Referring to fig. 1, the painting robot provided in this embodiment is provided with a control system, the control system is an industrial computer or a control system integrated by a single chip microcomputer, and the control system includes a liquid supply system control module, a liquid changing system control module, a branch pipe cleaning system control module and a robot arm system control module, which are respectively and correspondingly connected to the liquid supply system, the liquid changing system, the branch pipe cleaning system and the robot arm system.
The liquid supply system control module is connected with and controls the liquid supply system 1 to provide the conveying power of the paint/cleaning solvent, particularly the working state of the pressure pump 102; the liquid changing system control module is connected with and controls the liquid changing system 2, selects any liquid supply valve 2011 according to the spraying color or the cleaning task, controls the liquid supply valve to be communicated with the selection conduction part 202, and controls the pulse solvent control valve 2031 and the pulse air control valve 2033 to be opened or closed according to needs; the branch pipe cleaning system control module is connected with and controls the branch pipe cleaning system, and particularly controls the communication state and the pressure state of the branch pipe cleaning system 4 when the liquid supply branch pipe 104 is cleaned by controlling the opening or closing of the branch pipe cleaning control valve 401, the first pressure control valve 403 and the back pressure valve 407; the robot arm system control module controls the pressure, dosage and atomization state of the spraying operation by connecting and controlling the second pressure control valve 301, the paint metering pump 302 and the atomizer 303.
The paint spraying robot provided by the embodiment of the invention also comprises an operation display screen connected with the control system, wherein the operation display screen can be a display screen of an industrial notebook computer or other operation display equipment capable of inputting information and is used for inputting a control instruction and displaying the working state of the paint spraying robot, and the control instruction comprises a liquid supply system control instruction, a liquid changing system control instruction, a branch pipe cleaning system control instruction and a robot arm system control instruction which respectively act on the liquid supply system control module, the liquid changing system control module, the branch pipe cleaning system control module and the robot arm system control module.
The paint spraying robot provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the functions of selecting and cleaning different liquid supply branch pipes 104 (or liquid supply branch pipes 105 of other liquid supply modules) on the operation display screen by utilizing the control system and the operation display screen, and does not need to be plugged in and pulled out manually or connected with different pipelines on the paint spraying robot.
The paint spraying robot provided by the embodiment of the invention solves major technical problems through a novel design, the branch pipe cleaning system 4 and the electrical control are added on the existing equipment, the problems of poor paint spraying quality, equipment halt and potential safety hazards caused by paint slag deposition due to non-cyclic cleaning of the liquid supply branch pipe 104 are solved, and the paint spraying robot starts from the root of the problems, is ingenious in design, small in investment, low in reconstruction difficulty and high in yield, and can be generally suitable for the existing paint spraying robot equipment adopting circulation of the liquid supply main pipe 103.

Claims (9)

1. A paint spraying robot is characterized by comprising a liquid supply system for supplying paint or cleaning solvent, a robot arm system for spraying operation, a liquid changing system and a branch pipe cleaning system, wherein the liquid supply system comprises a plurality of liquid supply branch pipes, the paint supply branch pipes are connected with the liquid changing system, the liquid changing system is communicated with the robot arm system, and the liquid changing system is also communicated with a liquid supply system loop through the branch pipe cleaning system; wherein,
the branch pipe cleaning system comprises a first collecting branch pipe, a collecting main pipe and a second collecting branch pipe which are sequentially communicated, a liquid inlet of the first collecting branch pipe is communicated with the liquid changing system, a liquid outlet of the second collecting branch pipe is communicated with the liquid supply system, a branch pipe cleaning control valve is further arranged on the first collecting branch pipe and used for controlling the branch pipe cleaning system to be in a conducting state when the liquid supply branch pipe is cleaned.

The painting robot according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the collecting main pipe is larger than the diameters of the first collecting branch pipe and the second collecting branch pipe, the first collecting branch pipe is provided with a first pressure control valve, and the second collecting branch pipe is provided with a back pressure valve.
3. The painting robot of claim 1, wherein the liquid supply system includes a plurality of liquid supply modules, the liquid supply modules being in communication with the liquid change system via liquid supply manifolds.

The painting robot according to claim 3, wherein the liquid supply module further comprises a liquid storage tank and a liquid supply main pipe provided with a pressure pump, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the liquid supply main pipe are both communicated with the liquid storage tank, the liquid supply main pipe is communicated with one end of the liquid supply branch pipe, the other end of the liquid supply branch pipe is communicated with the liquid changing system, and a liquid outlet of the second collection branch pipe is communicated with the liquid storage tank;
the pressurizing pump is used for pressurizing and conveying paint or cleaning solvent in the liquid storage tank from the liquid inlet of the liquid supply main pipe to the liquid supply branch pipe and/or the liquid outlet of the liquid supply main pipe.

The painting robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid changing system includes a liquid supply connection part provided with a plurality of liquid supply valves and a liquid supply conduction part, the liquid supply branch pipes are communicated with the liquid supply valves in one-to-one correspondence, a paint passage and a cleaning passage are provided in the liquid supply connection part, the robot arm system is communicated with the paint passage, and the first collecting branch pipe is communicated with the cleaning passage/the paint passage;
the selective conduction part is used for selectively establishing communication relation with any one of the liquid supply valves.

The painting robot of claim 5, wherein the liquid change system further includes a pulse air cleaning portion and a pulse solvent cleaning portion, the pulse air cleaning portion communicating with the cleaning passage through a pulse air control valve, the pulse solvent cleaning portion communicating with the cleaning passage through a pulse solvent control valve;
the pulse air cleaning part is used for providing pulse air to carry out air cleaning on the robot arm system;
the pulse solvent cleaning part is used for providing pulse solvent to perform solvent cleaning on the robot arm system.
7. A painting robot as claimed in claim 5, in which the robot arm system comprises a second pressure control valve, a paint metering pump and an atomiser in series communication, the second pressure control valve being in communication with the paint channel.
8. The painting robot of claim 1, further comprising a control system including a liquid supply system control module, a liquid change system control module, a branch cleaning system control module, and a robot arm system control module;
the liquid supply system control module is used for controlling the liquid supply system to provide the conveying power of the paint/cleaning solvent;
the liquid changing system control module is used for selecting any one liquid supply valve and controlling the communication state of the liquid supply valve and the selective conduction part;
the branch pipe cleaning system control module is used for controlling the communication state and the pressure state of the branch pipe cleaning system when the liquid supply branch pipe is cleaned;
the robot arm system control module is used for controlling the pressure, the using amount and the atomization state of the spraying operation.
9. The painting robot of claim 8, further comprising an operational display screen connected to the control system;
the operation display screen is used for inputting control instructions and displaying the working state of the paint spraying robot, the control instructions comprise a liquid supply system control instruction, a liquid changing system control instruction, a branch pipe cleaning system control instruction and a robot arm system control instruction, and the control instructions correspondingly control the liquid supply system control module, the liquid changing system control module, the branch pipe cleaning system control module and the robot arm system control module.
