In this embodiment, when an electronic price tag needs networking, a heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag is actively broadcasted, where the heartbeat data packet includes identification information of the electronic price tag and a networking request instruction. The base station can recognize that the electronic price tag is not networked after receiving the heartbeat data packet broadcasted by the electronic price tag, upload the heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag to the server, detect the signal intensity between the base station and the electronic price tag, and upload the signal intensity information between the base station and the electronic price tag to the server.
As described above, a plurality of base stations in an application scenario may all receive heartbeat data broadcast by an electronic price tag, and then upload signal strength information and heartbeat data packets of the electronic price tag to a server.
After the server receives the heartbeat data packets of the electronic price tags respectively uploaded by the base stations and the signal strength information of the base stations and the electronic price tags respectively, the base stations meeting the preset signal strength condition can be used as target base stations, and the electronic price tags are bound with the target base stations. The binding process specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, a server generates channel information and sends the channel information to a target base station, wherein the channel information comprises identification information of an electronic price tag and a channel setting instruction; and after receiving the channel information, the target base station sends the channel information to the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag, so that the communication between the electronic price tag and the base station is kept in the same channel.
According to the invention, because the electronic price tag broadcasts the heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag when being in an active state, the base station can continuously receive the heartbeat data packet broadcasted by the electronic price tag to be networked in the networking mode under the condition that the usage amount of the electronic price tag is large, and uploads the heartbeat data packet to the server to complete networking, so that the networking time is greatly shortened, and the networking efficiency is greatly improved.
After all the electronic price tags are networked, each electronic price tag is bound with a corresponding target base station, and at the moment, the server can send display information of a commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag through the base station corresponding to the electronic price tag after networking.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides another embodiment of a usage management system for an electronic price tag, which includes a server, a base station, an electronic price tag:

the first communication module 11 is further configured to, if there is display information of a commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag in the base station, upload a heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag and signal strength information between the electronic price tag and the base station to a server;

the networking control module 22 is further configured to select a base station meeting a preset signal strength condition from the signal strength information between the electronic price tag and the at least one base station as a target base station, and bind the target base station and the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag;
the third obtaining module 23 is further configured to send a display information obtaining request to the target base station when the electronic price tag is in an active state;
the judging module is also used for judging whether the target base station has display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag;
the second communication module 21 is further configured to send display information of a commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag and a data transmission instruction to the electronic price tag if the display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag exists in the target base station;
the third communication module 31 is further configured to receive display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag and the data transmission instruction;

As shown in fig. 4, the cloud end establishes communication with the base station through a switch poe (power Over ethernet), when an electronic price tag needs to be provided for a certain commodity, a worker may scan a barcode of the commodity with a handheld terminal (PDA), obtain commodity information (for example, basic information such as a commodity code and a commodity name) of the commodity, then scan the barcode of the electronic price tag, obtain identification information of the electronic price tag, and transmit the commodity information of the commodity and the identification information of the electronic price tag to the server. The server can find out detailed information such as real-time price, production place, production date, quality guarantee period and the like of the commodity from the commodity information base according to the commodity information of the commodity, and generate display information of the commodity according to a pre-designed electronic price tag display frame. Optionally, the electronic price tag has a plurality of specifications, and different display frames can be designed according to the specification of the electronic price tag.
As described in the foregoing embodiment, the electronic price tag is periodically in an active state and a dormant state, when the electronic price tag is in a transient active state, a heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag is broadcasted, when there are a plurality of base stations in an application scenario, the plurality of base stations may all receive the heartbeat data packet broadcasted by the electronic price tag, detect signal strengths between each base station and the electronic price tag, upload the heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag and signal strength information of the electronic price tag to a server, and complete networking by the server.
In step S31, the server selects a base station satisfying the predetermined signal strength condition as a target base station, for example, the server may bind the base station with the strongest signal strength of the electronic price tag as the target base station and the electronic price tag, or may bind the electronic price tag with any base station with the signal strength of the electronic price tag reaching the predetermined signal strength as the target base station.
After networking is completed, the server sends display information corresponding to the commodity bound with the electronic price tag to a target base station bound with the electronic price tag, after the networking of the electronic price tag is completed, a display information acquisition request is sent to the target base station when the electronic price tag is in an active state, at the moment, the target base station replies a data transmission instruction and the display information of the commodity to the electronic price tag, after the electronic price tag receives the data transmission instruction, the electronic price tag continues to be in the active state and receives the display information of the commodity at the same time, and the electronic price tag enters a dormant state again until the display information of the commodity is received, and repeats a low-power-consumption working mode.
According to the data transmission method of the electronic price tag, when the usage amount of the electronic price tag is large, the electronic price tag actively requests the base station for commodity information of a corresponding commodity, the base station can receive a display information acquisition request sent by the electronic price tag almost every moment and transmit the display information of the corresponding commodity to the electronic price tag, the base station can transmit more display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag in unit time, and the efficiency of transmitting the display information to the electronic price tag is greatly improved.
Preferably, the heartbeat data packet includes status information of the electronic price tag; the base station further comprises: the first monitoring module 12 is configured to monitor the electronic price tag according to the heartbeat data packet sent by the electronic price tag; or; the server further comprises: and the second monitoring module 33 is configured to monitor the electronic price tag according to the heartbeat data packet sent by the electronic price tag.
Because the heartbeat data returned by the electronic price tag to the base station comprises the state signal of the electronic price tag, the base station or the server can monitor the electronic price tag according to the heartbeat data packet sent by the electronic price tag. For example, the status signal may be a real-time operating voltage value or a real-time operating current value of the electronic price tag, and when the real-time operating voltage value or the real-time operating current value is detected to be in a non-operating voltage range or a non-operating current range, it may be determined that the electronic price tag is in an abnormal state.

s1, when the electronic price tag which is not networked is in an active state, broadcasting a heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag; the electronic price tags which are not networked are periodically in an active state and a dormant state when working;
s2, after receiving the heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag, the base station judges whether display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag exists in the base station;
s3, if yes, the base station uploads the heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag and the signal strength information between the electronic price tag and the base station to a server; if not, feeding back a functional signal to the electronic price tag to inform that the electronic price tag has no networking requirement temporarily;
s41, the server selects a base station meeting a preset signal strength condition from the signal strength information between the electronic price tag and at least one base station as a target base station, and binds the target base station and the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag;
s51, when the electronic price tag is in an active state, sending a display information acquisition request to the target base station;
s52, the target base station judges whether display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag exists;
s53, if yes, the target base station sends display information and a data transmission instruction of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag;
and S54, after the electronic price tag receives the data transmission instruction, keeping the electronic price tag in an active state until the display information of the commodity is received.
2. The method of managing use of an electronic price tag according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:

the first communication module is further configured to upload a heartbeat data packet of the electronic price tag and signal strength information between the electronic price tag and the base station to a server if display information of a commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag exists in the base station; if the base station does not have display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag, feeding back a functional signal to the electronic price tag to inform that the electronic price tag has no networking requirement temporarily;
the server includes:
the networking control module is used for selecting a base station meeting a preset signal intensity condition from the signal intensity information between the electronic price tag and at least one base station as a target base station, and binding the target base station and the electronic price tag according to the identification information of the electronic price tag;
the third communication module is further configured to send a display information acquisition request to the target base station when the electronic price tag is in an active state;
the first communication module is used for sending the display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag and a data transmission instruction to the electronic price tag if the display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag exists in the target base station;
the third communication module is further used for receiving display information of the commodity corresponding to the electronic price tag and the data transmission instruction;
