本发明专利公开了一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,包括主体、矩形槽、阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱,所述主体的顶端安装有第一连接条,且第一连接条的内部均匀设置有凹槽,所述主体的底端安装有第二连接条,且第二连接条的底端均匀设置有与凹槽相互配合的凸块,所述第一连接条和第二连接条的一侧均设置有插槽,所述第一连接条和第二连接条的另一侧均设置有与插槽相互配合的插杆,所述主体内部的中间位置处均匀安装有矩形槽。本发明专利通过在蜂窝芯材和纤维之间均匀设置有张力加固层,且在张力加固层之间均匀设置有放置腔和连接粘合剂,提高了复合板的强度,便于延长复合板的使用寿命,从而使得复合板适用于各种高强度产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及建筑施工用技术领域,具体为一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,建筑业的不断发展,众所周知,蜂窝纸板的复合板是建筑施工中必不可少的建筑材料,因此蜂窝纸板的复合板的需求量日益增加,然而现有的复合板只能满足基本需求,但是复合板的内部结构简单,长期使用,复合板遭到外力撞击容易出现断裂的现象,而且现有的复合板尺寸固定,不能进行拼接,从而不能满足不同使用者的需求,当需要不同规格的复合板时需要裁剪,增加了投入成本,造成了浪费,同时现有的复合板不能很好地完成阻燃工作,从而给使用者带来了不必要的安全隐患,重要的是现有的复合板张力和强度不够,从而大大降低了复合板的使用寿命。
发明专利内容
本发明专利的目的在于提供一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明专利提供如下技术方案:一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,包括主体、矩形槽、阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱,所述主体的顶端安装有第一连接条,且第一连接条的内部均匀设置有凹槽,所述主体的底端安装有第二连接条,且第二连接条的底端均匀设置有与凹槽相互配合的凸块,所述第一连接条和第二连接条的一侧均设置有插槽,所述第一连接条和第二连接条的另一侧均设置有与插槽相互配合的插杆,所述主体内部的中间位置处均匀安装有矩形槽,且矩形槽内部的顶端和底端均安装有抗压球,所述抗压球的一端均安装有抵触块,所述矩形槽的外侧均设置有阻燃层,且阻燃层内部的中间位置处分别设置有阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱,所述阻燃层远离矩形槽的一侧均设置有纤维,所述主体的外侧均设置有蜂窝芯材,所述蜂窝芯材和纤维之间设置有张力加固层,且张力加固层的内部均匀固定有放置腔。
优选的,所述放置腔的内部均匀填充有连接粘合剂。
优选的,所述阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱相互缠绕排列。
优选的,所述抗压球的内部皆设置有复位弹簧。
优选的,所述阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱外侧的阻燃内部均匀设置有环保阻燃颗粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明专利的有益效果是:该带有蜂窝纸板的复合板通过在蜂窝芯材和纤维之间均匀设置有张力加固层,且在张力加固层之间均匀设置有放置腔和连接粘合剂,提高了复合板的强度,便于延长复合板的使用寿命,从而使得复合板适用于各种高强度产品,通过设置有矩形槽,且在矩形槽内部的顶端和底端均安装有抗压球和抵触块,使得复合板具有抗拉性,提高了复合板的韧性,增强了复合板结构的稳定性,通过设置有阻燃层,且阻燃层内部的阻燃晴纶单纱和阻燃涤纶单纱相互缠绕排列,有效地防止复合板在使用过程中燃烧,提高了复合板的安全性,避免给使用者带来安全隐患,通过在主体的顶端安装有第一连接条、第二连接条、凸块、凹槽、插杆和插槽,使得复合板在使用时便于拼接,满足不同使用者所需的不同规格复合板,从而使得复合板的应用范围广,具有实用性。

请参阅图1-2,本发明专利提供的一种实施例:一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,包括主体5、矩形槽7、阻燃晴纶单纱8和阻燃涤纶单纱10,主体5的顶端安装有第一连接条15,且第一连接条15的内部均匀设置有凹槽14,主体5的底端安装有第二连接条16,且第二连接条16的底端均匀设置有与凹槽14相互配合的凸块17,第一连接条15和第二连接条16的一侧均设置有插槽18,第一连接条15和第二连接条16的另一侧均设置有与插槽18相互配合的插杆13,主体5内部的中间位置处均匀安装有矩形槽7,且矩形槽7内部的顶端和底端均安装有抗压球9,抗压球9的内部皆设置有复位弹簧,提高了抗压球9内部的缓冲性,从而使得复合板具有更强的抗压性,抗压球9的一端均安装有抵触块11,矩形槽7的外侧均设置有阻燃层6,且阻燃层6内部的中间位置处分别设置有阻燃晴纶单纱8和阻燃涤纶单纱10,阻燃晴纶单纱8和阻燃涤纶单纱10相互缠绕排列,使得阻燃层内部结构更加稳定,阻燃晴纶单纱8和阻燃涤纶单纱10外侧的阻燃6内部均匀设置有环保阻燃颗粒,提高了复合板的阻燃工作,保证了复合板在使用时的安全性,阻燃层6远离矩形槽7的一侧均设置有纤维4,主体5的外侧均设置有蜂窝芯材1,蜂窝芯材1和纤维4之间设置有张力加固层3,且张力加固层3的内部均匀固定有放置腔2,放置腔2的内部均匀填充有连接粘合剂12,增加了复合板张力的强度。
工作原理:使用时,首先通过第一连接条15内部的凹槽14和第二连接条16底端的凸块17配合,对复合板进行上下拼接,之后通过插杆13和插槽18相互配合,对复合板进行左右拼接,从而满足不同使用者对复合板规格的需求,通过在主体5的中间位置处均匀设置矩形槽7,且在矩形槽7的内部皆安装有抗压球9和抵触块11,便于提高复合板的抗拉性和抗压性,同时通过设置阻燃层6,且在阻燃层6的内部设置阻燃晴纶单纱8和阻燃涤纶单纱10,有效地防止复合板在使用过程中出现燃烧的现象,提高了复合板的安全性,最后,通过在蜂窝芯材1和纤维4之间均匀设置有张力加固层3,且在张力加固层3之间均匀设置有放置腔2和连接粘合剂12,提高了复合板的强度,进而大大延长复合板的使用寿命。

1.一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,包括主体(5)、矩形槽(7)、阻燃晴纶单纱(8)和阻燃涤纶单纱(10),其特征在于:所述主体(5)的顶端安装有第一连接条(15),且第一连接条(15)的内部均匀设置有凹槽(14),所述主体(5)的底端安装有第二连接条(16),且第二连接条(16)的底端均匀设置有与凹槽(14)相互配合的凸块(17),所述第一连接条(15)和第二连接条(16)的一侧均设置有插槽(18),所述第一连接条(15)和第二连接条(16)的另一侧均设置有与插槽(18)相互配合的插杆(13),所述主体(5)内部的中间位置处均匀安装有矩形槽(7),且矩形槽(7)内部的顶端和底端均安装有抗压球(9),所述抗压球(9)的一端均安装有抵触块(11),所述矩形槽(7)的外侧均设置有阻燃层(6),且阻燃层(6)内部的中间位置处分别设置有阻燃晴纶单纱(8)和阻燃涤纶单纱(10),所述阻燃层(6)远离矩形槽(7)的一侧均设置有纤维(4),所述主体(5)的外侧均设置有蜂窝芯材(1),所述蜂窝芯材(1)和纤维(4)之间设置有张力加固层(3),且张力加固层(3)的内部均匀固定有放置腔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,其特征在于:所述放置腔(2)的内部均匀填充有连接粘合剂(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,其特征在于:所述阻燃晴纶单纱(8)和阻燃涤纶单纱(10)相互缠绕排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,其特征在于:所述抗压球(9)的内部皆设置有复位弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板,其特征在于:所述阻燃晴纶单纱(8)和阻燃涤纶单纱(10)外侧的阻燃(6)内部均匀设置有环保阻燃颗粒。
