水量在30%,筛选,去除浆料中的杂质和硬块;
(3)对步骤(2)清洗后的纸浆进行加入相当于其重量1%的碱性漂白剂和相当于其重量15倍的水搅拌混合均匀,进行漂白,漂白温度40摄氏度,漂白1小时;
(4)向上述漂白浆料中加入纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉,以400转/分钟搅拌混合15分钟后,置入超声波机器中,超声分散,超声波功率20千瓦,超声分散时间40分钟,进行磨浆,磨浆转速为1300转/分钟,磨浆时间20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合浆料进行干燥,成粘稠状,然后进行热轧,采用双温双压区的热轧工艺进行纸页轧制,热轧完成后,将纸张在110摄氏度下烘干至纸张水分含量低于5%时,送入压光机,进行压光成型,即得纸胎;
(6)将玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷加入乙醇中,分散均匀后,加入水性环氧树脂乳液搅拌混合均匀,置入超声波分散仪中,超声分散20分钟,得防腐液;
(7)将纸胎置入步骤(6)制得防腐液中浸渍,取出,在110摄氏度下烘干,送入压光机中压光成型后,进行裁剪包装,即得所述环保耐腐蚀墙纸。
步骤(1)中的硫酸添加量为0.6千克/吨纸,乙二胺四乙酸添加量为0.06千克/吨纸。
步骤(3)中的碱性漂白剂为硫酸镁、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、双氧水和水按照质量比0.05:2:3:0.2:50:100混合组成。
步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:3:2:3:2:1:1。
防老化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯和苯并三唑类化合物按照质量比3:1混合组成。
步骤(5)中双温双压区的热轧工艺的参数为第一组热轧线压力为50千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为220摄氏度,轧速为10米/分钟;第二组热轧线压力100千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为180摄氏度,轧速为50米/分钟。
步骤(6)中的防腐液包括以下重量份计的原料:玫瑰精油2份、纳米二氧化硅3份、桉树油1份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1份、乙醇30份、水性环氧树脂乳液15份。
步骤(7)中的浸渍为在45摄氏度的条件下,浸渍50秒。
实施例2
一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去除杂质的废纸加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,过200目筛,向其中加入清水搅拌混合均匀,至纸浆的含水量在5%,以500转/分钟的速度,搅拌浸泡3小时后,加入硫酸和乙二胺四乙酸,以1000转/分钟的速度搅拌混合,搅拌过程中,升温至60-80摄氏度,保持温度20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的浆液进行挤压,去除水分,控制水分含量在40%后,加入清水搅拌至含水量在7%,以600转/分钟的速度,搅拌混合30分钟后,再次挤压至含水量在40%,筛选,去除浆料中的杂质和硬块;
(3)对步骤(2)清洗后的纸浆进行加入相当于其重量1.5%的碱性漂白剂和相当于其重量15倍的水搅拌混合均匀,进行漂白,漂白温度50摄氏度,漂白2小时;
(4)向上述漂白浆料中加入纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉,以600转/分钟搅拌混合20分钟后,置入超声波机器中,超声分散,超声波功率30千瓦,超声分散时间50分钟,进行磨浆,磨浆转速为1400转/分钟,磨浆时间30分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合浆料进行干燥,成粘稠状,然后进行热轧,采用双温双压区的热轧工艺进行纸页轧制,热轧完成后,将纸张在120摄氏度下烘干至纸张水分含量低于5%时,送入压光机,进行压光成型,即得纸胎;
(6)将玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷加入乙醇中,分散均匀后,加入水性环氧树脂乳液搅拌混合均匀,置入超声波分散仪中,超声分散30分钟,得防腐液;
(7)将纸胎置入步骤(6)制得防腐液中浸渍,取出,在120摄氏度下烘干,送入压光机中压光成型后,进行裁剪包装,即得所述环保耐腐蚀墙纸。
步骤(1)中的硫酸添加量为1.2千克/吨纸,乙二胺四乙酸添加量为0.14千克/吨纸。
步骤(3)中的碱性漂白剂为硫酸镁、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、双氧水和水按照质量比0.05:2:3:0.2:50:100混合组成。
步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:8:5:8:5:2:3。
防老化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯和苯并三唑类化合物按照质量比3:1混合组成。
步骤(5)中双温双压区的热轧工艺的参数为第一组热轧线压力为50千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为220摄氏度,轧速为10米/分钟;第二组热轧线压力100千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为180摄氏度,轧速为50米/分钟。
步骤(6)中的防腐液包括以下重量份计的原料:玫瑰精油5份、纳米二氧化硅8份、桉树油3份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3份、乙醇40份、水性环氧树脂乳液20份。
步骤(7)中的浸渍为在50摄氏度的条件下,浸渍100秒。
实施例3
一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去除杂质的废纸加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,过180目筛,向其中加入清水搅拌混合均匀,至纸浆的含水量在4%,以400转/分钟的速度,搅拌浸泡3小时后,加入硫酸和乙二胺四乙酸,以900转/分钟的速度搅拌混合,搅拌过程中,升温至68摄氏度,保持温度16分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的浆液进行挤压,去除水分,控制水分含量在36%后,加入清水搅拌至含水量在6%,以520转/分钟的速度,搅拌混合28分钟后,再次挤压至含水量在38%,筛选,去除浆料中的杂质和硬块;
(3)对步骤(2)清洗后的纸浆进行加入相当于其重量1.3%的碱性漂白剂和相当于其重量15倍的水搅拌混合均匀,进行漂白,漂白温度47摄氏度,漂白1.8小时;
(4)向上述漂白浆料中加入纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉,以500转/分钟搅拌混合18分钟后,置入超声波机器中,超声分散,超声波功率25千瓦,超声分散时间46分钟,进行磨浆,磨浆转速为1200转/分钟,磨浆时间27分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合浆料进行干燥,成粘稠状,然后进行热轧,采用双温双压区的热轧工艺进行纸页轧制,热轧完成后,将纸张在116摄氏度下烘干至纸张水分含量低于5%时,送入压光机,进行压光成型,即得纸胎;
(6)将玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷加入乙醇中,分散均匀后,加入水性环氧树脂乳液搅拌混合均匀,置入超声波分散仪中,超声分散27分钟,得防腐液;
(7)将纸胎置入步骤(6)制得防腐液中浸渍,取出,在117摄氏度下烘干,送入压光机中压光成型后,进行裁剪包装,即得所述环保耐腐蚀墙纸。
步骤(1)中的硫酸添加量为1千克/吨纸,乙二胺四乙酸添加量为0.12千克/吨纸。
步骤(3)中的碱性漂白剂为硫酸镁、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、双氧水和水按照质量比0.05:2:3:0.2:50:100混合组成。
步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:7:3.5:6:3:1.4:2。
防老化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯和苯并三唑类化合物按照质量比3:1混合组成。
步骤(5)中双温双压区的热轧工艺的参数为第一组热轧线压力为50千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为220摄氏度,轧速为10米/分钟;第二组热轧线压力100千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为180摄氏度,轧速为50米/分钟。
步骤(6)中的防腐液包括以下重量份计的原料:玫瑰精油3.5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、桉树油2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份、乙醇36份、水性环氧树脂乳液18份。
步骤(7)中的浸渍为在48摄氏度的条件下,浸渍85秒。
对比例1:除不浸渍防腐液外,其余原料和制备方法与实施例相同;
将实施例1-3制得的环保耐腐蚀墙纸和对比例1制得的墙纸进行性能测试,结果如下表:
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明制备方法中采用废纸为原料经过与其他物料混合加工制备成纸胎,具有良好的韧性、抗菌性和耐腐蚀性,同时将纸胎在防腐液浸渍后,提高了墙纸的耐腐蚀性和和净化空气的的能力。
(2)本发明制备方法中采用废纸为原料,降低了成本,充分利用了生活废弃物,节约了资源,减少了树木、竹子的过度砍伐,达到了生态环保的效果,同时将浆液挤压去除水分后,加入清水清洗再次挤压,去除废纸的杂质,保证成品的品性。
(3)本发明制备方法中纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉与浆料混合后制备成纸胎,纳米碳纤维、石墨烯、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维混合作用提高了墙纸的强度、抗拉伸性和耐腐蚀性,纳米二氧化钛增强材料致密性的同时,增强材料的抗紫外线能力,纳米负离子粉增强墙纸的抗菌能力和净化空气的能力。
(4)防腐液由玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙醇和水性环氧树脂乳液混合组成,纳米二氧化硅悬浮在溶液中,涂覆于纸胎表面增强材料表面的抗污防尘、耐老化和防火的功能,同时可以增强防腐层的致密性和粘附力,桉树油和玫瑰油具有保护墙纸仿佛的能力,同时可以净化空气,环氧树脂乳液具有良好的耐腐蚀和耐老化能力,同时具有良好的防水性能,可以增强墙纸的耐擦洗性。

Claims (10)
1.一种环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去除杂质的废纸加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,过150-200目筛,向其中加入清水搅拌混合均匀,至纸浆的含水量在3-5%,以300-500转/分钟的速度,搅拌浸泡3小时后,加入硫酸和乙二胺四乙酸,以800-1000转/分钟的速度搅拌混合,搅拌过程中,升温至60-80摄氏度,保持温度10-20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的浆液进行挤压,去除水分,控制水分含量在30-40%后,加入清水搅拌至含水量在5-7%,以400-600转/分钟的速度,搅拌混合20-30分钟后,再次挤压至含水量在30-40%,筛选,去除浆料中的杂质和硬块;
(3)对步骤(2)清洗后的纸浆进行加入相当于其重量1-1.5%的碱性漂白剂和相当于其重量15倍的水搅拌混合均匀,进行漂白,漂白温度40-50摄氏度,漂白1-2小时;
(4)向上述漂白浆料中加入纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉,以400-600转/分钟搅拌混合15-20分钟后,置入超声波机器中,超声分散,超声波功率20-30千瓦,超声分散时间40-50分钟,进行磨浆,磨浆转速为1300-1400转/分钟,磨浆时间20-30分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合浆料进行干燥,成粘稠状,然后进行热轧,采用双温双压区的热轧工艺进行纸页轧制,热轧完成后,将纸张在110-120摄氏度下烘干至纸张水分含量低于5%时,送入压光机,进行压光成型,即得纸胎;
(6)将玫瑰精油、纳米二氧化硅、桉树油和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷加入乙醇中,分散均匀后,加入水性环氧树脂乳液搅拌混合均匀,置入超声波分散仪中,超声分散20-30分钟,得防腐液;
(7)将纸胎置入步骤(6)制得防腐液中浸渍,取出,在110-120摄氏度下烘干,送入压光机中压光成型后,进行裁剪包装,即得所述环保耐腐蚀墙纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的硫酸添加量为0.6-1.2千克/吨纸,乙二胺四乙酸添加量为0.06-0.14千克/吨纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的碱性漂白剂为硫酸镁、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、双氧水和水按照质量比0.05:2:3:0.2:50:100混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:3-8:2-5:3-8:2-5:1-2:1-3。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中漂白浆料、纳米碳纤维、聚乙烯醇纳米纤维、纳米二氧化钛、石墨烯、防老化剂和纳米负离子粉质量比为100:7:3.5:6:3:1.4:2。
6.根据权利要求4所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防老化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯和苯并三唑类化合物按照质量比3:1混合组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中双温双压区的热轧工艺的参数为第一组热轧线压力为50千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为220摄氏度,轧速为10米/分钟;第二组热轧线压力100千克/厘米,轧辊表面温度为180摄氏度,轧速为50米/分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的防腐液包括以下重量份计的原料:玫瑰精油2-5份、纳米二氧化硅3-8份、桉树油1-3份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份、乙醇30-40份、水性环氧树脂乳液15-20份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的防腐液包括以下重量份计的原料:玫瑰精油3.5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、桉树油2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份、乙醇36份、水性环氧树脂乳液18份。
10.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐腐蚀墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中的浸渍为在45-50摄氏度的条件下,浸渍50-100秒。
