本发明公开了一种除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,包括脱臭槽、回流管、提升泵、放空管和检修门;所述脱臭槽的一侧内嵌安装有出气管和进气管,所述进气管设置在出气管的下方,所述进气管远离脱臭槽的一侧设置有鼓风机。通过在脱臭槽的一侧设置水循环装置,可将喷淋下来的水体进行多次的回收利用,使用一定频次后再将该水体排出并重新灌入,该装置可节约大量水资源的浪费,节省了堆肥除臭的成本,提高了企业的生产效益;通过设置检修门和观察窗,当脱水槽内部的喷淋嘴发生故障方便维修,以及聚氨酯填料层或生物炭填料层饱和时方便更换,同时还可通过观察窗随时查看喷淋组件的工作状态,保障设备的正常运行。

背景技术
[0002]除臭设备,即用来除臭、清除异味的空气净化设备,普遍应用于工厂、车间、污水 站、垃圾厂等。除臭设备的结构简单,并且拥有能耗低、净化效率高和适用范围广等特点。对 于废气的治理,目前多采用液体吸收法治理;废水的治理,目前多采用离子除臭设备;垃圾 回收站的治理,目前多使用喷雾除臭设备。现今社会,工业烟气的无控制排放使全球性的大 气环境日益恶化,酸雨的危害引起了各国的重视。由于大气受污染而酸化,导致了生态环 境的破坏,重大灾难频繁发生,给人类造成了巨大损失。因此选择一种经济、可行性强的除 臭设备势在必行。除臭设备可运用在废气、废水和垃圾回收处理,对于废气的治理,目前多 采用液体吸收法治理;废水的治理,目前多采用离子除臭设备;垃圾回收站的治理,目前多 使用喷雾除臭设备。
[0003] 现有技术的脱臭槽存在以下问题:1、脱臭槽在处理臭气的过程中对于水资源的利 用率不够高,不能循环使用,水资源的浪费较大;2、脱臭槽为密闭结构,当其内部的喷淋嘴 发生故障时不方便更换,且无法随时看到脱水槽的工作状况。
发明内容
[0004]为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种除臭收集系统用脱臭槽, 具有节水且使用方便的特点。
[0005]为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,包括脱 臭槽、回流管、提升泵、放空管和检修门,其特征在于:所述脱臭槽的一侧内嵌安装有出气管 和进气管,所述进气管设置在出气管的下方,所述进气管远离脱臭槽的一侧设置有鼓风机, 所述脱臭槽的另一侧安装有回流管和放空管,所述回流管设置在放空管的上方,所述回流 管的上连接有提升泵,所述回流管的一端安装在脱臭槽的内部,所述回流管的底部设置有 若干个喷淋嘴,所述脱臭槽的内部中间设置有生物炭填料层和聚氨酯填料层,所述生物炭 填料层设在聚氨酯填料层的下方,所述脱臭槽的底部设置有水循环层,所述脱臭槽的顶部 安装有蓄水箱,所述蓄水箱的一侧安装有连通管,所述连通管穿过脱臭槽连接在回流管的 顶部,所述脱臭槽的正面设置有检修门,所述检修门的上半部设置有观察窗。

[0011]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是: 1、本发明通过在脱臭槽的一侧设置水循环装置,可将喷淋下来的水体进行多次的回收 利用,使用一定频次后再将该水体排出并重新灌入,该装置可节约大量水资源的浪费,节省 了堆肥除臭的成本,提高了企业的生产效益。

[0015]请参阅图1-2,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,包括脱臭 槽1、回流管11、提升泵12、放空管13和检修门14,其特征在于:脱臭槽1的一侧内嵌安装有出 气管3和进气管4,出气管3与进气管4的直径均为25cm,进气管4设置在出气管3的下方,进气 管4远离脱臭槽1的一侧设置有鼓风机5,鼓风机5的端部通过套接与进气管4固定,脱臭槽1 的另一侧安装有回流管11和放空管13,回流管11的端部固定在脱臭槽1的一侧内壁上,回流 管11设置在放空管13的上方,回流管11的上连接有提升泵12,回流管11的一端安装在脱臭 槽1的内部,回流管11的底部设置有若干个喷淋嘴10,喷淋嘴10的顶部设置有螺纹,回流管 11的底部设置有螺纹孔,喷淋嘴10和回流管11通过螺纹和螺纹孔固定连接,脱臭槽1的内部 中间设置有生物炭填料层7和聚氨酯填料层8,生物炭填料层7设在聚氨酯填料层8的下方, 脱臭槽1的底部设置有水循环层6,脱臭槽1的顶部安装有蓄水箱9,蓄水箱9的底部设置有固 定安装座,蓄水箱9通过固定安装座固定在脱臭槽1的顶部,蓄水箱9的一侧安装有连通管2, 连通管2穿过脱臭槽1连接在回流管11的顶部,脱臭槽1的正面设置有检修门14,检修门14的 上半部设置有观察窗15。
[0016]本发明中鼓风机5为已经公开的广泛运用与日常生活的已知技术,鼓风机主要由 下列六部分组成:电机、空气过滤器、鼓风机本体、空气室、底座(兼油箱)、滴油嘴。鼓风机靠 汽缸内偏置的转子偏心运转,并使转子槽中的叶片之间的容积变化将空气吸入、压缩、吐 出。在运转中利用鼓风机的压力差自动将润滑送到滴油嘴,滴入汽缸内以减少摩擦及噪声, 同时可保持汽缸内气体不回流,此类鼓风机又称为滑片式鼓风机。
[0017]本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明使用时通过鼓风机5将堆肥臭气从进气管4 送入到脱臭槽1内,堆肥昊气向上经生物炭填料层7和聚氨酯填料层8吸收其中的大部分有 毒有害物质,随后经喷淋嘴10喷淋除去剩下的杂质,喷淋嘴10喷出的水落至水循环层6中后 有又通过提升泵12提升到回流管11上循环使用,最后待水循环层e中的水使用一段时间后 从放空管I3中排出,并通过蓄水箱9向回流管11中重新灌水,检修门14的设置方便更换生物 炭填料层7、聚氨酯填料层8和喷淋嘴10,观察窗15的设置可供工作人员随时观察回流管11 和喷淋嘴10的工作状态,保障设备的正常运转。

1.一种除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,包括脱臭槽(1)、回流管(11)、提升泵(12)、放空管(13) 和检修门(14),其特征在于:所述脱臭槽(1)的一侧内嵌安装有出气管(3)和进气管(4),所 述进气管(4)设置在出气管(3)的下方,所述进气管(4)远离脱臭槽(1)的一侧设置有鼓风机 (5),所述脱臭槽(1)的另一侧安装有回流管(11)和放空管a3),所述回流管(11)设置在放 空管(13)的上方,所述回流管(11)的上连接有提升泵(12),所述回流管(n)的一端安装在 脱臭槽(1)的内部,所述回流管(11)的底部设置有若干个喷淋嘴(10),所述脱臭槽(1)的内 部中间设置有生物炭填料层(7)和聚氨酯填料层(8),所述生物炭填料层(7)设在聚氨酯填 料层(8)的下方,所述脱臭槽(1)的底部设置有水循环层(e),所述脱臭槽(1)的顶部安装有 蓄水箱(9),所述蓄水箱(9)的一侧安装有连通管(2),所述连通管(2)穿过脱臭槽(1)连接在 回流管(11)的顶部,所述脱臭槽(1)的正面设置有检修门(I4),所述检修门(14)的上半部设 置有观察窗(15)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,其特征在于:所述蓄水箱(9)的底部 设置有固定安装座,所述蓄水箱(9)通过固定安装座固定在脱臭槽(1)的顶部。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,其特征在于:所述鼓风机(5)的端部 通过套接与进气管(4)固定。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,其特征在于:所述出气管(3)与进气 管(4)的直径均为25cm。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,其特征在于:所述喷淋嘴(10)的顶部 设置有螺纹,所述回流管(11)的底部设置有螺纹孔,所述喷淋嘴(10)和回流管(11)通过螺 纹和螺纹孔固定连接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的除臭收集系统用脱臭槽,其特征在于:所述回流管(11)的端部 固定在脱臭槽(1)的一侧内壁上。
