Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型生产简单的纺织面料的加工工艺,采用棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维、涤纶纤维混纺织造而成,制备过程中仅对亚麻纤维和竹纤维进行抗菌、负离子和抗起毛起球处理,减少了化学药剂,节省了成本,是一种环保、节能的新型面料生产工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺纱线,属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种环保型生产简单的纺织面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
传统的床上纺织品面料均为单一的原料制成,如采用单一的涤纶材料织成的面料,面料挺,手感粗糙、僵硬,如采用的单一的棉材料织成的则防皱性能差,布料不结实,现在市场上的涤纶床上纺织品纤维结构为圆柱形,易起球起毛、吸湿透气性差、抗菌性能差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种新型涤纶混纺床上纺织品面料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种环保型生产简单的纺织面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括预处理→混棉→开松清棉→梳棉→开松清棉→混纱→并条→粗纱→细纱→织布→织布→染色;其中将混纺织的纤维进行预处理;该纺织面料采用棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维、涤纶纤维混纺织造而成,所述棉纤维的重量百分比为15-26%,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为15-38%,竹纤维的重量百分比为50-65%,涤纶纤维的重量百分比为25-36%。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明针对传统的涤纶纤维的缺点,在 面料中加入了竹纤维、亚麻纤维和棉纤维;涤纶纤维可以增加混纺面料的抱合力,同时提升混纺纱线的悬垂性;竹纤维和亚麻纤维可以增强混纺纱线的吸湿透气性能、抗菌性能;通过对亚麻纤维和竹纤维的整理,达到了良好的服用及抗菌抑菌性能,同时本发明的制备方法节省原料、抗菌、负离子、抗起毛起球效果好。

一种环保型生产简单的纺织面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括预处理→混棉→开松清棉→梳棉→开松清棉→混纱→并条→粗纱→细纱→织布→织布→染色;其中将混纺织的纤维进行预处理;该纺织面料采用棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维、涤纶纤维混纺织造而成,所述棉纤维的重量百分比为15-26%,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为15-38%,竹纤维的重量百分比为50-65%,涤纶纤维的重量百分比为25-36%。
