本发明公开了一种天然麦香面粉,原料包括纯小麦中的胚乳粉、胚芽粉、麸皮粉,且按照原料质量分数组份分成:胚乳粉68‑72%、胚芽粉3‑7%、麸皮粉21‑29%。采用本发明技术方案,本发明所选用的原料是纯小麦制品,小麦中的胚乳粉、胚芽粉、麸皮粉按比例混合均匀,所得到的天然麦香面粉富含膳食纤维和各种维生素营养,并具有浓郁天然麦香味,适合中老年人人群食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及面粉加工的技术领域,尤其涉及一种天然麦香面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦是世界上最早栽培的农作物之一,起源于中东新月沃土,有1万年种植历史,是在世界范围内广泛种植的禾本科植物。小麦是三大谷物之一,发展到今天,已经是中国乃至世界仅次于稻谷的重要谷物资源,富含淀粉、蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、钠、钙、铁、烟酸等。小麦粉具有良好的加工特性,制品种类繁多,在人们的膳食营养结构中占有重要地位。
现有市场上的面粉大都掺杂或多或少的添加物质,而有些添加物质不适于中老年人食用,为此,我们提出一种天然麦香面粉及其制备方法。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种天然麦香面粉及其制备方法。
本发明公开了一种天然麦香面粉及其制备方法,原料包括纯小麦中的胚乳粉、胚芽粉、麸皮粉,且按照原料质量分数组份分成:胚乳粉68-72%、胚芽粉3-7%、麸皮粉21-29%。
优选的,一种天然麦香面粉,按照原料质量分数组份分成:胚乳粉70%、胚芽粉5%、麸皮粉25%。
一种天然麦香面粉的制备方法,其具体制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽平铺在烤架上,对其进行烤制,微火慢烤至小麦胚芽出香,取出后进行研磨成粉,过90-100目筛,得到小麦胚芽粉;
2)将小麦内皮进行研磨成粉,过90-100目筛,得到小麦麸皮粉;
3)称取胚乳粉与胚芽粉、麸皮粉混合均匀,灭菌包装,得到成品。
有益效果是:本发明所选用的原料是纯小麦制品,小麦中的胚乳粉、胚芽粉、麸皮粉按比例混合均匀,所得到的天然麦香面粉富含膳食纤维和各种维生素营养,并具有浓郁天然麦香味,适合中老年人人群食用。

3.一种天然麦香面粉的制备方法,其特征在于:其具体制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽平铺在烤架上,对其进行烤制,微火慢烤至小麦胚芽出香,取出后进行研磨成粉,过90-100目筛,得到小麦胚芽粉;
2)将小麦内皮进行研磨成粉,过90-100目筛,得到小麦麸皮粉;
