Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐,包括固定支架和箱体,固定支架的顶部固定连接有发酵桶,且发酵桶的内壁固定安装有第一过滤网,并且第一过滤网的顶部固定有轴承,而且轴承的内壁固定连接有连接杆。该具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐,通过设置的臭气输送管,使得发酵桶内部自然产生的臭气能够进入箱体内进行处理,通过设置的空气输送管,使得处理完毕的空气能够排入发酵桶内,通过设置的除臭剂存储箱和除臭剂循环结构,使得除臭剂能够进行循环往复的使用,进而极大的降低了使用者的使用成本,通过设置的臭气处理结构,使得发酵桶内部的臭气能够被完美的处理掉,避免了罐体内部存在大量臭气造成发酵罐内部的生物大量死亡的情况发生。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物发酵罐技术领域,具体来讲涉及的是一种具有除臭的用于钻井固废生物处理的发酵罐。
背景技术
常见的发酵罐分为固体发酵罐和液体发酵罐,发酵罐根据容积和用途不同,分为种子罐(菌种发酵罐)和发酵罐,发酵罐根据需氧类型的不同又分为通风式发酵罐和厌氧发酵罐,在对钻井固废的处理上,最优良的处理方法便是生物处理,而使用生物处理一般都需要使用到发酵罐,但是现有的具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐还存在一定的缺陷,就比如:
1、现有的具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐一般不便于将罐体内部的臭气进行处理,当罐体内部聚集大量臭气时,容易造成发酵罐内部的生物大量死亡,进而极大的降低了生物处理的速度,并且当工人需要打开发酵罐时,臭气也会对工人造成较大影响;
2、现有的具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐一般都是直接将固废投入发酵罐内进行自动降解处理,由于钻井固废中存在大量的泥浆和石块,使得生物的处理速度受到一定的影响,进而存在一定的使用缺陷。
针对上述问题,急需在原有具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐结构的基础上进行创新设计。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的一般不便于将罐体内部的臭气进行处理,当罐体内部聚集大量臭气时,容易造成发酵罐内部的生物大量死亡,进而极大的降低了生物处理的速度,并且当工人需要打开发酵罐时,臭气也会对工人造成较大影响,一般都是直接将固废投入发酵罐内进行自动降解处理,由于钻井固废中存在大量的泥浆和石块,使得生物的处理速度受到一定的影响的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐,包括固定支架和箱体,所述固定支架的顶部固定连接有发酵桶,且发酵桶的内壁固定安装有第一过滤网,并且第一过滤网的顶部固定有轴承,而且轴承的内壁固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的顶部开设有卡槽,且卡槽的顶部活动安装有固定杆,并且固定杆的外壁焊接有破碎刀片,所述固定杆的端部固定连接有电机,所述发酵桶的顶部固定安装有臭气输送管,且臭气输送管的端部固定连接有第一气泵,所述箱体的内壁固定有除臭剂存储箱,且除臭剂存储箱的顶部固定连接有防护板,并且防护板的顶部活动连接有除臭剂循环结构,而且除臭剂循环结构的端部固定连接有固定板,并且固定板的底部固定安装有花洒,所述固定板的顶部固定有限位杆,所述箱体的边侧固定连接有第二过滤网,且第二过滤网的边侧固定安装有空气输送管,并且空气输送管的端部固定有第二气泵。
优选的,所述轴承的内壁与连接杆的外壁固定连接,且连接杆通过轴承与第一过滤网构成转动结构。
优选的,所述固定杆通过卡槽与连接杆构成卡合结构,且固定杆的外部尺寸与卡槽的内部尺寸完全吻合。
优选的,所述破碎刀片的数量为14个,且14个破碎刀片每7个为1组,并且2组破碎刀片以固定杆的中垂线为对称轴对称设置,而且破碎刀片通过固定杆与电机构成一体化结构。
优选的,所述防护板通过除臭剂存储箱与箱体构成固定结构,且防护板的底部与除臭剂存储箱的顶部固定连接,并且除臭剂存储箱的底部与箱体的内表面固定连接。
优选的,所述花洒的数量为24个,且24个花洒每4个为1组,并且6组花洒等距离的设置在固定板的底部。

1.设置有臭气输送管、空气输送管、箱体和除臭剂存储箱组成的臭气处理结构,通过设置的臭气输送管,使得发酵桶内部自然产生的臭气能够进入箱体内进行处理,通过设置的空气输送管,使得处理完毕的空气能够排入发酵桶内,通过设置的除臭剂存储箱和除臭剂循环结构,使得除臭剂能够进行循环往复的使用,进而极大的降低了使用者的使用成本,通过设置的臭气处理结构,使得发酵桶内部的臭气能够被完美的处理掉,避免了罐体内部存在大量臭气造成发酵罐内部的生物大量死亡的情况发生;
2.设置有破碎刀片、第一过滤网、轴承和固定杆组成的破碎结构,通过设置的破碎刀片、轴承和固定杆,使得发酵桶内部的钻井固废能够被充分破碎,进而极大的提高了罐内生物的降解速度,通过设置的第一过滤网,使得未被充分破碎的固废能够被一直破碎,直到全部通过第一过滤网流到发酵桶的底部,避免了固废中存在的泥浆与石块对生物降解速度造成影响的情况发生。

花洒17的数量为24个,且24个花洒17每4个为1组,并且6组花洒17等距离的设置在固定板16的底部,通过设置成等距离的花洒17,使得花洒17喷洒出来的除臭剂范围更广。
工作原理:在使用该具有除臭功能的固废生物处理发酵罐时,根据图1、图2和图5,将固废注入固定支架1边侧的发酵桶2内并打开电机9,电机9转动使得固定杆7通过连接杆5在轴承4内转动来带动破碎刀片8对固废进行破碎,接着通过第一过滤网3的过滤流淌到发酵桶2的底部,当固废破碎完毕时将菌类或原生动物放置进发酵桶2内进行生物处理;
根据图1、图3、图4和图5,当生物开始降解固废产生臭气时,打开第一气泵11和除臭剂循环结构15,第一气泵11通过臭气输送管10将发酵桶2内的臭气输送进箱体12内,同时除臭剂循环结构15将除臭剂存储箱13内的除臭剂输送进限位杆18底部的固定板16内,接着通过花洒17喷洒出来,以此来对箱体12内的臭气进行净化,接着打开第二气泵20,第二气泵20将净化好的空气通过空气输送管21输送进发酵桶2内供生物使用,通过第二过滤网19使未被净化的臭气不会进入空气输送管21内。
