First embodiment
Fig. 2 is a basic flowchart of an electronic price tag management method provided in this embodiment, where the electronic price tag management method includes:
s201, marking the state of the electronic price tag which is not continuously paged as a first state;
it should be noted that no page here includes the inability to establish a connection with an electronic price tag. It can be understood that the state of the electronic price tag is marked, and the state of the electronic price tag can be recorded by means including but not limited to a database, a form, a linked list, a text, etc., or the electronic price tag in different states is divided into different databases, forms, linked lists, text files, or the state of the electronic price tag is managed by a state machine, or the paging condition of the electronic price tag and various parameter information such as feedback information aiming at the electronic price tag are directly regarded as a state identifier of the electronic price tag, namely, the current state of the electronic price tag is known by judging the recorded paging condition of the electronic price tag, the feedback information corresponding to the electronic price tag, etc.
In some embodiments, marking the status of the electronic price label that is not paged continuously as the first status includes marking the status of the electronic price label that is not paged continuously a preset number of times and/or that is not paged continuously for a preset time as the first status. It is understood that the preset times and the preset time can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset times can be set to 3 times, or the preset time can be set to 24 hours; when the server finds that paging is performed 3 times continuously but a certain electronic price tag is not paged, the state of the electronic price tag is marked as a first state; or the preset times and the preset time can be combined to judge simultaneously, for example, when the server finds that the paging is continuously performed for 3 times but no electronic price tag is paged, and the time of not paging the electronic price tag has been continued for 24 hours or more, the state of the electronic price tag is marked as a first state. It will be appreciated that the number and duration of times that it has not been paged is continuous if during this time the electronic price tag is paged, and when it is not paged again, the number and duration of times that it has not been paged should be recalculated.
In some embodiments, before marking the status of the electronic price tag that is not paged for a continuous preset number of times and/or for a preset time as the first status, further comprising marking the status of the electronic price tag that is not paged as the second status; the paging situation of the electronic price tag in the second state is recorded.
When the server executes the operation on the electronic price tag, the server pages the electronic price tag and executes the operation on the paged electronic price tag. And some electronic price tags can not be paged by the server due to various reasons such as faults, losses and the like, the server records the electronic price tags which cannot be paged, and the states of the electronic price tags are marked as second states. As a more specific example, when the server pages a certain electronic price tag without paging, the server finds a database storing the electronic price tag information through the identification information (including but not limited to ID, name, etc. information which can uniquely identify the electronic price tag) of the electronic price tag, and modifies the state of the electronic price tag to a second state; as yet another example, the server adds information about the electronic price tag to a separate form.
It will be appreciated that the second state in this embodiment indicates that the electronic price tag has not been paged. The paging status of these electronic price tags that are not paged may be recorded by means including, but not limited to, databases, forms, linked lists, text files, etc., such as recording the number of times that they were not successfully paged, the time each page was made, etc. As a specific example, various information of the electronic price tag is recorded in the database, for example, in which the number of times the electronic price tag is not continuously paged is represented by a certain field, the field is modified to be incremented by 1 when the electronic price tag is not paged, and the count of the field is modified to be 0 when the electronic price tag is paged, it being understood that in this example, if the field is not 0, the corresponding electronic price tag may be considered to be identified as the second state, and an additional field for identifying the state may be selected to be not set. It can be seen that, for some embodiments, the above-mentioned marking of the state of the electronic price tag that is not paged as the second state and recording the paging situation of the electronic price tag in the second state may be the same step, i.e. recording the paging situation of the electronic price tag, while indicating that the electronic price tag is also identified as the second state.
It should be appreciated that during this period, if the electronic price tag is re-paged, its state may be changed to a third state, which in this embodiment indicates that the electronic price tag may be paged by the server. And, after a certain electronic price tag is re-paged, part or all of the information of the recorded paging situation can be deleted, and the paging situation can not be recorded any more until the electronic price tag cannot be paged again. Of course, the paging situation may also be saved for review or diagnosis by the user.
S202, when the state of the electronic price tag is marked as a first state, sending out corresponding notification information;
for electronic price tags that are not continuously paged, a notification message is sent to the user. The user may be a person who can manage the electronic price tag, such as a person in charge of the storefront or an employee. The manner of sending the notification information may be any manner as long as the management personnel who performs the electronic price tag can receive or obtain the corresponding notification information. As an example, when the state of an electronic price tag is marked as a first state, in a user-oriented electronic price tag management interface, the corresponding electronic price tag is identified in a highlighted manner to alert the user; as another example, a message is delivered to the user that the electronic price tag cannot be paged by email, sms, or the like.
And S203, when receiving the feedback information of the electronic price tag corresponding to the first state, managing the electronic price tag according to the feedback information, and deleting the electronic price tag which is not used as the feedback information from the server.
After receiving the notification information, the user may feed back the information of the electronic price tag to the server, where in this embodiment, if the received feedback information is not used, it indicates that the electronic price tag cannot be used or that the electronic price tag is confirmed by the user to be not used any more, and the electronic price tag is deleted from the server. Deletion from the server as referred to in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, deleting all information of the electronic price tag from the server. Of course, in some embodiments, a portion of the important information may be optionally retained, where only the basic and temporary data of the electronic price tag is deleted. It will be appreciated that after the electronic price tag is deleted from the server, the server will not be managed any more when the management of the electronic price tag is performed, where management includes any operation or planning of the electronic price tag. The unused electronic price tags are timely deleted from the server, the quantity of redundant data is controlled, and operations such as redundant paging search and the like for the electronic price tags which cannot be paged are reduced, so that the redundant data is reduced, resources of the server are saved, the redundant operation of the server is reduced, and the management efficiency of the server is improved.
The server manages the electronic price tag according to the received feedback information, and in some embodiments, the feedback information further includes normal use, and when the electronic price tag whose feedback information is normal use is paged again, the state of the electronic price tag is marked as a third state, and the paging condition is not recorded. In this embodiment, the electronic price tag in the third state represents an electronic price tag that can be normally paged. In practical application, after receiving the notification information that the electronic price tag is in the first state, the user can confirm the practical situation of the electronic price tag, wherein some electronic price tags may be confirmed by the user to be able to be used continuously, or the user considers that some electronic price tags are able to be used continuously after repairing and restarting the electronic price tag, and the user can select to send feedback information of normal use corresponding to the electronic price tags. As an example, when receiving feedback information sent by a user and corresponding to normal use of a certain electronic price tag, the server still manages the electronic price tag in the process of managing the electronic price tag, for example, before the electronic price tag needs to be operated, the server still pages the electronic price tag to attempt to establish a connection, and if the electronic price tag is paged again, the state of the electronic price tag is restored to a third state, and no more monitoring of the paging situation is performed.
In some embodiments, the feedback information of the electronic price tag corresponding to the first state further comprises: failure to confirm; when receiving feedback information of the electronic price tag corresponding to the first state, managing the electronic price tag according to the feedback information includes: marking the state of the electronic price tag with the feedback information incapable of being confirmed as a fourth state;
and paging the electronic price tag in the fourth state according to a preset paging plan.
In practical application, after receiving notification information that the electronic price tag is in the first state, the user can confirm the practical situation of the electronic price tag, where the user may not confirm whether some electronic price tags can be used continuously or not, or the user may not find corresponding electronic price tags, and corresponding to these electronic price tags, the user may choose to send feedback information that cannot be confirmed. In some embodiments, if the user does not send any feedback information for the electronic price tag within the preset time, after the preset time, the server may consider that the user sends feedback information for the electronic price tag that cannot be confirmed by default. For example, in a specific example, the user sends feedback information to one part of electronic price tags, the server manages the electronic price tags according to the feedback information corresponding to the electronic price tags, the user does not send any feedback information to the other part of electronic price tags, and after 48 hours, the server automatically considers that the feedback information sent by the user to the electronic price tags which do not send the feedback information temporarily is unconfirmed. For electronic price tags in the fourth state, paging is performed according to a paging schedule, which may be specifically determined according to actual store data or specified by a user.
In some embodiments, after the electronic price tag in the fourth state is paged according to the preset paging plan, if the electronic price tag is not paged, the electronic price tag which is not paged is deleted from the server. If the electronic price tag is paged in the process, the abnormality of the electronic price tag can be considered to be eliminated, the electronic price tag returns to the normal state, the paged electronic price tag is marked as a third state, and the paging condition of the electronic price tag in the third state is not recorded.
In some embodiments, the paging schedule includes causing a corresponding node within the management range to page the electronic price tag in the fourth state at least twice in units of a predetermined period; after each page failure, the time interval for the next page is increased by at least one predetermined period. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the communication between the server and the electronic price tag may be performed by some node devices, such as a base station, under which tens or hundreds of electronic price tags may be suspended. The management scope referred to herein is the scope covered by the nodes that the server can control, and the server requests these nodes to page the electronic price tags in an attempt to connect to these electronic price tags.
In the paging plan, all nodes in the management range can be selected to page simultaneously, so that the coverage of all the ranges as much as possible is ensured, and the possibility of paging to the electronic price tag is increased. Of course, the node corresponding to the location where the electronic price tag may exist may also be controlled to page according to the location where the electronic price tag may exist.
For better understanding, this embodiment shows a specific example. In this example, the server requests all base stations in the corresponding store to page the electronic price tag in the fourth state at the same time. The paging time interval is 2n×t, where T is a predetermined period, n represents what number of paging times, and it can be seen that after each paging, the time interval for the next paging is increased by 2 predetermined periods, for example, after the 2T time passes for the first paging, if no paging occurs, the second paging is performed after the 4T time passes after the first paging is completed, and similarly, if the third paging is performed, after the 6T time passes after the second paging is completed, until the paging plan is completed, or the electronic price tag is paged. In this example, when n reaches a threshold, the paging schedule is completed and the server deletes the electronic price tag that has not yet been paged. The threshold value can be set according to the actual situation of the store, and different stores can set the same or different threshold values. By prolonging the time interval for paging next time after the paging failure, the network resource waste caused by frequent paging operation during the abnormal period of the electronic price tag is avoided, and the management efficiency of the server is ensured.
In some embodiments, the server ignores the electronic price tag in the fourth state when performing work other than paging. That is, in these embodiments, the electronic price tag in the fourth state corresponds to a state in which it is pre-deleted for the server, and although various information thereof has not been deleted yet, these electronic price tags have not participated in various works. Because the electronic price tag in the fourth state is paged for a plurality of times and cannot be paged, and the user cannot confirm the use state, the electronic price tag is excluded from normal operation, invalid paging times of the server in normal operation can be effectively reduced in some implementation processes, management efficiency of the server is guaranteed, and the utilization rate of a network is improved.
According to the method, the state of the electronic price tag which is not paged continuously is marked as the first state, the corresponding notification information is sent, when the feedback information of the electronic price tag which is corresponding to the first state is received and is not used, the feedback information is deleted from the server, timely and effective deletion of invalid price tags is achieved, management efficiency and data effectiveness of the price tag at the server side are improved, meanwhile, operations such as paging of the electronic price tag which cannot be paged are reduced by the server, and the utilization rate of a network is improved.
Second embodiment
The electronic price tag management method is further described with reference to specific examples. In this example, the state of the electronic price tag is recorded on the server side, and the electronic price tag is marked as a different state according to the paging situation, and corresponding management is performed. Specifically, the state of the electronic price tag and the corresponding management steps can be controlled through a state machine.
At the electronic price tag management server side, some electronic price tags which cannot be paged for a long time often appear, some electronic price tags may be lost, some electronic price tags may be damaged, some electronic price tags may not be collected and stored in places which cannot be paged temporarily, various conditions appear along with the change of time, so that the situation is more and more, and the data of the electronic price tags exist in the server for a long time to become redundant data. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an electronic price tag system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in fig. 3, electronic price tags 31 outside the management range are located outside the network for a long time, and because their data are still on the server (including but not limited to the client server 32 or the server 33), when the server needs to perform unified operation on a storefront, paging search is still performed on these electronic price tags 31, which affects the communication of normal price tags, and wastes network resources, and affects the communication efficiency.
Fig. 4 is a detailed flowchart of a notification electronic price tag management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic price tag management method includes:
s401, after each operation of the electronic price tag, collecting the electronic price tag which cannot be paged;
the operation referred to herein includes a unified operation on all electronic tags within a storefront, during which the server pages all electronic tags according to information stored therein about the electronic tags within the storefront. If some electronic price tags are not in the paging range of the server, or if damage or the like cannot be paged, the server cannot page the electronic price tags.
S402, marking the state of the electronic price tag which cannot be paged as a second state, and recording the paging condition of the electronic price tag;
in this example, the number of times an electronic price tag cannot be paged, and the duration of time the electronic price tag cannot be paged, are recorded.
S403, when the electronic price tag is not paged for 3 times continuously and the duration exceeds 24 hours, marking the state of the electronic price tag as a first state;
s404, sending a notification that the electronic price tag can not be paged continuously to the user;
for electronic price tags that are not continuously paged, a notification message is sent to the user. The user may be a person who can manage the electronic price tag, such as a person in charge of the storefront or an employee. The manner of sending the notification information may be any manner as long as the management personnel who performs the electronic price tag can receive or obtain the corresponding notification information. As an example, when the state of the electronic price tag is marked as the first state, in the electronic price tag management interface facing the user, the corresponding electronic price tag is marked in a protruding manner to remind the user; as another example, a message is delivered to the user that the electronic price tag cannot be paged by email, sms, or the like.
S405, when feedback information of the electronic price tag corresponding to the first state is received, managing the electronic price tag according to the feedback information;
in this example, the feedback information includes normal use, no use, and no acknowledgement.
The user confirms the actual situation of the electronic price tags in the first state, for example, the user looks for the electronic price tags in a store and checks and confirms them.
When the user confirms that the electronic price tag is normal and needs to continue to be used, normal feedback information can be sent, the feedback information can correspond to one or more electronic price tags in the first state, and for electronic price tags with normal feedback information, step S406 is executed.
When the user confirms that the electronic price tag is damaged and cannot be used normally, or the electronic price tag is stored and is not used any more, the unused feedback information may be sent, where the feedback information may correspond to one or more electronic price tags in the first state, and step S407 is performed for the electronic price tag whose feedback information is unused.
When the user does not find the electronic price tag, or the user cannot confirm whether the electronic price tag can be used continuously, feedback information which cannot be confirmed may be sent, the feedback information may correspond to one or more electronic price tags in the first state, and for electronic price tags whose feedback information is not confirmed, step S408 is performed.
When the user does not send feedback information for some electronic price tags, step S409 is performed.
S406, after the electronic price tag with the feedback information of normal use is paged, marking the state of the electronic price tag as a third state;
in this example, the paging situation of the electronic price tag in the third state is not recorded any more, and the server automatically restores to the normal management state for the electronic price tag.
S407, deleting feedback information from the server as unused electronic price tags;
deletion from the server as referred to in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, deleting all information of the electronic price tag from the server.
S408, marking the state of the electronic price tag with the feedback information incapable of being confirmed as a fourth state;
s409, marking the state of the electronic price tag which does not receive feedback information as a fourth state;
in this example, if no feedback information is received, the user is considered to be unable to confirm the electronic price tag, and the feedback information sent by the user is considered to be unable to confirm.
In this example, after executing step S408 or S409, further includes:
s501, requesting all base stations in a store to call the electronic price tag with the marked state as a fourth state according to a paging plan;
in this example, the paging time interval in the paging schedule is 2n×t, and when the paging times reach 5 times, if the electronic price tag is not yet paged, step S502 is executed. If the electronic price tag is paged before the paging schedule is completed, i.e., the paging times reach 5 times and before reaching 5 times, step S503 is executed.
S502, deleting the electronic price tag which is not paged from the server after the paging plan is completed;
s503, marking the state of the paged electronic price tag as a third state;
and the paging condition of the electronic price tag in the third state is not recorded any more, and the server automatically restores the electronic price tag to the normal management state.
Meanwhile, the electronic price tag in the fourth state is removed from the operation of the server in this example. In this example, the server only pages the electronic price tag in the fourth state according to the paging schedule, and eliminates the electronic price tag from the rest of the work. That is, when the server performs a unified operation on all electronic tags in the storefront, these electronic tags in the fourth state are not operated, and are not paged either. The electronic price tags in the fourth state do not influence the normal operation of the server, the paging efficiency of the server in the normal operation is improved, and redundant paging searching and other operations on the electronic price tags which cannot be paged are reduced.
The electronic price tag management method of the embodiment carries out different marks on the states of the electronic price tag through the paging condition of the electronic price tag, carries out corresponding control on the electronic price tag in different states, realizes effective and timely recovery of normal use of the electronic price tag, and deletes the invalid electronic price tag in the server, thereby avoiding useless operations of the server such as paging search and the like on the invalid electronic price tag during work, improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of the management of the electronic price tag at the server side and improving the utilization rate of a network; meanwhile, deleting invalid electronic price tags reduces redundant data in the server.
Fourth embodiment
The present embodiment also provides a server, as shown in fig. 5, which includes a processor 51, a memory 52, and a communication bus 53, wherein:
the communication bus 53 is used to enable connection communication between the processor 51 and the memory 52;
