Abstract
本发明提供了一种发泡面膜，包括以下重量比的组分，去离子水、表面活性剂、水溶性高分子材料、甘油、蚕丝水解液，本发明采用经过特殊工艺水解的蚕丝蛋白作为增泡稳泡成分，大大降低常规发泡剂的用量，使发泡剂的使用量降为原技术的1/4‑1/3左右，从而，减少因过多使用表面活性剂导致皮肤脱脂严重而对皮肤造成的伤害。主发泡剂选择刺激性低、发泡性好、复配性好好成分制备，通过泡沫泵压出细腻、绵厚的泡泡，不需要在配方中添加含氟化合物，所制备的面膜对皮肤的保湿、滋养、紧致、收缩毛孔、软化角质、提亮肤色、淡化皱纹等功能。

本发明属于化妆用品技术领域，具体涉及一种发泡面膜。
背景技术
泡泡面膜以其独特的呈现状态—面膜敷在皮肤上会冒出很多细腻的泡泡，而深受消费者的喜爱，现有市场销售的如氧气面膜、碳酸面膜等泡泡面膜，事实上这类面膜的泡泡的产生主要是面膜配方中的含氟化合物在空气中自然挥发时促使表面活性剂(发泡剂)发泡，从而，感觉是一层泡泡敷在脸上。现有的发泡面膜或称为泡泡面膜，主要为两种表现方式，如中国专利CN201510119347.2所公开的啫喱膏状，或中国专利如专利：CN201621028260.0所公开的以无纺布为载体，发泡为含氟化合物的泡泡面膜，现有的泡泡面膜的起泡原理为：通过含氟化合物的挥发作用，促使面膜体系内的发泡剂(表面活性剂)发泡，其缺点有两个方面：1、含氟化合物的大量运用，将会对大气环境形成污染，对大气层的臭氧层有潜在破坏的风险；2、大量的发泡剂的应用，使面膜不但对皮肤没有很好地保湿护肤作用，而且皮肤脱脂严重，另外，大量的表面活性剂的使用，也增加了皮肤过敏风险。
发明内容
根据上述阐述，本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡面膜，不加含氟化合物，降低发泡剂的用量，解决了现有技术中因发泡剂降低所导致的泡沫量少的问题，对皮肤的保湿、滋养、紧致、收缩毛孔、软化角质、提亮肤色、淡化皱纹等等，具有很好的作用。
本发明提供的技术方案：
一种发泡面膜，在所述发泡面膜包括以下重量比的组分，去离子水75—95份、表面活性剂3—10份、水溶性高分子材料1—3份、甘油1—3份、蚕丝水解液3—8份，所述表面活性剂为选自氨基酸类的表面活性剂或糖苷类的表面活性剂；水溶性高分子材料选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、汉生胶、甲基纤维素、汉生胶、果胶、瓜尔胶、海藻胶、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸聚合物。

实施例3、一种发泡面膜，包括以下重量比的组分，去离子水87克、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1克、聚乙烯醇0.1克、汉生胶0.05克、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01克、烷基糖苷3克、甘油5克、蚕丝水解液5克、单辛酸甘油酯0.2克；
本发明在配方中加入了蚕丝水解液，是采用中国专利申请号为CN201710180508.8申请日期为2017.03.23，专利名称为“一种零排放水解法提取制作蛋白质表面活性剂的方法”所获得蚕丝水解液。该蚕丝水解液的主要特征是，其中的蚕丝水解蛋白的分子大部分集中在2万-20万道尔顿范围内，属于中小分子的蛋白质。
本发明在配方中选择使用刺激性低、发泡性好的表面活性剂，如氨基酸类表面活性剂或糖苷类表面活性剂，并且从与蚕丝蛋白水解液的复配性效果更好的角度出发，优选糖苷类表面活性剂，最终优选烷基糖苷作为主发泡剂；配方中通过添加水溶性高分子，增加产品的绵厚感，水溶性高分子可以任意单独选择或组合选择如下水性高分子，包括但不仅限于：水性高分子天然增稠剂汉生胶、果胶、瓜尔胶、海藻胶等；半合成水性高分子甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素等；有机合成的水性高分子聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸聚合物等；蚕丝蛋白水解液是利用经过特殊工艺水解的蚕丝蛋白，本发明作为增泡稳泡成分，从而大大降低常规发泡剂的用量，使发泡剂的使用量降为原技术的1/4-1/3左右，从而，减少因过多使用表面活性剂，导致皮肤脱脂严重对皮肤的伤害，利用蚕丝蛋白本身的特性，对使用者的皮肤具有保湿、滋养、紧致、收缩毛孔、软化角质、提亮肤色、淡化皱纹等作用。
为达到试验效果，对比同类的产品，用实施例1所述的面膜，对比保湿、滋养皮肤、紧致、收缩毛孔、软化角质、提亮肤色、淡化皱纹等使用效果方面，经使用30天，每3天使用一次，均比同类产品具有较好的效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种发泡面膜，其特征在于：包括以下重量比的组分，去离子水75—95份、表面活性剂3—10份、水溶性高分子材料1—3份、甘油1—3份、蚕丝水解液3—8份，所述表面活性剂为选自氨基酸类的表面活性剂或糖苷类的表面活性剂一种；水溶性高分子材料选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、汉生胶、甲基纤维素、汉生胶、果胶、瓜尔胶、海藻胶、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸聚合物的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡面膜，其特征在于：所述蚕丝水解液是采用中国专利申请号为CN201710180508.8，专利名称为“一种零排放水解法提取制作蛋白质表面活性剂的方法”所获得蚕丝水解液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡面膜，其特征在于：所述蚕丝水解液作为增泡稳泡成分，大大降低常规发泡剂的用量，增加面膜对皮肤的保湿、滋养、紧致、收缩毛孔、软化角质、提亮肤色、淡化皱纹的功效。
